    Beautiful decor

Food was simple and delicious. I was very happy with my selections but I definitely need to go back to try the waffles. I wouldn't say service was great but it was not bad. And the vibes were good. The place is always packed. It felt crowded to me at some point maybe because my table was close to a hight traffic corner. Beautiful Tulum vibes decoration. Lighting is dimmed, natural. I definitely recommend

Love this place for breakfast after my Pilates class. All organic, seed oil free, amazing vibes. You're treated so well and it's so organic looking like the tables are all wood, so many plants, it's just delicious! I always get their omelete, add avocado and sourdough with a matcha latte!!

This is still my favorite spot in Miami. Leaves me feeling full, healthy and happy. Staff is super nice, restaurant is cozy, menu items are unique, and food is served timely. I hope they make another location in Lakeland!

This spot is my current obsession. I've heard of NU Real Food a few times since they opened but never had a chance to go check them out. Last Friday I decided to treat my self to a healthy treat as I was craving a guilt-free bite and decided to make my way over and try their carrot waffles. To start, the spit itself is so cute and aesthetically pleasing. They have this wabisabi/Tulum inspired vibe that makes a more casual spot already feel elevated. Perfect for friend hang outs, dates, or even solo lunches like I did. Now for the food... WOW I'm so impressed. The Mediterranean inspired menu items are not only delicious but knowing that they don't use seed oils, they use organic products and they have gluten free, vegan options was game changer. I tried their sweet waffle which was a carrot waffle topped with almond butter, strawberries, banana, coconut flakes, pomegranate and cocoa flakes -- the best sweet treat I've had in a while. They nailed it. I loved it so much that I decided to go on Sunday again to try their açaí bowl and avocado waffle topped with scrambled eggs and they nailed it again! Everything they make is guilt free and simply delicious! The staff is super welcoming, helpful and patient (as it took me a minute to scan the menu and decide what I wanted lol). Overall -- this spot is such a hit and I'm sure it's going to be extremely successful in Midtown. I can't wait to try out their lunch items and their baked goods!

I am obsessed with their carrot waffles! They have the perfect amount of sweetness, and the fresh fruit toppings are delicious. I do wish they offered some kind of syrup to drizzle on top, as the waffles can be a bit dry, but they're still super tasty. The chicken pita sandwich is also a good choice--flavorful, light, and healthy. And I can't forget to mention the vanilla latte is amazing! I still crave it to this day. I visited on a Sunday, and while it was busy, the tables turned over quickly. The venue is nicely decorated, adding to the overall experience.

Stopped in here for a coffee and got a brownie as well. Healthy food in peasant setting. The decor is comfortable and eclectic. This Mediterranean eatery is clean, bright but cozy at the same time. Vegan and vegetarian friendly. We ordered at the counter and our Coffee and row is were served at the table within minutes. With checking out of you are in the area.

SIMPLY DELICIOUS!! Food - 5 Ambiance - 5+ Service - 5 Price-to-quality ratio - 5 Nu Real Food in Midtown has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the neighborhood's vibrant food scene. It's my safe haven for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner. The menu is refreshingly concise while still offering plenty of options. Whether you're in the mood for a crisp salad, a hearty plate, or something adventurous, Nu Real Food has got you covered. I recently tried the chicken thigh dish served with roasted sweet potatoes and a mix of quinoa and buckwheat, all on an avocado tahini bed. The flavors were exceptional--especially the chicken, which was perfectly marinated, juicy, and bursting with delightful herby notes. My friend had a similar plate but with a herb yogurt base instead. While I loved my avocado tahini version, the herb yogurt plate elevated the chicken in a completely different way, offering a tangy twist that paired beautifully. The ambiance exudes Mediterranean, beachy vibes, adding a relaxed, seaside feel to your dining experience. With an excellent price-to-quality ratio, Nu Real Food impresses on all fronts. I can definitely see myself returning again and again for more creative dishes and good times. Overall, every visit feels like a mini getaway, combining superb food with perfect vibes.

Chocolate smoothie was good, not bad. Carrot waffle was inedible. I paid $16 for a dry waffle. Not worth it

Your search for a delicious and nutritious meal is over. Nu Real Food has options for every diet need. As someone who is gluten-free, I greatly appreciate the variety of sans gluten options. I thought my days of eating eggs benedict were behind me. Luckily, Nu Real offers their benedict on top of a scrumptious GF carrot waffle. It was so good! Here's a tip: add some honey to the plain part of the waffle for a sweet and savory treat. For my beverage I drank a perfectly crafted matcha latte. On top of all this culinary delight, the restaurant's homey decor invites you to take your time enjoying your meal. Sit back against one of the plush pillows and take in the pleasant view. The neutral color scheme of wood, stone and cork has a calming effect. Don't stress about ordering. Just order at the counter and your freshly made food will be brought directly to you. This is what I call a fine dining experience.

A new healthy spot to add to the rotation when hitting up Midtown. Really enjoyed the quiet, the quick service, and unique menu items. Carrot waffle avocado was divine, as was the tuna filet black pita sandwich.

Food was incredible! Plenty of food to fill you up. Healthy and refreshing too. The owner/manager was very friendly and welcoming as well.

The beautiful outdoor setting creates such a unique and relaxing atmosphere that you almost forget you're still in the city. The food was outstanding. The grilled meatballs were flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the cheese saganaki was absolutely delicious. But the real star of the meal was the beef souvlaki--it was incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor. And I have to mention the fries that came with it. They were honestly some of the best fries I've ever had, and definitely not something I expected to be raving about at a Greek restaurant! We had made reservations a week ahead of time which is recommended by them, and it worked perfectly. We called them to let them know we were running a little late and they were happy to hold our reservation for a few more minutes and it was great because this restaurant does get packed. Service is attentive and friendly... where they lost me was actually the quality of the dishes. Greek salad... was very sad. Overly ripped tomatoes, almost spoiled. Fish of the day sandwich (gyro style) was bland. It needed seasoning. NOT Good. Grouper from their specials... also flavorless. It comes over orzo which was overcooked. (Gummy)... and so on. I don't often have to write bad reviews but in this case I feel it is necessary. Way overrated. Way overpriced for the quality. Definitely not a restaurant I would recommend to anyone.

Even after paying, the staff continued to make sure we had water and asked if we needed anything else. This small gesture meant a lot. Sufrat has a great happy hour menu that ends at 6 PM. I tried the Moroccan Mojito, which was so refreshing. To eat, we tried the Shawarma Sushi and $1 chicken wing. The Shawarma Sushi name can be a bit misleading. It a wrap that was cut in form of sushi. It was good. I was hesitant about ordering chicken wings but I'm so glad we did because they were so delicious and crispy. They may have been the best chicken wing I've had. The service was excellent. I accidentally dropped my cocktail and they immediately cleaned it up and moved us to another clean table. I apologized for dropping it but not once did they made me feel bad about it. Instead, one of the staff stated it was an indication of having a great time. They also replaced my drink at no extra cost. A guy, who I assumed was the manager or owner, also passed by our table and ensured we were enjoying our time. Our server mistakenly brought me the wrong drink that I ordered, but I did not mind it because I actually loved the Moroccan Mojito and instead ordered another one. I also loved how they have copper cups because it makes water taste so much better. Their attention to small details like that makes the difference. We ordered the beef kabobs, which were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Unfortunately, the ribeye steak was a major disappointment. That said, we would still recommend this restaurant for the atmosphere, service, and many of the other menu items -- just skip the steaks.

For context, I worked in fine dining in New York and Miami for almost 20 years, so I notice the details immediately, hospitality, management presence, the energy of a room. You can usually tell pretty quickly what kind of operation you're dealing with. We were a party of five. I arrived with my four-year-old son and was greeted warmly by the hostess. That warmth ended instantly. Standing directly behind her were two managers in suits blocking the main entrance. Both looked straight at me and my child and said absolutely nothing. No hello, no smile, no acknowledgment. Anyone in hospitality knows that moment sets the tone. As an Arab woman who grew up around a culture where hospitality is everything, it was already a bad sign. We were seated outside and the vibe stayed cold. Unfortunately, the food matched it. We ordered a lot because I genuinely wanted to give the kitchen a fair shot. I grew up eating Lebanese food and what stood out most was the lack of soul. Everything felt flat, like it needed salt, lemon, brightness, that warm Mediterranean seasoning Lebanese food is known for. The tabouli was especially shocking. A $20+ tabouli with no bulgur that was so roughly chopped it was basically whole parsley leaves and slices of onion. Any Lebanese auntie would die at the sight of it. At one point I asked our server if they had harissa or any kind of spicy sauce. She said the only option was Sriracha. In a Lebanese restaurant that charges $18 for a tablespoon of hummus. An Asian chili sauce as the only option. What made it even stranger is that harissa is listed on multiple dishes on the menu, so it clearly exists somewhere in the building. I asked for the Sriracha anyway out of desperation for flavor. It never came. Same with ketchup for my toddler's fries, it took three requests. Throughout the meal I walked around the restaurant several times taking my son to the bathroom, looking around the space, even going upstairs to the lounge. Not a single person acknowledged us. Not a host, not a server, not a manager. The bar is right by the entrance and every time we looked over at the bartender and bar manager, just blank stares. At one point we were clearly standing there confused looking for the bathroom in an empty restaurant and still had to say "Excuse me, where is the bathroom?" Wild. Later I walked up to the bar myself to ask if they carried mezcal. After dinner I went back to order one. Same energy--zero warmth, zero engagement. And this is with an automatic 20% gratuity already on the bill. The mezcal was a $25 two-ounce pour and I still had to ask for an orange slice garnish because no one offered it. Empty bar, two people behind it, and I still had to request it. Also worth noting, our reservation was at 5:45pm and the restaurant was practically empty. Yet I didn't see a single manager walking the floor, greeting tables, or checking on guests. I had talked this place up to my party because I'd been so curious about it for years, and it was honestly a huge letdown. If you know Lebanese food and understand Middle Eastern warmth and hospitality, this probably isn't the place for you. Expect cold, almost nonexistent hospitality and food that feels stripped of the soul that makes Lebanese cuisine special. The space is beautiful. I'll give them that. Everything else felt like a very on-brand Miami disappointment, what happens when you give people a beautiful restaurant, expensive food, automatic gratuity, and no leadership. From the lack of authenticity and attention to detail, it's hard to believe anyone truly Lebanese is behind this operation. If anything, it feels more like a polished money grab. Honestly, it might have been less jarring if they just called themselves "Mediterranean" like so many other places in this city. But if you're going to call yourself a Lebanese restaurant, the culture and hospitality should actually be there.

Overall the staff was very attentive & accommodating with our needs. From the moment we walked in & the moment we walked out there was nothing but friendly faces. Came here after baby girl's graduation from the U & took advantage of their Miami Spice Menu along w/a few items from their regular menu. You cannot go wrong & don't let the pick two cold & pick one hot item options foo you! It was plate after plate after plate of good food! So much was taken home! Also, go for their pitcher of sangria w/the white wine! Sooooo very refreshing considering the hot days of summer here in Miami. Now it is Wynwood & parking is hit or miss depending on when you go but they do have a valet parking option in case you would like to use them w/ease.

During our last visit, an expensive black Prada bag disappeared inside the restaurant. At first, the General Manager, CECILIA , confirmed that we arrived with the bag and stated they were reviewing all camera footage. However, despite multiple requests, we were never shown the arrival footage or provided clear evidence proving what happened to the bag. The communication became increasingly contradictory, and instead of transparency and professional assistance, we were eventually accused of acting "fraudulently" and formally trespassed from the property. What shocked us most was not only the disappearance of a valuable personal item, but the way loyal customers were treated afterward: no transparency, no proper cooperation, no accountability, and accusations without clear proof. We remained respectful throughout the entire process and simply asked for clear confirmation regarding the footage. Instead, the situation escalated into accusations and threats of trespassing. If personal belongings can disappear inside a restaurant and management responds this way, guests should seriously think twice before leaving valuables there. At this point, we sincerely hope the restaurant owner or upper management reviews this situation carefully, conducts a proper internal investigation into how this matter was handled, and contacts us directly in hopes of reaching a fair resolution regarding both the significant financial loss and the emotional distress we experienced as a result of this situation and the unfounded accusations made against us. We are still open to direct communication with the restaurant owner or upper management in hopes of resolving this situation professionally and fairly.

Everything we ordered was packed with flavor and cooked so well, but the lamb was definitely the standout for me. It was incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor, the kind of dish where every bite just melts. We also loved the other dishes we tried and the sides complemented everything perfectly. Definitely a spot I'd come back to for both the food and the overall experience!

We were whisked inside to the intimate, dimly lit interior with a DJ table tastefully tucked away in the back of the space. Service was welcoming but overall, not quite as warm and attentive as I've experienced at other places in town. We started off with the Turkish Manti Dumplings, which were the standout of the night. The complexity yet restraint of flavor, balancing indescribable buttery, roasted, earthy notes with a touch of umami and subtle tanginess from the yogurt. The Mezze Sampler was a nice option for trying three of the dips. All very tasty, but I've had slightly better elsewhere. The Sweet Jeweled rice was the other standout with flavor and textural variety that made each bite pop. I found the Roasted Brussels Sprouts undercooked and lacking the same level of flavor as the other plates. The weakest dish of the evening. The Grilled Whole Bronzino got top marks from the meat eaters at the table. Overall, 4/5 stars for a delicious meal but with tough competition around town limiting my ability to hit that 5.

The restaurant is now two floors, has different dining seating, and is beautifully decorated, which makes you feel like you've been transported to Greece. Also, the atmosphere they've created both indoors and outdoors really draws you in: beautiful foliage, gorgeous decor, and inviting decor. They play amazing Greek music to set the mood at a very reasonable volume so you can still hear your party. I've been for lunch during Miami spice and recently for dinner. Everything I've had was delicious with tons of flavor and huge portions. Both times I took enough leftovers for another meal! I especially love their zucchini fritters and their spread plate. All their spreads are so fresh and flavorful but their hummus especially was soo good. My husband and I shared the meat platter for two for dinner and enjoyed everything on it - the loukaniko was especially delicious! For dessert, you can't miss the galatoboureko, a sweet custard dessert with the flaky phyllo dough you know and love from baklava. Service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend for a lunch date or dinner date and it's super versatile: great for friends, families or romantic dates. Don't miss this beautiful restaurant in downtown!

The crispy cauliflower appetizer is an absolute must-order, and their warm pita with tzatziki is so fresh and flavorful that I could honestly eat it on its own. My favorite entrée is the salmon with the lemon potatoes--it's cooked perfectly every time, and the lemon potatoes are absolutely divine. To top it all off, their gelato is the perfect sweet ending to the meal. The only thing I miss is their coffee menu. They used to have more coffee options, and I was disappointed to see that they've narrowed it down to just Turkish coffee. I would love to see some of the other coffee drinks make a comeback. Even so, the food is consistently amazing, the atmosphere is beautiful, and Motek is still a place I'll happily recommend to anyone looking for a delicious meal.
