I went with some girl friends to try their food and we really enjoyed every bite. The food options are really unique and tasty. If you have a lot of allergies I don't recommend coming here because they had issues with trying to customize her order or maybe there was some miscommunication with her and the server. But their almond butter waffle was yummy, and we got a pomegranate and goat cheese omelette. Everything was super tasty and we enjoyed their smoothies too.
Food was simple and delicious. I was very happy with my selections but I definitely need to go back to try the waffles. I wouldn't say service was great but it was not bad. And the vibes were good. The place is always packed. It felt crowded to me at some point maybe because my table was close to a hight traffic corner. Beautiful Tulum vibes decoration. Lighting is dimmed, natural. I definitely recommend
Love this place for breakfast after my Pilates class. All organic, seed oil free, amazing vibes. You're treated so well and it's so organic looking like the tables are all wood, so many plants, it's just delicious! I always get their omelete, add avocado and sourdough with a matcha latte!!

This spot is my current obsession. I've heard of NU Real Food a few times since they opened but never had a chance to go check them out. Last Friday I decided to treat my self to a healthy treat as I was craving a guilt-free bite and decided to make my way over and try their carrot waffles. To start, the spit itself is so cute and aesthetically pleasing. They have this wabisabi/Tulum inspired vibe that makes a more casual spot already feel elevated. Perfect for friend hang outs, dates, or even solo lunches like I did. Now for the food... WOW I'm so impressed. The Mediterranean inspired menu items are not only delicious but knowing that they don't use seed oils, they use organic products and they have gluten free, vegan options was game changer. I tried their sweet waffle which was a carrot waffle topped with almond butter, strawberries, banana, coconut flakes, pomegranate and cocoa flakes -- the best sweet treat I've had in a while. They nailed it. I loved it so much that I decided to go on Sunday again to try their açaí bowl and avocado waffle topped with scrambled eggs and they nailed it again! Everything they make is guilt free and simply delicious! The staff is super welcoming, helpful and patient (as it took me a minute to scan the menu and decide what I wanted lol). Overall -- this spot is such a hit and I'm sure it's going to be extremely successful in Midtown. I can't wait to try out their lunch items and their baked goods!

I visited on a Sunday, and while it was busy, the tables turned over quickly. The venue is nicely decorated, adding to the overall experience.

The flavors were exceptional--especially the chicken, which was perfectly marinated, juicy, and bursting with delightful herby notes. My friend had a similar plate but with a herb yogurt base instead. I thought my days of eating eggs benedict were behind me. Luckily, Nu Real offers their benedict on top of a scrumptious GF carrot waffle. It was so good! Here's a tip: add some honey to the plain part of the waffle for a sweet and savory treat. For my beverage I drank a perfectly crafted matcha latte. On top of all this culinary delight, the restaurant's homey decor invites you to take your time enjoying your meal. Sit back against one of the plush pillows and take in the pleasant view. The neutral color scheme of wood, stone and cork has a calming effect. Don't stress about ordering. Just order at the counter and your freshly made food will be brought directly to you. This is what I call a fine dining experience.

Interior is beautiful! I had 3 versions of their matcha which included one iced matcha with extra matcha and they all just tasted like milk which is disappointing for a $9 matcha, we asked for whole milk and received oat milk. Service was was quick. read more
What a vibe! Located in design district, this place transports you the moment you enter it. It feels very cozy, earthy, upscale. The food is all very healthy; even the oils they use. Their menu highlights how healthy, nutritious the meals are. Not too over priced. I would say its such a perfect place for brunch , the menu is meditaranean inspired and you can build your plate and choose the proteins and ingredients. We came in on a busy Saturday afternoon, much to our demise I think. They have a few kinks to work out as far as service goes, but everyone was very nice and accommodating. The food was good but for the price, nothing out of this world. I will say everything was very fresh and and of good quality. However just down the street you have fresh kitchen, Ol' days etc. with comparable prices and the food is tastier. We ordered the sweet waffles which was my favorite dish. I will agree with another review that said they were a bit dry and could use some syrup but overall the taste was very yummy and not too sweet. The egg plate was nothing out of this world, although I did like the added pomegranate but, this plate came out cold. My husband ordered the chicken (very yummy) and wild rice with chickpeas. I loved the aesthetic and concept of the restaurant, but don't know if it's worth the wait, lack of seating available and pricing. I am willing to return and give it another try, and taste some other dishes and drinks. read more

The space is well-decorated like the inside of a tree, and was lightly busy on a weekday night. The passionfruit smoothie was delicious, even with added protein it didn't taste grainy. The party had a variety of breakfast and dinner items and were all satisfied. The roast beef broccolini flatbread consists of a pillowy dough and tasty zesty sauces on top. The roast beef was cold with a bit of a rubbery texture I wasn't sure I liked. The standout items were the desserts. The matcha donut and salted coffee blondie appeared dry on appearance but were honestly SO moist and packed with flavor. I would definitely try more bakery items. We ordered from here in door dash and the chicken breast was completely raw on the inside. Luckily we checked before eating or we would be in the hospital. So irresponsible sending that out. When we called for a manager they first tried to screen the call and then said there was no manager on duty... which sounds about right. If a manager reads this please educate your staff on food safety this is reckless and you are playing with peoples lives. If a young child or an elderly person were to have eaten that chicken that could have been their last meal! read more

I moved to Miami a year ago and noticed that the one thing the city is missing is fresh food. I was looking for a place that wasn't Pura Vida and this is my place. The food is made with thoughtful, tasty and most importantly, clean recipes. I ve been here twice. I've had the roast beef and tofu plates. The truffle stracialtella is a must try. The service is on point and the ambiance is clean with natural decor. It feels like stepping into another world. This is my new go-to for clean, tasty fresh food. read more

So far the best food down this strip of Resturants!! First time visitor. Wanted something fresh, different and mostly delish because it was my birthday weekend,and so I wanted to end it on a good note. I ordered the Salmon, roasted avocado, sweet potato, Mediterranean rice, salad and Avocado Tahini sauce. The salmon was crispy, the sauce was tasty, and the rice was also a delight!
