There were dramatic changes, none for the better. I ordered a salad and the wings and shrimp combo, my GF salad and a pasta dish. Our salads were brought with a huge glop of dressing on them, rendering them a soupy mess and inedible. (Our server said that she was new and was told that she shouldn't have done that, but laughed and said that we just didn't have to add it ourselves). My wings were as good as normal, but the shrimp were horribly overcooked, dry and nasty. My GF's pasta was badly oversauced and again a big soupy mess. This place needs to get back to the basics and work on the fundamentals. I regret not sending everything back for a do-over, and seriously doubt if I will return to see if they were just having a bad night or if this is their new normal.

The service is primarily lackluster with a general sense of unpleasantness & disdain for joy. I called to order an order of wings and 2 drinks - understandably a small order - but the woman then told me it's not enough to make a delivery 11 minutes away, down the road straight up 895. If there's a policy, then you create an effective website that addresses this. She could have upsold something, recommended something, anything that would help both me & the business, but that did not happen. I then cancelled the order, she said "okay bye" and hung up. Called a different pizza parlor several minutes later with the exact same order and they are delivering, from 17 minutes away. We walked in to this tiny place on the hill. No "hello", nothing- I didn't know if we sat ourselves or should wait to be seated until we asked. We sat down, no one took our order- I should've walked out then. We went to the counter, put our order in, then returned to our table, no placemats- no silverware. The person cooking brought our drinks, after a good wait. She delivered our food- a small pizza for my friend, and I ordered wings mild well done. Mine came with no celery but came with blue cheese. The wings were breaded, in their other restaurant they are not. The taste was ok but the wings were drizzled with some Hot wing sauce- that is not how the other locations serve the wings. Why is there no consistency? Even the menus were different. While we were eating, there was a family next to us. Their young boy was making disgusting belching sounds. It was absolutely gross. The parents did nothing about it. The server never brought silverware- I had to get it. The server never checked back to see if we liked everything. Never were we asked if we needed anything. The bathroom toilets barely flushed. I didn't think the bathrooms were terribly clean. The interior of the restaurant seemed dingy to me. I would never set foot in this location again. Ever.
