When I tell you I fell in love, I mean it! The atmosphere was so cozy, calm, airy, and incredibly clean. It's the perfect place to sit back, relax, and enjoy a great meal. Let's start with the drinks! Purple Haze - Made with lemon, cane sugar, butterfly pea flower tea, and a hint of lavender. It was refreshing, unique, and absolutely delicious. Watermelon Wake-Up - Watermelon, pineapple, lime, and mint. I grabbed this one to go, and it was the perfect refreshing drink. Oh... did I forget to mention they have boozy brunch drinks too? If you're in the mood to kick off your brunch with a cocktail, they've got you covered! Now for the food! My husband was all about the Bob's Red Mill Cheesy Grits with bacon. He couldn't stop talking about how delicious they were. I had the Banana Brittle French Toast, featuring thick-cut custard-dipped challah bread topped with almond butter crème anglaise, caramelized bananas, fresh blueberries, lemon whipped cream, honey roasted almonds, Maldon sea salt, mint, and a light dusting of cinnamon sugar. Every bite was sweet, flavorful, and so satisfying. And whatever you do, don't leave without ordering the Biscuit with Butter, Honey, and Preserves. Chef's kiss! It was warm, fluffy, buttery, and absolutely amazing. The best surprise? I found out they're opening a First Watch near me in Bethlehem, PA, so you already know I'll be there ASAP! The restaurant felt very spacious. I never felt crowded or like I was sitting on top of other guests. The dining room was bright, clean, and had the welcoming atmosphere that First Watch is known for. The service was excellent from start to finish. Unfortunately, I did not catch anyone's name, but every employee we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and professional. For breakfast, I ordered The Traditional with scrambled eggs and cheese, smoked ham, whole grain artisan toast, and I substituted the seasoned potatoes for cheesy grits. I also ordered an orange juice. Everything was good. The eggs were cooked well, the grits were creamy, and the orange juice was fresh and refreshing. My only small complaint is that I could have used another piece of smoked ham or a slightly larger portion. My friend ordered the Tri Fecta with an extra egg and bacon, along with the Morning Meditation juice, which combines orange, lemon, turmeric, organic ginger, agave nectar, and beet. He enjoyed everything and had no complaints. Overall, that pretty much sums up the meal. Nothing was bad and everything was prepared well. At the same time, neither of us walked away completely blown away. It was simply a solid breakfast experience with good food, excellent service, and reasonable prices. I would absolutely come back to this location and to First Watch in general. It is a dependable brunch spot that consistently delivers a good experience.

I had my eggs scrambled and added cheese; they were nicely good, and the toast was a baguette that was nicely toasted and buttery. My friend had their Spanish sandwich, which looked delicious. The hot dog was very good. It didn't really come with much however, just a bag of chips, a sliced pickle and sauerkraut on top. But it was a yummy hotdog I must say.
