My family is full of people with very different tastes. I wanted a burger, someone else wanted a wrap, or pasta. We settled for Kelsey's after a long night of stopping at every restaurant to check the menus. I ordered the bacon burger, and while the service was slow, it hardly seemed like any time had passed since we could watch someone play music live on the patio. When our food finally arrived I was thrilled. The meat was perfectly cooked, and the bacon added just the right amount of flavor. Again, the service was slow, but the staff was friendly and pleasant, and they worked to get us seated in a decent amount of time in the outside area, like we requested. I would definitely eat at Kelsey's again. read more

Kelsey's did the job for the hunger we were feeling! I had an order of 5 wings, my fiancé had a bacon cheese burger, and we split a fried pickles appetizer. The pickles were pretty good but the rest of the food was average. The staff was super friendly! read more

We had chicken fingers and fries. The food was great. The service was excellent. The waitress/bartender was very attentive and friendly. Probably the best service we've gotten in Niagara Falls. read more

Don't waste your time or money. The food was not very good, the service was slow, and the prices were high. The atmosphere is nice. Out of four meals, one person in our party enjoyed their food and we all got different things. There's a Burger King across the street that probably would have been a better meal read more

Me and my friend went to Kelsey's because we loved how the restaurant had a nice patio and the food looked nice. Honestly the food is not that bad but eating on the patio was HELL! There was so many bees that we barely got to finish our meals. They got on the food and in our drinks! Obviously, the restaurant can't control nature but it made our time at the restaurant really bad. We asked to be changed places at one point but we were just told that it's bad wherever we sit. If you do go to Kelsey's, just eat inside (for your sake!) read more

Let me just say that this place is great. Our wait time was very short, even considering it was a Saturday evening. They have great live music, and at the time we went, the singer was HOT. And very talented. I highly recommend the Cool Ranch Doritos Chicken Fingers. Our waitress was super nice and provided excellent service. If you find yourself in Clifton Hill, go to Kelsey's read more

Margaritas are horrible and taste like toilet bowl cleaner. The service was just okay and the food was average, my steak came with raw vegetables but my husbands were cooked. The music was great and prevented a one star review. read more

Went to Niagara Falls for a day. Stop in to Kelsey's to get some food. My boyfriend made and order of pasta with meatballs. I got a salad. They brought for him absolutely wrong dish. When he mention that to the waiter, he brought the right order in about 20 min, but the meatball were frozen inside. My boyfriend almost break his teeth. Shame! We never had anything like that in any other Kelsey's restaurant. read more

Look, the food here is pretty good, but to call these wings "hot"??? It's like they were made by someone who read about cayenne pepper in a book once and thought, "sounds interesting, but far too dangerous to try outside of a laboratory." read more

This place was an average spot in the Clifton Hill area. I order the jerked chicken tacos which were seasoned really well but my calamari was fried a little to much causing them to be a little too chewy. The drinks were reasonable priced and tasty. I'm assuming because the day and time we were there it was busier than expected causing there to be a long wait for food and the check but our waitress was attentive. read more

Love the location and atmosphere. Note to Yelpers....you can charge your phones here with a cube. Food is ok, but this is worth the visit.

Try canadian beer and Merlot made from Ontario. Last day of Niagara falls, me and my wife walked to Canada side of Niagara and had a diner at Clinton Hill Kelsey's. It seems like Canadian franchise family restaurant and they had Asian Chicken noodle soup menu which is really nice for me. I tried Canadian Beer. it was really good. there were live singer singing a song in patio where we sat. Food and atmosphere was really nice. it was great night in Canada. read more

Ugh . Where do I begin? Gross food, shit service. Female bartenders that think they are God's gift to the world but most are built like 10 year old boys. First off, please remove your RBF and try a smile. Do not wait to be acknowledged by your customers and have them wave you down while you sit and gossip 3 ft from the bar with your manager. Please do not address all the men in the group and ignore the females altogether. Fatal flaw in service!!! We are a relaxed, fun group and Somehow all the fun was sucked out of the night once we made it up to your bar. There was only one little cute ethnic girl with long black hair who actually smiled a lot and would ask if we'd been helped. Thanks to that little nugget who actual made an effort! I hope she was tipped in excess that night because she actually deserved it for offering some form of customer service. Maybe she needs to be on payroll to train the rest of your bartending team, including the older female who looked to be a manager. So on to the food and drinks. Not much to say about it... wings were soggy and the "buffalo" sauce was off putting. The wilted salad and warm dressing was especially my favorite, disgusting!!! Here's a tip, don't serve your customers food that you wouldnt serve your own family. If you know it looks like crap, throw it away and either make it right or say you are out. Also, Stick to beers at this place because clearly there is no standard for knowing how to make drinks. Apparently anyone can be a bartender. FYI- a lemon drop shot consist of more than a shot of vodka sprinkled with some sugar served with a sugared lemon wedge. Do you know how to make a Mai Tai... nope! Maybe offer some bartending classes to your very inexperienced young ladies behind the bar, especially when charging what you charge. In fact have some customer service training while your at it. Clearly this place doesn't like fun and almost everyone there this past Saturday seemed miserable. Everything about this place offended me as someone whose family owns successful restaurants on the west coast, as a bartender and industry/hospitality worker in general. Get a clue Kelsey's. This is place is a Hell to the Nah!!!! Too many other decent choices close by to spend your hard earned money at. Not sure this is a place I can give a second try. Based on the shitty food and even worse service, I would give negative stars. SMH ‍ read more

Came here for the New Year and it was super busy. It is your typical chain restaurant but we didn't have a good experience. The "clean" plates we were given were already dirty with sauce on them, they got orders wrong and the food was sub par. I ordered the rib and wing meal which was a little dry. Two people at our table ordered the bacon mac and cheese and it didn't have much bacon or cheese - very bland taste. At least the onion rings were good. Would not revisit this location again. read more

Food was cold, the management staff was very unprofessional and the environment was horrible. Food was also very over price. Would not recommend read more

Got seated at our table and weren't helped for about 15 minutes until we flagged someone down..apparently our server didn't know our table was his... The drinks were good. The food was just Meh. The wings had little meat on them and the fish and chips weren't fully cooked. Pretty sub par experience over all.. It was quite loud as well. Would not go back. read more

Ok having struck out at two other places for something to eat, I ended up here. It didn't seem to be overly busy but maybe they were short handed. The first table I was given was right by the washrooms then I was over to a table that hasn't been cleaned off before finally settling in a booth. One waitress took our drink order and then took the order from the table across from us. Their drinks arrives and she took their dinner order. She never acknowledged me again. A different waitstaff came and apologized. We places out order and it came out in a reasonable amount of time. There were several dirty tables that none of the waitstaff cared enough to clean them. Then a young girl appeared and started bussing the tables. Maybe things are different in the US because all the waitstaff would bus tables if things had gotten behind. read more

The hostess is the rudest person we have encountered at a restaurant in a very long time. After waiting half an hour she walked us to a table in the sun walking by other available tables. We asked for one of the other tables and she said we needed to go back to the line. After a while she took us to a worst table and said that what the best they could do. We left the restaurant. read more

About average for price at a good restaurant and bar, live music was great, a little loud but who cares when everyone is singing along. Portions are a bit small but they were great! Service is a little on the slow side waited 20 mins for initial service after we sat down. For this comes the lower rating. read more

The only reason why I am giving this place 2 stars is because the kids liked it. My nephew had a chicken cheese quesadillla and my daughter had a Philly cheese steak. I had a steak sandwich and it was disgusting!!!!! The texture of the steak was so mushy it was softer than hamburger meat. It was under seasoned as well..It was so gross. I was scared to even eat it thinking it was probably some other kind of meat. the mushrooms and onions were non existent. The kettle cooked fries were good and I tasted the pico de gallo my nephew had and it was good too. AND 15 dollars for a sandwich and fries is ridiculous as well.. I guess that is their way of just getting the most from the tourist that aren't from Canada. read more

I'm still waiting THREE months later to have my credit card refunded for a horrible meal. When the food finally did come out (after asking the waitress several times and speaking to the manager AND everyone around us who were seated after we ordered getting their food) it was not the appropriate temperature for each meal and was poorly presented. The manager was tepidly apologetic and offered us a full refund because earlier knowing we would be in a rush I prepaid the bill so we could just leave to meet our bus. I regret the good tip I gave and ever giving this place my business. read more

Not bad, typical TGIF style place. The waitress was very nice and the outdoor dining made it worthwhile. Prices reasonable.

The food was very good but the service was very slow. We where a small group and had to wait 1hrs before getting served at the table.

Food was gross. The Pecan Apple salad needed more dressing and more toasting on the pecans, balsamic chicken was way over seasoned my blood pressure was rising, the calamari was greasy and rubber like, and the chicken tenders were as hard as rocks. The Music was live too loud and the singers buddies were drunk on 6 pitchers of beer and cheering him on the all time so much for a relaxing delicious meal. I should have went to the wood oven pizza place across the street that would have been way better then what was served. read more

Nashville hot chicken good but too dry. Shrimp was excellent I was told. Lots of tvs and convenient to get in and out of.

This was the closest thing the girlfriend and I could find to "true" Canadian food. Nice patio area with semi close proximity to falls. Service was very good and food was as good as can be expected with wide menu. Should also be noted that attached picture was actually taken there. read more

The food tasted fine. But then I got food poisonning, which I never had, ever, and subsequently vomited 5 hours later. Ordered chicken fingers and a Sangria. I guess they had to keep stuff under heaters way too long. Needless to say I am never ever going back and if I were you I'd avoid this restaurant like the plague. read more

Bad service. Don't ever eat here. We asked for a patio seat and we are willing to wait. After 30 mins. my name called and they gave us the dining area next to the rest room. I asked the hostess to Please move us to the patio ( I asked for patio seat) she said NO! Forgot to asked her name. SHE doesn't have any respect to us as a customer. Don't ever waste your time here. read more

This is our favorite place in Niagara to grab a beer, or eat dinner. The live music is great and the service allowed us to ask multiple silly question and never got annoyed with us being tourist. The free wifi was also extremely helpful seeing as we had no service in Canada. read more

This place is amazing! I stopped in around 10:30pm, since most bars stop serving food around then. My friend ordered the spinach dip and we ordered (15) wings. They were so tasty and worth every dollar! I also enjoyed the live music and atmosphere. The light bulbs are so adorable! read more

The food was wonderful. The staff was really friendly. We had a wonderful meal here this oast Wednesday night.

Okay. I normally dont write reviews but i really need to talk about this restaurant, so i logged in for the first time. First, we waited 20min to order, and of course the restant was so vacant. Then we waited 30 min , maybe more than that, to get our food. No server checked in to our table during our dinner, because they were busy chatting each other. The food was terrible. We ordered Grilled salmon and beef quesadilla, Salmon was dry/ cold/ fishy, quesadilla was no meat only cheese. If there were no star or minus star, i would give that. It was kitchen nightmare. read more

Great food and somewhat fast service, about a 25-30min wait. Everything was going good until our replacement waiter Gerrit (original had to leave) started acting rude when he assumed he wasn't receiving a tip. We were visiting front the states so it was easier for us to use our American credit cards. We selected "no tip" on the prompt (which he saw) but had he waited he would have received the Canadian currency we accumulated over our stay and needed to get rid of before our departure. He threw our receipts on the table and just walked away with no word.. extremely rude! Not to mention one person used cash and he came back and threw the change on the table. Worst experience while we were in Canada. read more

If it wasn't for the service this place would be awesome. Locations is good. The bar is cool and the patio is fun. The service is terrible.

We stopped here for lunch (party of 7) and they seated us right away. The adults liked their salads but the kids didn't like their food. Service was GREAT and the place was very clean. The cider was refreshing on a hot summer day. read more

Stopped in for drinks and appetizers Saturday before lunch. Sat at the bar and had wonderful service. Our waitress even answered all our silly questions regarding local tourist traps. And the manager called over to the Imax theater to see what movie was playing for us. Chicken tenders were juicy and hot. The apple butter BBQ sauce was delicious. Not a bad place to stop for a quick bite to eat. read more

Great menu for bar type food. The place was packed so our server was running around doing his best. The sangria was delish (berry rose) but not strong for the amount of liquid! We got the 1/2 plate of nachos and cheese bread as a late night snack and it was just the right amount of food for 2 kids and 2 adults to snack on. Great views of Clifton Hill and fantastic live music! read more

Great location, great patio. Mediocre service, worse food. Our hotel recommended it, but we were less than impressed. I would avoid at all costs. read more

My waiter was really nice and attentive. I got the Doritos chicken. It was ok, not what I was expecting exactly. I thought it would be like a batter or coated with cool ranch Doritos but it was basically just chicken fingers and a handful of chips crunched on it (didn't even really stick to the chicken that well) fries were ok. My highlight was my somersby raspberry sangria. Yum! Cute vibe, good music, I was there on an unusually beautiful day in October so the outdoor seating was nice. read more
