Kelsey's was by far the best reason to visit Niagara Falls. My friends and I visited over the summer and had to go back twice! We enjoyed everything from the service, food (spinach dip was amazing) and the drinks (ceasars, spiked teas, and spiked milkshakes). Incredible experience overall, Kelsey's has a great vibe, cool music and nice people! read more

We came to visit Niagara Falls during the off season (mid-March) and were looking for a late night place to grab a bite to eat. Kelsey's was great! Staff was very friendly. Food was reasonably priced, in comparison to other restaurants in the Niagara Falls area, and the drinks were awesome! We ordered the Roadhouse margarita and it comes in a giant mason jar, definitely enough for 2 people to drink. I would definitely come back here again. read more

Awesome restaurant, fried pickles are a must try. Service was great. We absolutely loved this place!!!

I cannot believe there are any bad reviews about this place! Saturday at 1 pm, seated instantly...fried pickles (divine) and a fabulous meal with awesome, friendly service! Wish this place was close to home!! read more

Great music and best buffalo chicken wrap I have ever had!!!! Excellent food selection. Not a long wait even at a busy time with a line and food came out quickly. read more

I had high hopes for this Niagara Falls restaurant. It had a great view, trendy decor, and a prime location. However, I was let down to a new extent. We ordered the feta bruschetta flatbread, a gimme grilled cheese (grilled cheese with bacon, onions, mushrooms), and a side of poutine. First off, the feta bruschetta flatbread had NO bruschetta, NO pesto, and NO onions (which were all in the description) and the feta cheese was hard and moldy. It was also undercooked with raw dough that wasn't cut. The grilled cheese was okay, and the cheese in the poutine wasn't melted. But I gave Kelsey's two stars instead of one because our kind server took the nasty flatbread off our check, which I greatly appreciate. I will NOT be returning. read more

Place was kind of expensive. The Buff chicken wrap item I got was good but small. The server was unsure about foreign transaction fees. This seems to be information that should be need-to-know given the tourist location. The acoustic guitarist was jammin' out with a great feel for music and a wonderful voice. The place had accommodating tv's to watch the Warriors stomp on the LeBrons. Overall... slightly above average experience. read more

Walked right in got a table and drinks right away on a busy Saturday night! Don't waste your time anyplace else!

this restaurant is pretty big and has great location, too bad food is NOOO BUENO! now the drinks were decent so that helped us keep the food down haha. ordered soft tacos to share as started, ok, not much flavor. fried pickles, these were good but kind of hard to fuck up fried pickles don't you think? lol burger, decent, brother was able to finish it so I guess that was ok. the buffalo wings, not good. didn't finish. too skiny, dry, over cooked. pasta, disgusting. no flavor what so ever. didn't finish. wouldn't come back here. would rather just go to wendys and call it a night haha read more

I'm going to keep this short but sweet - I'm surprised by the negative reviews on here. We had a horrendous meal at Margaritaville the night before, and the breakfast buffet at our hotel was just god awful, so maybe our enjoyment of Kelsey's was relative. But I don't think so. My husband and both my kids really loved our lunch. The Korean lettuce wraps were so fresh and really delicious. My hubby and I shared the Messy Beef Sandwich (or something like that), and it was just a touch dry for me, but still really delicious - my husband thought it was perfect. I wish I could remember what else we had, but really we enjoyed every last thing we ate. And the dessert was killer - Nutella-filled donuts with a toffee sauce. So so so good. I won't go into detail about where it is and the decor, etc, because others have. However, the service was good, and the music decent (unlike the miserable stuff at Margaritaville in addition to bad karaoke). And the price was reasonable for the area. We paid about $95 vs. $165 at Margaritaville - drinks and tip included, same quantity of food. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did! read more

We stopped by this place when visiting the Niagara Falls area this past weekend. What drew us in was the live music and patio seating. We were let down quickly. We waited almost an hour for our meals, some of which came out cold, and others were obviously sitting under the heating lamp for a very long time and were rubbery as a result.. And the server was so inattentive, it was like she didn't even care about checking in on us and communicating. I can completely understand that when it's busy sometimes customers have to wait a while for the food to be prepared, but there were 2 tables who sat down 15-20 minutes after we did and they got served before us. When we asked the server how much longer it would be, she said "it's almost ready" but we still had to wait another 20 minutes after flagging down our waitress to ask Some of the things we ordered didn't even need time to cook being that it was a bruschetta. We were very displeased. read more

came here for a burger and a beer the burgers were really good the service was good and the place was big didn't have to wait long to be seated read more

Kelsey's is located right on the corner at the top of Clifton Hill. They have a wide variety in the menu in terms of drinks and food. Every time we passed by it looked packed so we decided to stop in. We ordered the buffalo chicken potato skins and they were so good. Not too spicy and the skins were nice and crispy. We ordered the fajitas and and spaghetti Canadiana. The pasta had a nice spice to it and the fajitas were flavorful as well. The snowball cocktail tasted just like a snow cone. The only reason I've rated Kelsey's 4 out of 5 is due to the lack of our server checking on us and I was waiting for a water refill for quite some time and the loud music made it hard to hear him as well. read more

If there was lower than the 1 star rating : our first time at this place ... Ordered a veggie burger and one of their speciality burgers with a veggie party instead. The Veggie burger was cold, seemed like the patty had been microwaved for not enough time, side of mashed potatoes were cold as well. The specialty burger came with 2 beef patty's not veggie patty as ordered. Called servers sent it back, asked for a chicken dish instead. I had to wait 10 minutes after my wife had already finished her meal to get my food. half way through the meal, realised I had just bit into Raw chicken. Our server Jason was emphethetic and said he was going to bring a manager. Waited about another 10 minutes and she was huffing and puffing as soon as she got to the table. Didn't bother offering her name or an apology. Just started with "you have sent 2 meals back. What's the problem." In the middle of me telling my story, she says, the chicken was NOT raw, I inspected it" and then went on to argue that same point over and over. She eventually grabbed the $14 tab from the table and screamed "I got this" and walked away. STAY AWAY. The manager is apparently Always right even if they screw up your food. WORST experience of our life at a restaurant. read more

Wanted to grab a nice bite in the heart of Clifton Hill. We really wanted something filling and had a pleasurable, laid back experience. The hostess, server and atmosphere were warm and welcoming. We got the nachos, please know that this is A VERY LARGE tray and perfect for sharing plus incredibly delicious. read more

This is not the authentic Kelsey's that you eat in other Canadian cities. It's eat and do not come again cause you are a tourist. I had mushroom sirloin steak and was the worst steak I have ever eaten. Steam vegetables was only one type of veg. (green beans) and the fries were awful (Canada proudly grows the tastiest potatoes in the world, so why you are doing this to our lovely potatoes). The waitress did not bother to ask me how was the steak! While She asked someone next to me on the bar who only bought bread with cheese and pesto. That was rude. read more

Live music, awesome staff. If you're gonna splurge this is definitely the place to do it. Flatbread and Mac and cheese were off the charts. Great place to go if you're traveling into Canada or if you're just looking for a bite to eat. Only reason I'd say four out of five is because it's a bit pricey. But, totally worth it! read more

We loved our experience at Kelsey's. The hostess who seated us (Courtney) was very friendly and had no problem when we asked if we could move to a different table. She was the best hostess we've ever encountered at any restaurant. Ever. read more

I keep forgetting to avoid chain restaurants and this is why.... 4 of us were looking for a place for apps, dinner and drinks. The tonges on my fork were so bent it was useless, and two of our plates still had dried food on it. Let's start with the apps. The spinach dip was good but the wings were the size of a pidgons wing and over cooked but the sauce was nice. The sweet potato fries were ice cold and had to be sent back. This brings us to the drinks which just sucked. As for as dinner went...well we left. I will say that our waiter was good, and should go work at a real restaurant although he should have checked out our set-ups first read more

Went there late last night for dinner. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger. The rest of my group ordered a taco salad and quesadilla. Our server was really nice but the food was only so so. Think Chili's. My burger was good but a salt bomb. The meat was a tad over seasoned. I had a side salad instead of fries and it was good. The taco salad was underwhelming. It was more shell than anything and the beef was bland. The quesadilla was good and nice sized. Overall okay experience but you definitely pay for the location. read more

No really that good. Food was so, so. My wife had a buffalo chicken wrap and fries which was really good. I had the nachos; I've had much better. Chips were ok but the toppings weren't. Was a mess of meat and other toppings. Wasn't really that impressed. I got the side of guacamole for an extra $1. Was really small and ok tasting. Had better from Chipotle. To make things worse it took FOREVER to get our food. We arrived about 2:30pm and they weren't too busy. We were seated promptly and received our drinks "water". Ordered a couple minutes later then waited and waited and WAITED... It took more than 30 minutes for our two items to arrive. Mine wasn't very warm where my wife's was ok. There was live music right in front of us. The guy was really good and we really enjoyed listening to him. Was a bit loud but the speakers were placed all over the restaurant so it wasn't blaring right at us. Our server was kind and helpful. But with my so, so order and the really slow service we weren't impressed. The bill was kind of steep to for what we got. $61 Canadian for two items and waters. Kind of a rip off. read more

Compared to other restaurants in Niagara Falls, they had a big variety, nice people, life music and, we all know the food is really expensive, but relatively good prices!! Can't complain read more

Went there for dinner. They have renovated since our last visit. Very open and bright. Server was wonderful. The nachos were the best we have had . The meals were very good. My Thai shrimp pasta however was bland and I just did not like the flavour. Ate the shrimp and broccoli in it only. Was expensive at $17.95. Portion was small and only had 4 shrimp in the plate. Gave 3 stars for the server and the nachos. read more

Came in for a beer and a small bite after a long day. Ended up with a cocktail for me and a beer for the hubby, as well as the calamari (it's called something else which I forget). The calamari was good and reasonably priced, and the beer was good as well. The cocktail was ok but light on the alcohol for the price (we sat there for a long time watching the bartenders make the drink, and it seems all the drinks were a bit light in that manner). The music was rather loud, and trust me when I say for me to think music is loud, it's gotta be pretty up there. Staff was professional; not overly friendly but not overly distant either. Overall a fine place to go. Nothing memorable but nothing terrible. read more

Over priced food for the touristy area, the taste of the food I ordered (burger) was mediocre at best. Went back later in the night to order some shots, bartender decided to charge me 8$ for a 4$ shot even though it specifically stated in the menu it was 4$, left leaving no tip and disappointed. read more

Great location in the strip of Niagara Falls. The food was over-priced and was nothing spectacular. Burgers and fries are easily in the $15 range. Good bar setup if you were coming for a drink. They had live music on a Monday night in July which was a nice touch. read more

We had a somewhat negative experience here. Outdoor seating and live music was nice, food was okay (depending on the dish), but the service was lacking. Multiple mistakes with our meals, and adding missing ingredients took far longer than expected. Wait staff was kind, but not very attentive. Kelsey's might be okay for a salad and a beer, and though I typically steer clear of chain restaurants, Ruby Tuesdays might be a better option here. read more

Has lunch here while visiting the falls. Ordered the fish tacos and husband had the coco loci chicken. Each had a Magarita these were awful and I think &8 a piece. Our meal took 45 minutes To get it. My husband chicken was like premised frozen stuff reheated and I had 2 very tiny pieces of fish in the tacos that were 12.49 for 2, fish was cold. The waitress even said she was embarrassed to serve so originally gave us 15% of my meal I had to ask to speak to the manager. After that he didn't charge me for my meal + took 25% off my husbands so he did try and make up for it so kudos to that which is why I gave them any stars. read more

I ate here on Sunday and I have two words for you: Food Poisoning. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad. At 16$ I would expect the chicken to be cooked properly!! I've been sick all yesterday and today, even throwing up. Maybe I'd be less mad if the food were actually good tasting, but it was mediocre at best. My boyfriend ordered a hamburger which was bland and served with paper tasting french fries and my friend ordered the overpriced tacos that came cold. The only thing that was good were the drinks, but the waitress made us feel like criminals when we tried to pay for more drinks afterwards claiming she cannot swipe the same card twice... I've never heard of this rule, but basically the card would not work a second time, I didn't have another one nor any cash, and they have no ATM! She did not offer a solution... did she expect us to wash dishes to pay it off? Horrible system, horrible staff, horrible food. Do not eat here unless you want to spend the next day in the bathroom. read more

Service was good, restaurant was clean, really convenient location. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. The fried pickles were very good and so was the Balsamic chicken (great sauce on the chicken and very tender). The mashed potatoes were just ok--a little bland--and the wings were good. Overall a good experience and we would go there again. read more

We needed a restaurant for dinner around 11 pm. Walked up Clifton Hill and checked around to see if any restaurant was still open and not a tourist trap like the Ruby's Tuesday we had last night. Found this place with live music, and it still had many customers regardless how late it was. Went in and the waitress asked whether we could leave our stroller. We wanted to keep ours because the baby was still wobbly when sitting in a high chair. She was very accommodating and found us a corner seat where we could park our stroller. We ordered 4-cheese spinach dip ($13.99 CAD) and 10 pcs of chicken wings ($15.99 CAD) for appetizer. For entry, we had chicken Alfredo pasta ($18.99 CAD) with additional side (poutine $5.99 CAD), ultimate bacon cheese burger, and a kid's meal (pizza). The total was $102.xx CAD before tip. We LOVED the spinach dip with the wedged, deep-fried pita-like bread. So yummy! The Alfredo pasta was also very good. The rest of the dish was OK. Our waitress was friendly and sweet. Overall, we were very surprised and happy to find this place at Clifton Hill! read more

Very unorganized service. Waited in a line outside. Ordered a burger which didn't say on the menu that it was deep fried and the Ceaser salad cake with bacon on it ( also not on the menu) read more

This restaurant was such a disappointment. My boyfriend and I went for lunch. We had two beers, a burger, and a sandwich... our bill was $80.00. Yes, $80.00. The food was crappy and bland. The calamari tray is mostly veggies deep friend and you get about 6 pieces of actual calamari. The burger buns were disgusting. The fries were under cooked. The fish sandwich I had was bland, gross, and left me feeling sick. Neither of us finished even 50% of our food and they still didn't offer a refund or to take anything off of the bill. Don't go here if you're looking for good food. read more

my friends and i went for some drinks last night and were being spoken to by a few different groups of men, as any other beautiful girls do when they go to the bar on the weekend. the manager was being extremely rude to the people talking to us and also told my friend and i "you're attracting the wrong type of guys" which is none of her business what men we are attracting and how we choose to deal with it, especially while we weren't even inside the restaurant yet. then as we were asking for a table closer to the outside of the patio, because we were in a booth closer to the inside, the manager returned to us and started scoffing and making more remarks such as "oh you want a table near those guys" once again not as if it was any of her business, but that is just rude and extremely unprofessional. the entire time we were in line and in the restaurant she was giving attitude and making disgusting remarks to a group of 19 year old girls. i hope one day a grown adult speaks to her daughter the way she spoke to us because it is completely unacceptable and unprofessional and i'm amazed that this woman holds a manager position at such a popular and busy institution. its 2021, why are you still blaming young women for the disgusting attention we get from men? do better... read more

Not impressed at all. It was very busy and the service was horrible. It took about an hour to get our food, non of which were entrees. Food was OK at best. Atmosphere and location are the best things about this place. read more

Very satisfied with choosing Kelsey's for dinner on vacation with kids in Niagara Falls. Great atmosphere sitting on the patio listening to acoustic guitar while enjoying the beautiful weather. Waiter was very helpful in describing the mostly traditional dishes. I went with the 8 oz. steak with peppercorn and was happy with my choice. Kids also enjoyed their meals capped off with brownie pops. Would stop here again on next trip to the Falls! read more

We went here at 8 the other night after Yank's appeared to only have one server. The atmosphere was really cool, string lights overhead and live music, awesome! Menu had lots of good options. Our waitress was super nice and checked in with us often. However, our food took over an hour. Our waitress told us the kitchen was behind, but an hour behind is a little crazy. We ordered chicken fingers, wings and a salad. Apparently they had run out of chicken and were hand making it in the back. I wish they would have told us that so we could have ordered something different. Everyone around us was waiting for their food too. Some guests were served before others who had been waiting way longer. Once our food arrived, the wings were lukewarm. Plus they didn't have much meat on them, we ordered 5 of them and they looked like a kid sized meal. But we were too hungry to complain. The chicken fingers were tasty along with the salad. The manager also took 25% our meal which was super nice. This place has great potential, but the kitchen just needs to catch up. read more

Stopped in with my family for dinner. The service was extremely slow. It took over 15 minutes before the waitress came to take our drink order. We ended up waiting over an hour for our food. The food was average, nothing special about it, but I was completely blown away by the kind staff. Our server greeted us with a smile, made jokes and made us feel completely welcome. When I got my order, it had mayonnaise on it when I asked for none, so I got our servers attention and she took it back immediately and apologized. The manager came out and apologized as well! Since I had a problem with my order, they didn't charge me for that dish at all! It was just mayo, yet my issue got treated like it was top tier. When we tipped generously, our server thanked us multiple times and wished us a merry Christmas. Amazing staff, definitely recommend. read more
