This is really close to my hotel so I decided to go in. There wasn't a soul in there when I walked in at dinner time, so I was a little concerned about the quality of the food. The staff was super nice, they helped to walk me through how to order. I ordered at a kiosk...a Poké bowl with raw salmon and tuna and added mango and avocado to my order at an up charge for each. I would've been so much more happy with this meal if it actually had any avocado in it!! It's a decent size bowl, but the two sauces it comes with are in teeny tiny containers. My girlfriend and I had a coupon to visit Sproutz through an advertisement that was a offering a BOGO. The inside of the restaurant was super clean and organized. The tables were not too close to one another and the main entrance offers an open concept so there would not be any crowding if there was a line for ordering. I ordered the Chicken Caesar Wrap with kale and avocado. It was a good portion, and the staff filled the wrap to the brim. It was also served with a side sauce that was a good addition to the wrap to ensure it wasn't too dry inside. The menu is very diverse with so many healthy options. I have been trying to eat cleaner lately and this was a perfect opportunity to give a new spot a shot. The manager that was there was extremely friendly and pulled chairs out for us once we finished ordering. That said, the pricing and service fees have increased ridiculously and it's caused me to avoid ordering from here. It's outrageous that consumers have to compensate employees for the lack of wage that should come from the employer. I shouldn't have to pay a 15% service change, for a two item order that I'm picking up, only to then ask for additional tip during checkout. Employees are not waiting on me at a table when you pick up, and even when ordering at the location, it's through a kiosk. Having someone smile at me and offer to give me a free sample of something I don't even eat doesn't justify the cost to the consumer. read more
