This place was on the direction of heading home. My husband and I stopped and grab a slice of pizza. It wasn't bad, but also wasn't worth trying again. Called in order for chicken filet on a Kaiser roll. Comes with fries. At pickup, I was presented with a chicken Parm sandwich that I did not order and no fries for $2 more than what I ordered. I will never return. The sandwich I did get was chicken nuggets in a bun with cheese and sauce. Chucked iin the garbage as I walked in my door. Frustrating. Never ever again. read more

My wife and I discovered this place while passing it every Friday to drop my step daughter off at her fathers. We looked up reviews before we go anywhere and this place had decent reviews. Let me tell you, not only are the prices great, the food is amazing but most of all the service is always top tier. This time in particular my wife had my son and daughter with her and had to carry my son out to the car. She was going to return to get the food but before she could even close the car door a young man was behind her with the food. I wish we got his name, they earned a long time customer. On my way back home to New Jersey and had a nearly 2 hour drive to make, so I decided to stop and get some pizza to keep me filled for the drive. First time here and must say the staff is super friendly and the pizza prices are incredible, as is the rest of their menu. I had 2 slices and while they were a bit small, you can't beat the $2 price for each. The taste was good and even though small, filled me up. I give the pizza a solid 3, but add 1 star for the super friendly staff they have here. I will definitely return here in the future if I'm in the area. read more

Super super friendly service. Six of us stopped in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We were provided table service and the waitress was so friendly and accommodating, above and beyond. This was my first visit to Sunny's Pizza. It was a Saturday at 1:45pm. There were several different slices to choose from but I went with the special of the day which was baked ziti with salad and garlic bread. Employees were upbeat from the counter to the chef who brought out my meal. I enjoyed it while watching and listening to the animated film "Ants" on Freeform channel on the television. I saw no real ants anywhere. The salad was basic with just lettuce, onion and black olives thrown in a bowl with a side of dressing. The garlic bread was soft and fresh and could be a meal all by itself. The ziti arrived very warm on the plate it was baked in and was flavorable and also fresh. The ziti was swimming in "way too much sauce" but that's fine. It was covered in cheese which was like eating a pizza without the crust and with a fork. All of this was for ten dollars. No wonder people flock here from as far a Maine (a license plate I happened to see in the parking lot.) read more

Picked up 2 large cheese steaks today....they were AWFUL! Last time we had them, they were packed with meat, sauce onions, etc. Today, there was three times the roll verse all goodies inside of it, and they did not have much of a flavor??? We were visiting Blue Mtn and stopped by Sunny's after a long day of snowboarding. It was after 8pm so we didn't have many dining options. The staff was so kind and accommodating even though we arrived close to closing (we thought they closed at 10). The food tasted awesome. Everything we ordered was correct, no missing items. We were visiting from out of town and came here for dinner. The staff was friendly and told us to sit anywhere. Our waitress was great. I had the bacon cheeseburger, which was smothered in bacon & cheese. Wonderful! I also had mozzarella fries, and they were not skimpy at all with the cheese! My wife had a chicken breast sandwich, with provolone and all the fixins. The mozzarella sticks were excellent also. read more

Used to be great. Last few years things aren't the same. Smaller portions, increased pricing, and lower and inconsistent quality turned this from our go to pizza place into the place we go to only if we don't feel like driving an extra 10 minutes to one of the pizza places in brodheadsville. Its a shame the owners and people working their are nice but if I'm going to spend my hard earned money I want to feel like I actually got my money's worth and it just doesn't happen here anymore read more

Been going here for years, even when he/restaurant at old location. the food has always been under same family and consistent. its not mind blowing but it is quite to very good depending on what you get. Their hot sandwiches (sells good Gyros) along with pretty decent Italian and pizza. also has burgers, which i have never ate. Their french fries are also near the top with my favorites. read more
