Rock solid ! And the best choice we've made eating in the tourist trap area called Niagara Falls. I started out by ordering 2 appetizers so I could see if this place was going to be any good and it was. Ended up ordering dinner for the 4 of us and everyone loved what they got. Kelsey's ended up being the best value we've experienced so far and had great quality food and service. Not to mention their patio is awesome ! and had live music outdoors. read more

Big portions. Nice beer. Chicken wrap was very good. Ranch kettle chips a bit under cooked. Quick service. Good kids menu.

So happy with this gem. After a super sub par experience at Rainforest Cafe at lunch, we had given up on having a decent meal and drinks in Niagara. To our surprise we were seated after a short wait on the outdoor patio. The cocktails were very good and very reasonably priced! We ordered nachos for an app, real cheese, melted under a broiler so chips were still crisp and had that great baked flavor. Hubs had a Thai shrimp brown that he loved, I had an apple pecan salad, and my girls had mac and cheese that was homemade and baked (totally delish!), along with broccoli cheddar soup. Service was friendly, reasonable speed, food was quite good for a tourist area. We didn't feel ripped off at all, in fact I was surprised with the overall value of our meal. There was a delightful young lady singing with acoustic guitar that put the experience over the top. read more

Great food. Great people. Great drinks. This place is great for families on a street thats like the Strip in Vegas but for kids. A kids dream come true. read more

Went here a few nights ago with a few friends after a photoshoot. One of my friends has Celiacs, so it was hard to find a place to eat with lots of gluten free options, but then we stopped here because it looked promising. Even though we specifically stressed the severeness of their condition, the gluten free burger they ordered came out with fried pickles on the side, touching the burger and rendering the whole dish inedible. They had to remake it, and it turned out fine, but that was a serious blunder that cannot be overlooked. The rest of the food was okay at best, and severely overpriced for the portion sizes we received. read more

Loved the atmosphere. Outside patio, sports bar area and inside tables that open to the action on the streets. It has it all. Food is great also. read more

Location and atmosphere are great. Unfortunately the service is sub-par and the food is horrible. My burger was tasteless, tough, and the bun was rock hard. Salads.....the lettuce was extremely mushy and brown from sitting out. Way too expensive for the quality. Use yelp to find a better place, perhaps the burger king down the street read more

Here at Kelsey's of Ontario, the food is very good and the beers on tap; if you are a beer lover is excellent! Staff is courteous Amber friendly. If you are in the Niagara Falls Canadian side; go to Kelsey's. Also the price is very good read more

Very late at night , still great service , good food, very nice live music. The portions are very generous . Try peach cocktail for sure.very nice friendly pleasant well spoken waitress read more

My family and I went for dessert and we waited an hour for them to come out! And when we asked to see the manager to simply let him know, he was extremely rude and standoffish. It was such a disappointment as we were looking forward to the PB&J Sundae we had been craving all week. Although the waitress was apologetic, it did not make up for the terrible service we received from the manager. Suffice it to say, we would not go back! read more

Sangria here is great as is fried calamari! Go with a pitcher of Canadian beer. Their Bacon Cheesebuger not so much and as far as the taco salad skip it here. Service if 2 star. Our waitress didn't have a clue. She took forever and would stand at the bar while our drinks were ready, then at one point picked up our beer and proceeded to talk to a co-worker for like three minutes. Hello....wake up. read more

My family likes to eat here when we visit the Falls. Food is decent and not AS expensive as other places nearby. Real nice atmosphere. You can eat indoors yet still have the open air of the outdoors. Lots of bar type foods so just know that going in and you'll be fine. read more

Excellent service and quality food. Open late night with live music, modern decor and reasonably priced quality food.

Stopped here twice - once for a drink at the bar and once for lunch. The bartender was friendly and the drinks were good. At lunch, the food was very good - I had a buffalo chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries and my husband had the grilled cheese and bacon with onion rings. Our waiter, Trey, was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was packed but the food and drinks came out quickly. Will definitely recommend! read more

Came here on a family visit and I have to say that it's a nice place to go out. The hosts at the front were very nice and quite understanding when we wished to switch spots. Our server, I think she said her name was Jenna, was an absolute doll, loved having her! The dinner was decent but not the best, the appetizers were good though, we had the 4 cheese spinach dip to start, and I had the Chicken Parmigian. All in all a nice night out that I enjoyed, I'd recommend read more

Waiter lied to my face about not having something. Food was overpriced for what little you get. Also played stupid when asked about sugar. Really you're in Canada not some 3rd world country. Save your money and eat elsewhere. read more

This is an "ok" place to eat. Food came decently fast for being very busy, but sadly the food was nothing to rave about. It was obvious the food had overstayed in the freezer, chicken was hard as a rock, they're fountain pop was also watered down. They also had a "Local" band witch was equivalent of ear rape. But our waiter was this restaurants saving grace. He was very knowledgeable about beers on tap, was very attentive with us and his other tables. Overall, in my opinion, I wouldn't recommend this place, food is lackluster, live music was ok at best. They have great waiters and waitresses though. read more

Very good burger, and friendly service staff. Prices were a bit steep, but that's the case all over NF.

Great Food and Good Atmosphere! Boyfriend had a Cheeseburger (Sadly Can't find it on their online menu to remember what it was called). And I had the Butter Chicken Wrap. Both were very delicious and filling! Fries that came with the meal were also good! Would definitely Return to! read more

The ambience was great. Patio right on the street. Server was polite and courteous as expected. However, the food was pretty bad and the portions were small. We were out $30 per person for an entree and a glass of beer. read more

Besides the live music and looking like a nice sports bar this place doesn't have much to offer. We had microwaved food and the kids pasta es ice cold. The dessert brownie pops were half the size of a munchkin from fun in donuts. read more

Great food and music. I got a great burger and my wife an Italian dinner. The waitress was very friendly and very attentive. A guy was playing the acoustical guitar and singing. He was great. read more

Good, fun food! Cod burger was fresh and amazing! My picky daughter loved her doritos crusted chicken fingers! Who would've thought chicken fried butter chicken would be this addicting. My hubby loved it! Our waiter, Phoenix, was very attentive and gave us good places to go visit. The ambience was fun with a live musician with indoor and outdoor seating. read more

Food was good, fishbowl drink was great. I just wish the waitress wasn't heckling us to leave right after we finished our food. It was not crowded, no one was waiting to sit. If another group was waiting, I would have been more understanding. read more

Love Kelseys food and service both great. We ordered buff'd up chicken potato skins and they were amazing! Also ordered chicken wings which were also great! Definitley recommend! At our last visit they were out of two apps that we ordered but they gave us a free app. read more

Horrible service. We are a group of 4 one of us didn't get our food. We sat here for over an hour and a half for some chicken wings chicken fingers a salad and a poutine. We were not offered anything in consolation to the food not being given correctly other the ridiculous amount of time we waited. Service here is really bad. The waiter walks by and doesn't even give eye contact. I am not impressed at all. read more

overpriced for what it is. just go to wendy's further down the strip and you can get the same thing for way less.

Very good food. I ordered the bacon mac and cheese (sans the bacon). It was delicious! The live musician was fantastic and he even took a few requests. Nice atmosphere. read more

My wife and I came here and experienced slow service, undercooked fried pickles that were mostly just dough and cold and soggy Parmesan fries. It's been nearly impossible to find any decent food in Niagara Falls. I recommend the Falls casino grand buffet. It's the only good food we've had. read more

A really great place for a good meal. We sat on the patio and despite the cold outside, we were nice and warm. Baseball playoffs were on the TVs which are plentiful. Live music started at 9:30pm and he is great. The food: I had a warm spinach salad with chicken that was delicious. Typically comes with goat cheese but I just doubled up on the grated Parmesan instead. Wife had a steak fajita. All was great. Thanks to Deanna for great service. read more

Took a two day trip to Niagara Falls, Canada and ate here. Normal grill style food, can't complain as it was only dine in restaurant still open at 12AM. Wings were okay, wife had nachos. Atmosphere was great as we sat on side which was open for a great warm summer evening. Mid range price for dinner and drinks at a tourist destination. read more

It might have just been the food that night but the burger was terrible and gave me food poisoning. The bathroom were also disgusting

Went here for lunch today (18 January 2015). Along with 7 of my family members, including 2 children, 6 adults. Walking in the place was not packed at all-- Not even halfway full. Sat down quickly, and did not take long for our drink & food order to be taken (both at the same time). What did take long was our drink order to actually come to our table, which merely consisted of 2 chocolate milks, 1 pitcher of beer, 1 ice tea and 3 tap waters; that took 15 minutes to come out. We then waited about another 30 minutes after that for our food to come out (which did not all come out at the same time). three out of the 8 meals were at room temperature (1 burger & 2 fish burgers), 1 of the kids nachos & cheese literally came out burnt and stuck onto the paper that was underneath it (the cheese also looked non-existent since it was over-cooked into the nachos), 2 people ordered the fish burger and 1 person ordered the fish and chips and those meals were not seasoned at all, it tasted like absolutely nothing-- no flavor, no seasoning, nothing. We are a family that doesnt like to complain, so initially the only thing we found we should complain about was the kid meal that was burnt. The server agreed that they were burnt, but told us that was what they usually looked liked (not sure why kids nachos should be burnt) and offered another item on the menu. That's exactly what should have been done. Once the new meal was brought out, we didnt see the anyone that worked there again. I got up to ask a server for our bill since I couldnt find our server, 10 minutes later we still had nobody give us our bill. At this point, my husband along with everyone else with us were getting annoyed and tired of waiting. So my husband decided to find a manager and told him how unhappy we were with the very slow service, the cold food, the unseasoned food, the unnoticed burnt kids meal, and the fact that nobody has given us our bill yet. this also took another 15 minutes after that to actually/ finally receive our bill. As this was going on, we noticed that the table beside us was also getting frustrated at how long their bill was taking to come, we also spoke to them and they were completely disappointed in their meals. As we were leaving what looked like to be a manager asked us how our stay was, and when we complained, all she could say was sorry and walked away. We sat down to have lunch at 1:45 and did leave the place until about 3:30. Why did lunch take almost two hours is beyond me. Especially when we took our order as soon as the waitress came to us. I am not really sure what is going on with this restaurant and what their issue was. I would expect this (at least) from a busy restaurant, not a half empty one. Food was unable to come out at a proper temperature, and some food was lacking in seasoning. So maybe they should look into a change of chefs & staffing and some restaurant etiquette when dealing with customers. I would definitely recommend other places to check out when in Niagara Falls (like Antica, Montanas, Boston Pizza, even Wendys would be a better option). Do not waste your time and money here! read more

Super loud, which is to be expected, being located off Clifton Hill. I ordered a Steak, the wife ordered a Tai salad. Her salad was soaking in dressing ( should have asked for dressing on the side ) . My steak was really brutal, I had asked to leave the peppercorns off; that request was ignored, it burnt the hell out of my face - scary hot....... The steak they brought the second time, was AMAZING !!.... that thing was cooked to perfection, top notch. ; I would have been a very happy camper if it came like that the first time !! Obviously the chef is very skilled; they might want to consider telling customers of the option of doing without the "Inferno Meat Slab" - We'll be back now we know how to order properly ( & safely ) - too bad they wouldn't educate the serving staff a little better. read more

Service here was meh and the food wasn't exactly the greatest, particularly the wings. Pretty sure they lied to me about them being Buffalo flavored. They only get two stars cause of the bathroom: clean and the keg urinals gave off a unique vibe for a trip to the loo. If you're looking for good eats, you can do better than here. read more

We had the most INCREDIBLE lunch at Kelseys today! From the time that we got there, Krystal (our server) was just the moist incredible server! We ordered our drinks and they came very quickly. We ordered our food and it was there in good time too. First major plus - my wife is not able to eat big portions due to surgery, so getting just a side order of poutine (which is what she wanted) was greeted with the words no problem at all. Our food came and my son cut into his steak and it was not cooked the well done that he had asked for, but it tasted so good that he didn't want to complain. Second big plus, Krystal saw his steak and immediately came over and asked if we wanted it cooked more to which we replied that it was fine he was enjoying it. The food was extremely tasty and Krystal was there to refill drinks when needed. We finished our food and to out total surprise, Krystal had applied a discount because the steak was not cooked the way we asked for. Incredible service, incredible food, and we felt specially taken care of! Thank you Kelseys and thank you Krystal!! read more

Kids menu Mac n cheese was horrific! Watery no cheese flavor simply beyond bland. Kids' build your own taco was good - kept the kids occupied . Grilled chicken Kids menu came w mix veggies - solid.
