It's one of those places you don't really plan for, you just stumble into it, and I'm glad I did. The sandwich was surprisingly really good, fresh, flavorful, and better than I expected for a place I had never heard of before. When I went, it was empty and the man working was by himself, which made it feel very low key and almost hidden. It honestly feels like one of those hidden gems that gets overlooked or lost in the area. I really hope more people discover it because it deserves more attention. I would definitely recommend stopping by, especially if you're looking for a good sandwich with a great view.

I stopped at the Brickell location the other night when I needed a simple but filling full course meal. I was able to make a seat at the counter and was promptly attended to. This most recent time, I enjoyed their Roma sandwich, a.k.a. prosciutto and mozzarella on a lightly toasted baguette. A. specifically mentioned lately toasted because the kitchen stuff had great attention to detail in not having neither the plain bread nor a burnt piece either. The lettuce, tomato and yellow peppers tasted fresh, and I was given extra balsamic vinegar. As far as sweets, you're all right with any of their smoothies, like the acai one I enjoyed. However, just for good measure, I also enjoyed their Nutella croissant with berries and bananas.

The team brushes it with butter before it goes into the press, and it comes out piping hot, melty and delicious. They had that nice grilled flavor and we really enjoyed them. The chicken lasagna also caught our attention because I don't think I've seen that very often at this type of restaurant. It's still casual, but the seating and overall atmosphere feel a little more elevated, so you can actually sit down and enjoy your meal. Service was quick and friendly, and it has a nice family atmosphere. Definitely a place I'd come back to when I'm craving rotisserie chicken, especially for those grilled veggies!

That said, the staff handled my request with grace and the service throughout was impeccable, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. What truly sets this place apart is the fresh juice menu. A wide variety of natural juices is a rare find in Miami, and I loved that. Add to that the lively atmosphere with screens for soccer matches, and you have a place that delivers on every level. Excellent value for the quality. Highly recommend, go hungry and enjoy every bite.

Unfortunately, today was by far the worst experience I've had here. I stopped in around 8:30 AM and ordered a beef empanada, only to be told they didn't have any. No problem, so I asked for a breakfast sandwich instead. The cashier then informed me they didn't have eggs either. Mind you, it's 8:30 in the morning! I ended up ordering croquetas and toast. At that point, I jokingly asked, "Do you at least have bread?" The cashier smirked and said yes. Considering this is primarily a sandwich spot, I would certainly hope so! I mentioned that, given the inconvenience, it would have been a nice gesture to offer something to make up for the experience. The cashier said he couldn't do that. When I asked if I could speak with a manager, his response was, "No, there's no manager. He's probably still sleeping." Honestly, I was shocked by that response. As a business owner myself, I understand that things run out and unexpected situations happen. That's not my issue. My issue is how those situations are handled. Someone should be available to address customer concerns, especially during business hours. Offering a small gesture to a customer, whether new or someone who visits regularly, isn't required, but it certainly goes a long way. It's not about getting something for free. It's about showing appreciation and making customers feel valued. I've always enjoyed coming here, which is why today's experience was so disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customer service is just as important as the food.
