Very rude management, there is no accountability for when they make a mistake and they take advantage of their customers who order for delivery. When corporate was contacted and notified that we wanted a callback from the restaurant franchisee, there was no response from them. Management is a direct reflection of their owners, who obviously don't care when complaints about poor service and missing food come in. Went in after waiting 100 min to pick up my pizza, man behind the counter said we are no where near your order, it will be another 45 mins. Long story short I got a refund. Terrible place. Used to be good up until a few months back. My online order time was 99 minutes. I arrived at the one hour mark thinking I would have to wait for a bit. I did wait for 20 minutes before they spoke to me, as they were searching a pile of food covering the counter that was three feet high in some spots for the customer in front of me. Finally my turn, they found my order stacked in the unheated pile, meaning it was there for at least the twenty minutes I had waited. They gave me the order, I paid, drive 11 miles home to find out half the items were missing. The other items were made incorrectly (wrong crust). I drove back to the store (22 mile round trip) and all they could do was refund me $50 of the $108 order. The pizza that I did receive was not worth the remainder of the order cost. Duh!!!...why did I order a Salad at a pizza place. Don't EVER order salad at a pizza place. If you want a salad, either make it at home or go to a salad joint. Pizza hut had been a favorite place to go on Fridays for myself and husband. Long ago we use to go to the Tamaqua Pizza Hut (now gone sadly). The Lehighton Pizza hut is in Terrible need of renovation. I can smell the bathroom stench if I sit by a booth near it. (No a good dinning experience. the owner of this Pizza Hut needs to put Money in Remodeling. I want a nice dinning experience . You may have great food but when the surroundings are so run down it is disgusting. I no longer go here because of the condition of this place. read more

Super happy with there delivery service! My boyfriend and I were surprised at how fast they delivered. When it comes to that they have Dominos beat and Domino's location is much closer to us. We got Hut's pan pizza and ordered a side of fries. FRIES, who knew they had fries. We gambled with that and might I say we won! The fries were really good. read more

Soo.... I used Pizza Hut's website to order a pizza box with boneless barbecue wings. Pay for my order online and immediately received a delivery confirmation which stated my order would arrive in about 30 minutes. After a few minutes passed I get an update that Pizza Hut had started working on my order, which was great! 15 minutes later, I get another text stating that my order would be delivered through a 3rd party, which was DoorDash. Well alrighty then, as long as my order gets to me NO PROBLEM. Spoiler alert...my order never arrived almost 2 hours later! I gave an extra 15 minutes from when my order was "supposed" to be delivered before calling the store. When I called they said, "You order is on the way now and should be arriving shortly". Not sure if shortly means something different to each person, but shortly to me means that you should prepare to finally receive your order. NOPE. 1 hour and a half later and another phone call to the store, NOTHING. Don't you just love trying to console hungry kids who are more than ready to eat? I was at a hotel with my friend and we didn't know where else to get food delivered to our hotel. Luckily, there was a pizza hut! Ordering online was super easy and very customizable. We got a pizza for about $14. Delivery was fast, but the driver was new and went to the wrong hotel... No major complaints. read more

Is there a word for sub medicore? If there was it should be applied to both the food and service here. I have eaten here several times at the urging of my children. And each time I have ended up eating a strange soggy pizza that is way off par with other pizza huts. The bread sticks are usually undercooked or stale. The pizza entitled the natural was nothing nearly natural..... The most natural part of the experience was the heartburn that ensued. Pizza Hut is generally descent food. So we were in an area we knew nothing about! Simply taking our son to a sight In Jim Thorpe called the Muggles Mug Cafe. Traveled from NE Philadelphia and decided to stop and just grab a bite before hitting our destination. My boy had no idea where we were headed. By accident we missed our turn and saw the Pizza hut. Said heck let's just go to Pizza hut. Went in.. first off pizza hut PLEASE for the love of everything on earth UPGRADE the place will ya LOL. Sorry but seriously were we sitting on tons of duct tape holding the seat pleather together lol. Other than the decor our VISIT was awesome. Food was good! Our server MIKE was the bomb.com. He was friendly attentive and we had fun conversation with him. Give him a raise LOL really! We even had fun as we walked to exit the restaurant and to the car. What else can you say- fast food is fast food (and fast food is tasty!). Stopped here for a late night dinner back in summer 2016 after a wedding that ended earlier in the evening. I'm a sucker for chain restaurant pizza, so eating at Pizza Hut was a no-brainer. This location, in particular, appeared like a pigsty- dirty tables, no air conditioning, and zero utensils placed on our table- such poorly provided service! I will have to find a 4-5 rated Pizza Hut on my next trip to the Lehigh Valley. On a positive note: Pizza was rad! read more
