I have been a customer of Alfie's for many years. Throughout, the quality of the pizza and other…read morefood items maintain their quality, albeit here and there I find the pizza to have dropped in quality gradually. I find that lately the crusts are hard or too tough, as well as the quality of the cheese being so-so. I feel that cheese is the most important part of pizza, the sauce of course is second most, followed by crust, and then toppings. Being a family-owned restaurant, the quality is pretty good overall for most of these, but here and there I'll get a lackluster pizza. Cheese easily falling off or coming off, hard or tough crusts, little to no sauce. On the plus side, they aren't as greasy as they used to be. The toppings are still fresh and good compared to other pizzerias in the area. When the pizzas are freshly made, that's when it's quality good for the 4 stars I gave it. Plus their other entrees and food items are very good, if you decide to not go for just the pizza.

The service is primarily lackluster with a general sense of unpleasantness & disdain for joy. I called to order an order of wings and 2 drinks - understandably a small order - but the woman then told me it's not enough to make a delivery 11 minutes away, down the road straight up 895. If there's a policy, then you create an effective website that addresses this. She could have upsold something, recommended something, anything that would help both me & the business, but that did not happen. I then cancelled the order, she said "okay bye" and hung up. Called a different pizza parlor several minutes later with the exact same order and they are delivering, from 17 minutes away. As stated, the food is good, but not paralleled with any solid customer service.
