It was hot, rich, and creamy, but the cheese overwhelmed the pasta. Good overall, but better balance would have made it great. 7.7/10 Stoke Famous Wings - tossed in the chef's hot honey and topped with caramelized onions, banana peppers, and Gorgonzola. It was a unique combination that was absolutely incredible! 8.5/10 The Meatball Pizza - vodka sauce, mozzarella, Anna's meatballs, and parsley. It was light, crispy, and made with fresh, flavorful ingredients. 8.3/10

While the flavor was good, the inside was tough and chewy rather than soft and airy. 7.7/10 Fried Mozzarella - made in-house daily. It was definitely on the blander side, but their flavorful marinara helped bring the dish together. 7.5/10 Calamari - the menu describes it as "lightly breaded," but these were chewy and heavily breaded. It was one of the few times I didn't finish my plate. 7.3/10 Vodka Chicken Parmigiana - crispy edges, melted mozzarella, and a rich, creamy vodka sauce. Now this, I'd come back for! 8.3/10 Penne Alla Vodka - solid. 8.1/10

I would go here for a casual dinner or lunch... or a night out pregame/pre dinner to going out. Tried the apps: calamari, Sundried Tomato Tartare, & Croquettes. Calamari was average 6/10... nothing super unique; Croquettes were at 4/10 (I do not recommended these very bland); Sundried Tomato Tartare 10/10... best thing we ate all night... this Tartare is a MUST TRY! The Pizza: The Bushwick without Speck... 7/10... I would order this again... super simple and cheese pizza with jalpeño & hot honey. The crust was just perfect not overdone or burnt! I would want to try other pizzas as well. I will definitely be recommending this to friends & family to try... and I will be back again!

They didn't have a pie made so I ordered a half. Good thing I did, no way I would have settled for only one slice anyway. Solid tasting sauce, they must be using Grande cheese, crispy crust with airy interior, the dough had good flavor ... just an overall Winner. This was closest to the Sicilian pies of my youth in Brooklyn than anywhere else I've tried out this way so far. Not saying that alone means it's better...just saying that is what I know and am used to so it hit a comfort spot for me for sure. Check them out if you haven't already. The half was in the ballpark of $16 for 6 slices. Certainly Didn't Suck!
