Love this place for breakfast after my Pilates class. All organic, seed oil free, amazing vibes. You're treated so well and it's so organic looking like the tables are all wood, so many plants, it's just delicious! I always get their omelete, add avocado and sourdough with a matcha latte!!

This is still my favorite spot in Miami. Leaves me feeling full, healthy and happy. Staff is super nice, restaurant is cozy, menu items are unique, and food is served timely. I hope they make another location in Lakeland!

Title: A Sunday Brunch Worth Raving About From the moment you walk into NU Real Food, you're welcomed by attentive staff who greet you right away and walk you through the menu with genuine enthusiasm. The service strikes a perfect balance between friendly and professional--truly top-notch hospitality. This spot is my current obsession. I've heard of NU Real Food a few times since they opened but never had a chance to go check them out. Last Friday I decided to treat my self to a healthy treat as I was craving a guilt-free bite and decided to make my way over and try their carrot waffles. To start, the spit itself is so cute and aesthetically pleasing. They have this wabisabi/Tulum inspired vibe that makes a more casual spot already feel elevated. Perfect for friend hang outs, dates, or even solo lunches like I did. Now for the food... WOW I'm so impressed. The Mediterranean inspired menu items are not only delicious but knowing that they don't use seed oils, they use organic products and they have gluten free, vegan options was game changer. I tried their sweet waffle which was a carrot waffle topped with almond butter, strawberries, banana, coconut flakes, pomegranate and cocoa flakes -- the best sweet treat I've had in a while. They nailed it. I loved it so much that I decided to go on Sunday again to try their açaí bowl and avocado waffle topped with scrambled eggs and they nailed it again! Everything they make is guilt free and simply delicious! The staff is super welcoming, helpful and patient (as it took me a minute to scan the menu and decide what I wanted lol). Overall -- this spot is such a hit and I'm sure it's going to be extremely successful in Midtown. I can't wait to try out their lunch items and their baked goods!

I am obsessed with their carrot waffles! They have the perfect amount of sweetness, and the fresh fruit toppings are delicious. I do wish they offered some kind of syrup to drizzle on top, as the waffles can be a bit dry, but they're still super tasty. The chicken pita sandwich is also a good choice--flavorful, light, and healthy. And I can't forget to mention the vanilla latte is amazing! I still crave it to this day. I visited on a Sunday, and while it was busy, the tables turned over quickly. The venue is nicely decorated, adding to the overall experience.

Stopped in here for a coffee and got a brownie as well. Healthy food in peasant setting. The decor is comfortable and eclectic. This Mediterranean eatery is clean, bright but cozy at the same time. Vegan and vegetarian friendly. We ordered at the counter and our Coffee and row is were served at the table within minutes. With checking out of you are in the area.

SIMPLY DELICIOUS!! Food - 5 Ambiance - 5+ Service - 5 Price-to-quality ratio - 5 Nu Real Food in Midtown has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the neighborhood's vibrant food scene. It's my safe haven for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner. The menu is refreshingly concise while still offering plenty of options. Whether you're in the mood for a crisp salad, a hearty plate, or something adventurous, Nu Real Food has got you covered. I recently tried the chicken thigh dish served with roasted sweet potatoes and a mix of quinoa and buckwheat, all on an avocado tahini bed. The flavors were exceptional--especially the chicken, which was perfectly marinated, juicy, and bursting with delightful herby notes. My friend had a similar plate but with a herb yogurt base instead. While I loved my avocado tahini version, the herb yogurt plate elevated the chicken in a completely different way, offering a tangy twist that paired beautifully. The ambiance exudes Mediterranean, beachy vibes, adding a relaxed, seaside feel to your dining experience. With an excellent price-to-quality ratio, Nu Real Food impresses on all fronts. I can definitely see myself returning again and again for more creative dishes and good times. Overall, every visit feels like a mini getaway, combining superb food with perfect vibes.

Chocolate smoothie was good, not bad. Carrot waffle was inedible. I paid $16 for a dry waffle. Not worth it

Food was incredible! Plenty of food to fill you up. Healthy and refreshing too. The owner/manager was very friendly and welcoming as well.

Your search for a delicious and nutritious meal is over. Nu Real Food has options for every diet need. As someone who is gluten-free, I greatly appreciate the variety of sans gluten options. I thought my days of eating eggs benedict were behind me. Luckily, Nu Real offers their benedict on top of a scrumptious GF carrot waffle. It was so good! Here's a tip: add some honey to the plain part of the waffle for a sweet and savory treat. For my beverage I drank a perfectly crafted matcha latte. On top of all this culinary delight, the restaurant's homey decor invites you to take your time enjoying your meal. Sit back against one of the plush pillows and take in the pleasant view. The neutral color scheme of wood, stone and cork has a calming effect. Don't stress about ordering. Just order at the counter and your freshly made food will be brought directly to you. This is what I call a fine dining experience.

A new healthy spot to add to the rotation when hitting up Midtown. Really enjoyed the quiet, the quick service, and unique menu items. Carrot waffle avocado was divine, as was the tuna filet black pita sandwich.

    Raw organic chicken breast

We ordered from here in door dash and the chicken breast was completely raw on the inside. Luckily we checked before eating or we would be in the hospital. So irresponsible sending that out. When we called for a manager they first tried to screen the call and then said there was no manager on duty... which sounds about right. If a manager reads this please educate your staff on food safety this is reckless and you are playing with peoples lives. If a young child or an elderly person were to have eaten that chicken that could have been their last meal!

Seating is mostly outdoors and beautifully decorated, definitely a nice selection for an intimate event. Service was wonderful! The spanakopita was nicely flaky, the spinach filling wasn't overly bitter or pungent (my boyfriend is not a fan of strong feta flavors and enjoyed this while I am a feta enthusiast, we felt that this was right in the middle of our demands which worked great). We both love moussaka which is what my boyfriend ended up getting, dare we say it was our favorite moussaka out of any Greek restaurant in America thus far (coming from New Yorkers frequently visiting Astoria). It was broiled to perfection to give the cheese/béchamel layer a light crunch at the top and maintaining that richness underneath. The eggplant and ground meat were well seasoned. I really enjoyed my stuffed peppers as well (rice pilaf, ground beef, and feta on top), the tomato broth/sauce gave a nice sweet and savory flavor with the meal. Finally, a superb pistachio baklava, 10/10. Super impressed with what Miami had to offer for Mediterranean.

Plan accordingly unless you enjoy dining in 85° with a side of humidity. Parking? Practically a scavenger hunt. There's no real on-site option; we ended up trekking about six blocks to a public garage. Apparently there's valet somewhere nearby, but you'd never know it because there were no signs, no heads up, just vibes. They tout a Michelin Bib Gourmand, which set expectations and maybe a little too high. Unfortunately, the food just didn't deliver. Several dishes landed squarely in the "looks better than it tastes" category--pretty, but surprisingly flavorless. At those prices, you expect at least a little wow. Service was fine, but forgettable. All in all, between the heat, the flies, the parking adventure, and the underwhelming food, this one's a pass for me. Won't be making a return trip.

It a wrap that was cut in form of sushi. It was good. I was hesitant about ordering chicken wings but I'm so glad we did because they were so delicious and crispy. They may have been the best chicken wing I've had. The service was excellent. I accidentally dropped my cocktail and they immediately cleaned it up and moved us to another clean table. I apologized for dropping it but not once did they made me feel bad about it. Instead, one of the staff stated it was an indication of having a great time. They also replaced my drink at no extra cost. A guy, who I assumed was the manager or owner, also passed by our table and ensured we were enjoying our time. Our server mistakenly brought me the wrong drink that I ordered, but I did not mind it because I actually loved the Moroccan Mojito and instead ordered another one. I also loved how they have copper cups because it makes water taste so much better. Their attention to small details like that makes the difference. Overall, I felt so welcomed and definitely have to return for more chicken wings.

For context, I worked in fine dining in New York and Miami for almost 20 years, so I notice the details immediately, hospitality, management presence, the energy of a room. You can usually tell pretty quickly what kind of operation you're dealing with. We were a party of five. I arrived with my four-year-old son and was greeted warmly by the hostess. That warmth ended instantly. Standing directly behind her were two managers in suits blocking the main entrance. Both looked straight at me and my child and said absolutely nothing. No hello, no smile, no acknowledgment. Anyone in hospitality knows that moment sets the tone. As an Arab woman who grew up around a culture where hospitality is everything, it was already a bad sign. We were seated outside and the vibe stayed cold. Unfortunately, the food matched it. We ordered a lot because I genuinely wanted to give the kitchen a fair shot. I grew up eating Lebanese food and what stood out most was the lack of soul. Everything felt flat, like it needed salt, lemon, brightness, that warm Mediterranean seasoning Lebanese food is known for. The tabouli was especially shocking. A $20+ tabouli with no bulgur that was so roughly chopped it was basically whole parsley leaves and slices of onion. Any Lebanese auntie would die at the sight of it. At one point I asked our server if they had harissa or any kind of spicy sauce. She said the only option was Sriracha. In a Lebanese restaurant that charges $18 for a tablespoon of hummus. An Asian chili sauce as the only option. What made it even stranger is that harissa is listed on multiple dishes on the menu, so it clearly exists somewhere in the building. I asked for the Sriracha anyway out of desperation for flavor. It never came. Same with ketchup for my toddler's fries, it took three requests. Throughout the meal I walked around the restaurant several times taking my son to the bathroom, looking around the space, even going upstairs to the lounge. Not a single person acknowledged us. Not a host, not a server, not a manager. The bar is right by the entrance and every time we looked over at the bartender and bar manager, just blank stares. At one point we were clearly standing there confused looking for the bathroom in an empty restaurant and still had to say "Excuse me, where is the bathroom?" Wild. Later I walked up to the bar myself to ask if they carried mezcal. After dinner I went back to order one. Same energy--zero warmth, zero engagement. And this is with an automatic 20% gratuity already on the bill. The mezcal was a $25 two-ounce pour and I still had to ask for an orange slice garnish because no one offered it. Empty bar, two people behind it, and I still had to request it. Also worth noting, our reservation was at 5:45pm and the restaurant was practically empty. Yet I didn't see a single manager walking the floor, greeting tables, or checking on guests. I had talked this place up to my party because I'd been so curious about it for years, and it was honestly a huge letdown. If you know Lebanese food and understand Middle Eastern warmth and hospitality, this probably isn't the place for you. Expect cold, almost nonexistent hospitality and food that feels stripped of the soul that makes Lebanese cuisine special. The space is beautiful. I'll give them that. Everything else felt like a very on-brand Miami disappointment, what happens when you give people a beautiful restaurant, expensive food, automatic gratuity, and no leadership. From the lack of authenticity and attention to detail, it's hard to believe anyone truly Lebanese is behind this operation. If anything, it feels more like a polished money grab. Honestly, it might have been less jarring if they just called themselves "Mediterranean" like so many other places in this city. But if you're going to call yourself a Lebanese restaurant, the culture and hospitality should actually be there.

We waited outside for about 20 minutes past our reservation time before being seated. Once inside, the dining room was severely overcrowded. Tables were placed so close together that servers repeatedly bumped into my girlfriend throughout the short time we were seated. It was obvious additional tables had been added for the holiday, and the atmosphere felt chaotic and cramped rather than romantic. I specifically chose this restaurant for what I believed would be an intimate Valentine's setting, and that expectation was completely undermined. Service was equally disappointing. Our server appeared to be handling far too many tables. We did not receive water for approximately 15 minutes after sitting down, and by 9:15 PM -- 45 minutes after our reservation time -- we had still not been able to order drinks. At that point, we decided to leave and find dinner elsewhere. We ultimately paid $40 for a reservation where we were never properly served and did not dine at the restaurant. I reached out privately to give them an opportunity to address the issue but did not receive a response. Valentine's Day is a special occasion, and this was not the evening I had planned.

We were whisked inside to the intimate, dimly lit interior with a DJ table tastefully tucked away in the back of the space. Service was welcoming but overall, not quite as warm and attentive as I've experienced at other places in town. We started off with the Turkish Manti Dumplings, which were the standout of the night. The complexity yet restraint of flavor, balancing indescribable buttery, roasted, earthy notes with a touch of umami and subtle tanginess from the yogurt. The Mezze Sampler was a nice option for trying three of the dips. All very tasty, but I've had slightly better elsewhere. The Sweet Jeweled rice was the other standout with flavor and textural variety that made each bite pop. I found the Roasted Brussels Sprouts undercooked and lacking the same level of flavor as the other plates. The weakest dish of the evening. The Grilled Whole Bronzino got top marks from the meat eaters at the table. Overall, 4/5 stars for a delicious meal but with tough competition around town limiting my ability to hit that 5.

I do love this place for it ambience and service. I had to return the plate that I had gotten. I'm sure that if I would've chosen something else, I would've been happy because the person that I went with did very much enjoy their meal. I think it's worth it but maybe doing a little bit more research on what to get. To say that the person I was with had the Bronzino and it was delicious. Drinks are also good as well. like anything in Miami parking is a little difficult, we made reservations and we were sat right away. Again, this could've been a one off thing, but everything else was amazing.

Meraki is a beautiful restaurant with truly authentic and delicious Greek food! And I'm Greek, so…read moreyou can take my word for it ;) While it may seem slightly off the beaten path right off Flagler, it's very conveniently located by the Knight Center metro stop and a very easy walk from the bridge. Also, the atmosphere they've created both indoors and outdoors really draws you in: beautiful foliage, gorgeous decor, and inviting decor. They play amazing Greek music to set the mood at a very reasonable volume so you can still hear your party. I've been for lunch during Miami spice and recently for dinner. Everything I've had was delicious with tons of flavor and huge portions. Both times I took enough leftovers for another meal! I especially love their zucchini fritters and their spread plate. All their spreads are so fresh and flavorful but their hummus especially was soo good. My husband and I shared the meat platter for two for dinner and enjoyed everything on it - the loukaniko was especially delicious! For dessert, you can't miss the galatoboureko, a sweet custard dessert with the flaky phyllo dough you know and love from baklava. Service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend for a lunch date or dinner date and it's super versatile: great for friends, families or romantic dates. Don't miss this beautiful restaurant in downtown!

The food is super tasty, super fresh, portions are adequate without paying a steep price. The salad: we got a greek salad, it was way bigger than what we expected, the tomatos and feta cheese were delicious and my fiance thought that this was the star dish. Its not your basic salad. The waitress prepared it right infront of us and cut fresh tomatos and veggies on a station. Saganaki: must order, this was my favorite dish. Even though its such a simple ingredient (cheese) the flavor is crazy, they torched it and heated it infront of us and we couldn't stop eating it Souvlaki: the chicken was delicious, we got two full skewers, they serve it with fries and their special sauce which is so delicious! Even the fries were delicious and well seasoned! Octopus: this was mind blowing, especially with the meraki sauce. This is technically an appetizer but feels like a whole dish!! And its only for $24 whereas other places tend to overcharge! We had planned to order more but by that time we were full. The menu is rich and there is still so much to try. We will be heading here more frequently and sharing with you our dishes!! 5 stars well deserved! Instagram: @ri_reviews961
