Drove 15 minutes from Camelback and was not disappointed. Had an order of 24 wings mixed, plain, garlic Parmesan, jerk and sweet teriyaki, nice mix of flats and drums. Their Mac and Cheese was like a soul food spot from your Gma's kitchen. Even the fries were good. With the drive. read more

My wife and I stopped in there about a month or so ago. Definitely the best chicken wings I've had in such a long time! The owner and chef is a master at crafting different flavors. He went out of his way to give my wife a vegetarian option. Phenomenal place great location. read more

We stopped here on our last trip to Kalahari. There's not many good food options by the waterpark. We looked up Yelp and decided to come here before checking in to the waterpark. Not realizing the time, we got there right when they opened and they were still setting up. The entire staff was really nice and we sat around in their dining area admiring all the positive art pieces and news clipping on their history. It's an amazing story of overcoming the struggles of Covid dining limitations. The staff is really the major standout in my eyes. Everyone was just so welcoming, it felt like we were over at a friend's house. The food was great too, wings were up there with the best we had and the rice as well. We ordered some extra rice to go. If you're looking for a nice comfort spot by the waterpark. Give them a try! read more

Absolutely delicious! I ordered from Wingz and a Prayer twice in the same week because it was that good. The wings were packed with flavor, and the sides were also really good and paired perfectly with them. The only small issue was the second time I ordered I added the banana special dessert, and it was accidentally left out of the bag. I meant to reach out, but they had already closed by the time I noticed. Honestly, the food was so good it didn't take away from the experience. Hopefully next time I go, I'll mention the dessert and have it added to the next order. I'll definitely be ordering again. If you're looking for wings with tons of flavor, this place delivers. read more

I randomly found this wing spot on Yelp because I was sort of in the middle of nowhere in a place called Pocono manor in Pennsylvania. The food in the area was typically alright but nothing to write home about, but this spot was actually so good that I would visit it even if it was in a major foodie city like Los Angeles. My favorite three items on the menu were (in order of absolute top item) 1: The banana pudding, this was probably the best banana pudding I've ever had in my whole life!! 2: The pineapple habanero wings, I was surprised that it was a dry rub, but man it was soooo good!! 3: The mango habanero wings. I ordered this because it reminded me of wing stop and I figured how can I go wrong with that flavor haha. 4: the Mac and cheese was pretty good, I've had better but for sure best one in the area I was staying. My least favorite item was the garlic Parmesan, it just felt too liquidy and not enough Parmesan. They should add some Parmesan to that marinade. All in all this place has the best food in the poconos! read more

Wow! seriously the best wings I've ever had in my life and I'm a chicken wing connoisseur. We were greeted by the friendly owner of this restaurant and got to hear his story of how he started his business. The service was amazing and the food was worth traveling across the state for. They have so many flavors, some I've never heard of before. I highly recommend this place, you can thank me later! read more

I was traveling through the area and took a chance on Wingz and a Prayer. It's a small place, in a small plaza, with big flavors. The service was great as soon as I entered. A friendly host took my order and offered some recommendations. While small, the seating area was comfortable and inviting, with multiple seating options. The grilled chicken sandwich was delicious. I opted for the Alabama white sauce, which was great. But, it came with a side dish of sauce that I just had to try. The creamy, spicy orange sauce was even better than the white sauce. The side of mac and cheese was great as well. A great place to stop and enjoy a great meal! read more

We went to the Poconos on holiday. My husband found this restaurant on Yelp. The wings were so filling and SO delicious. The cornbread was the best cornbread I've ever tasted. Soft, moist. Their Mac and cheese was flavorful and well-seasoned. We ended up taking home leftovers because we got full! Service was wonderful, this restaurant is a blessing. The owner was very kind and conversational. The workers were conversational, friendly, and on point. The restaurant itself is decorated with lovely frames of verses. They have a nice dining area but also a cozy corner. It was a unique and nice restaurant. read more

$150 order and you can't even put ketchup in the bag. No blue cheese , no ranch, nothing. Do better.

If you're staying at the nearby (7 mins away) Kalahari waterpark like we were today, then this shop makes for a perfect post-swimming dinner spot! It was the 5 star reviews that brought us to this shop for dinner today, and we hope that our 5 star review will bring future customers in, too! The wings here are the best we've ever had--freshly made, warm, crunchy AND moist. Everyone here was so helpful and patient as we asked for sauce recommendations (we went with lemon pepper, buffalo, and honey BBQ in the end and loved ALL of them). All of the sides are solid additions to dinner, the fries were crispy, the rice and mac 'n' cheese were tasty too! To top off a wonderful experience, the chef surprised us with a complimentary dessert apple strudel, warm and topped with icing. PLEASE SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!! They deserve success 100% and we wish them all the best! read more

Get ready to hum the "Greatest American Hero" Theme Song while walking into "Wingz and a Prayer". We traveled to the Poconos and Wingz was a Yelp find. With a 5 Star rating, Wingz was an easy choice. Our family had a large takeout order, but for simplicity, I'll focus on what I tried. I ordered by phone and our food was ready on time. My interactions with the Wingz crew were friendly. Although I ordered takeout, they had a nice seating area. Also, there was some sort of block party vibe outside. Fun and loud rhythmic music played and people were hanging out at the various vendors. The food exceeded my expectations across the board. The wings were meaty and juicy, great outer texture. Multi-level seasoning. The lemon pepper dry and Buffalo ranch flavors were very good. The Bacon Bourbon was next level crazy delicious. I actually had to downplay had good they were so people didn't flock to them. The fresh bacon bits weren't cooked too long. The Bourbon glaze was terrific. Nice salty/sweet contrast. I also tried the rice, which had veggies, beans and seasoning. Way better than I expected. The banana pudding was very good too. Yelp wins again. Five Stars. read more

My friends and I came here after looking on yelp for a place to eat. My expectations for food was so low in this area but surprisingly, this place was definitely the best thing I've had in the area. I had an Uber driver drop me off and she was praising this place. I got the Thai chili wings and it was super yummy. The Mac and cheese was delicious too. I would recommend coming here if you're In the area! There's a seating area outside for you to enjoy. read more

Amazing flavors for wings! Highly recommend the jerk, sweet chili, and the mango habanero (if you like spice). The wings are pretty big and there are over 50 flavors to choose from. Some cons are the large fries are soggy and the Mac and cheese needs more cheese but it doesn't take away from the great wings. Also I am not sure their phone number works as we called many times but no one picked up. We just ordered straight from their website. read more

I been there twice and I enjoyed the food both times the beef patties are very good and the wings were amazing.

We finally got to try Wingz and a Prayer. We were not disappointed. Everything we had was delicious. We tried the bone in Buffalo and also the Nashville dry rub. With some French fries The owner brought us some delicious corn bread. It was warm and it was the best we've ever had. We loved everything and can't wait to go back and try more flavors. read more

The food was really good and they had a wide variety of sauce flavors. The guy who took our orders misheard us twice. We told him this and he apologized and made us what we had wanted. He let us keep the all the food after he corrected it. The ambiance was nice, they were playing covers of pop songs on the TV. The seating was okay, it was arranged kind of weirdly but we made it work. Overall, a good experience and I would go back. read more

First and foremost, super friendly staff. Many food options to choose from, hard to narrow down the choices because everything sounded delicious. I ordered the Buffalo, spicy Lemon Pepper, Nashville Hot, Bourbon, and Sweet Chili flavored wings. They were all AMAZINGGGGG!!! Their spicy honey garlic flavor is also tasty. I got regular and sweet potato fries, which had the perfect crunch, but not as perfect as the crunch from those wings....super yum!!! I also got the cornbread and coco bread which were also delicious!! The restaurant itself has a warm, family feel which I love. I am so happy to have finally found such a great wing spot!!! I recommend this restaurant 1000%!! read more

Very unique name! Came here because my parents live around the area and were raving about their wings. We only ordered wings with 4 different sauces: berry bar-b-que, wasabi cucumber, honey hot, and Carolina gold. And, every single sauce was delicious. The berry bar-b-que actually had berries in the sauce! The wings were covered generously with sauce, which is a must when it comes to wings. Surprisingly, the wings weren't salty or greasy, which is quite common with a lot of wing places. And, the meat was succulent and fell right off the bones. And, everyone working there was super nice and welcoming! Based on other reviews, the other food items sound delicious, too, so I definitely need to check them out, especially dessert. Tip: -My dad suggests calling ahead to place your order. When we went, it wasn't that busy, but he says that they get pretty busy, so calling ahead is a good idea. read more

All I can say if you're ever in the Pocono area. Or Tobyhanna please check this place out. They do have indoor seating available. We ordered our food to go. We were just getting in town driving from Maryland and we was excited to get to our cabin. The food was good. ESPECIALLY THE TURKEY WINGS. I am a huge fan of turkey wings and make them quite often at home myself. I usually just bake mine but they bake there's first and then fry them. They were crispy and delicious. We got four. They come as a pair. Nice size and the wings all were good as well. The greens were not one of my favorites but the mac and cheese made up for it. The corn bread and the garlic knot. Was oh so good!. Definitely bookmarked this spot. We come to this area once a year. This will be our first stop to explore more on the menu and again order those turkey wings. Met the owner and everyone was so nice! See you next time :) read more
