Upon checking in next door at the Hampton Inn we were provided a 5 dollar off coupon towards any purchase. I ordered one of the Signature Wraps - Chipotle Chicken and honey 10 out of 10!!! One of the freshest wraps I've ever tasted in my life. No exaggeration. And get that green sauce! WOW! In addition to the wrap I ordered a side of sweet potato waffle fries and a shot of espresso, because I of course I did. Everything was delicious, fresh, and cooked to order. The wrap was huge and we split it. Protein PACKED! The service was great and the staff were helpful because I had several questions. Now, I will say that aside from the food being top tier - the other stand out quality for me was the cleanliness of the eatery! You could smell the products being put to use. I'm here for it. My girlfriend and I had a coupon to visit Sproutz through an advertisement that was a offering a BOGO. The inside of the restaurant was super clean and organized. The tables were not too close to one another and the main entrance offers an open concept so there would not be any crowding if there was a line for ordering. I ordered the Chicken Caesar Wrap with kale and avocado. It was a good portion, and the staff filled the wrap to the brim. It was also served with a side sauce that was a good addition to the wrap to ensure it wasn't too dry inside. The menu is very diverse with so many healthy options. I have been trying to eat cleaner lately and this was a perfect opportunity to give a new spot a shot. The manager that was there was extremely friendly and pulled chairs out for us once we finished ordering. You order your food at the kiosk (so make sure you bring a credit card/Apple Pay). The wrap I ordered was super tasty and fresh too! I've been to Sproutz a handful of times and I typically have a great experience! I like the array of choices they have from wraps, bowls, salads and soup! I also recently realized they also have acai bowls, froyo, and smoothies! I've tried their bowls, wraps ad salads. I really like their poke bowl and their sweet potato fries. I also got a sample of their froyo to try and it was delicious, I'm excited to try that next time! The new location is a bigger spot that includes a lot more indoor seating! Updating my review. I love the food at Sproutz and have been ordering from here for the past years. That said, the pricing and service fees have increased ridiculously and it's caused me to avoid ordering from here. It's outrageous that consumers have to compensate employees for the lack of wage that should come from the employer. I shouldn't have to pay a 15% service change, for a two item order that I'm picking up, only to then ask for additional tip during checkout. Employees are not waiting on me at a table when you pick up, and even when ordering at the location, it's through a kiosk. Having someone smile at me and offer to give me a free sample of something I don't even eat doesn't justify the cost to the consumer. read more

It wasn't bad but it wasn't anything to rave about or to even want to try again. Ingredients were fresh but the kale killed it for me. Also the chicken was super bland and the sauce didn't help it at all. They get four three stars for fast service, attentiveness and a good smoothie. I'd have to come back and try something different and maybe the rating could potentially improve.
