Caramel latte to go
Audrey S.

This is such a cute spot. Right on the bay next to Margaret Pace, this cafe is the perfect spot to get a coffee to go, but is also always bustling with people sitting inside or out and enjoying themselves. More of this energy, please! They have a range of coffees, alcoholic beverages, pastries, and proper food. I will say that if you're a coffee snob looking for the best, this isn't it. But if you're looking for a pretty good coffee in a great setting, look no further. I love to grab a drink and take it for a walk or a picnic in the park and highly encourage you to do the same!

We were looking for coffee and something quick to eat and found this place looking through maps. It has a great vibe and they really committed to the bit with the Pinocchio theme. The staff was great and so sweet with recommendations. We ordered a pistachio latte, caramel latte, chai latte, and matcha latte(all iced of course) and they were all 10/10. If you're looking for something savory to eat, the empanadas are so good.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast while taking a stroll in the park. This place has some interesting decor. I enjoy the quirkiness of it. Only entered. There was a special board that had a few options listed my husband and myself ordered scrambled eggs with bacon. We thought it was going to come out as a sandwich, but it was just scrambled eggs. While the eggs were good and fluffy, it was pretty pricey for what we ultimately got. We ended up having a $50 breakfast two orders of scrambled eggs and two juices.

Read raving reviews about this place and gave it a chance. I can't say I would come back for their coffee, but their panini wasn't bad. I ordered a hot and iced pistachio latte. There was no pistachio taste at all and was so watered down. The inside was decorated to the Pinocchio theme which was cute but not aesthetic enough for me to sit and do my work because it gets pretty busy.

Food: very tasty Service: fast Ambience: very cozy and chic at the same time. Cozy "Pinnocio enchanted " little cafe! In the heart of Edgewater , MIAMI.

My nose won't grow when I say that Pinocchio On The Bay is a great spot to stop for a sandwich and smoothie! Located across from Margaret Pace Park and with a decent amount of street parking, I stepped into a cozy cafe (with a few outside tables) with a lot of Pinocchio figurines. It's also a dog friendly cafe. My favorite has been their "Top " sandwich - basically Prosciutto, pesto & mozzarella - with a splash of rich & sweet balsamic vinegar. The prosciutto has the natural saltiness that marks a good meat, and the greens are fresh. Add one of their smoothies for a sweet taste as well. They make the sandwiches fresh to order so you may have to wait a little. But it's worth it for a tasty Sammy!

The ladies here are amazing!! Service is so fast, so fresh and the atmosphere has such a cozy vibe. A must visit if you are in Miami!

Iced matcha latte

- Very polite servers - The iced matcha latte is quite sweet - We got scrambled dishes but I found a short hair in mine. Mixed in the egg it was quite disgusting - It's a shame because the ambiance of this place is very unique and cute. They have pages of Pinocchio's story on the walls and awesome decor

I usually give a review only if something is extremely bad or extremely good. In this case that was extremely good. I love this pasta and wine.

It's been some years since I've been here but I remember visiting when they first opened. The owner has always been friendly and welcoming. The store is an eclectic bag of all kinds of goodies. An Italian cafe with fresh baked goods and pastries, pastas and all types of sandwiches, gelato and some random things. There is seating both indoors and outside, but limited. Today, I ordered the beef empanadas with an iced pistachio latte. There's stiff competition in this town for empanadas but these were pretty good. The shell was soft and flaky. The prices are also good. It's great to see this business not only survived the pandemic but is thriving, which is more than what we can say for many small businesses. It's really becoming an Edgewater staple. Stop in if you're in the area.

We love Pinocchio! Great happy hour with Italian and other varietals of wine from 5-6.... Friendly staff and yummy croissants and juice and gelato and pasta and vegan cheesecake .. And a quiet ambiance you can bring your pets to. We probably moved to Edgewater because of moving this place so much ...

Blurry pic of scrambled eggs with arugula and prosciutto

This just wasn't the place for us. Nice views though. He got a scrambled egg special with prosciutto and arugula. Not impressed at all. It was supposed to be on a multigrain bread, but it wasn't. He said he burped it up all day and into the night. I got a margarita pizza. It was fine - would've been better before the put a bunch of olive oil on it. And it was just a cheese pizza with 4 basil leaves. Not a true margarita pizza with tomatoes. We both wanted unsweet tea - and the guy at the register told us there was Italian drinks in the cooler. I picked out Joe T green tea with ginseng. Holy crap - 60 grams of carbs. Taste was not for me. He got a tea with lemon and it was also loaded with a bunch of sugar. Our fault for not looking at the label - but shame on the guy for not saying anything to us when we asked for unsweetened tea and he rang these up. I mean, I guess I can't blame him when he's charging $5 for it. Again, a place that pops up a standard 15% tip for someone to walk my food out. Yes, you can change it. Seems a little presumptuous for a tip for someone taking my order and walking food to my table. I'd rather you call out my number and save myself the $5.

I knew when I saw the 4.3 Yelp rating and hundreds of great reviews, this was the place !! And it…read moresure lived up to its expectations... actually, it surpassed them! The hardest part about dining here was deciding what I wanted to order. I could have ordered the entire menu it looked so good! Helpful tip... check out the menu and know what you're going to order before you get in line. Otherwise you're going to be pressured to order at the front of the line. When you walk in, you place your order and pay for it and take a table number. You need to find your own table. Our service was pretty quick, despite how busy the restaurant was. My cold brew was very good and a nice start to the meal. Our guacamole came next and it was nicely styled with pomegranate, cheese and cilantro on top. Yum! The real star of the show for me was this unassuming looking House Club Sandwich that was to die for. Seriously ... it was so good. I ordered mine without the ham, and it was divine! I wish i lived closer. I'm already dreaming of coming back. My son ordered some kind of short rib/beef burrito and it disappeared so quickly I didn't even get to snap a photo. This is a perfect spot to enjoy a great meal, I highly recommend it. One thing I can say is that it's on the pricey side. $113 lunch for 2 added up super fast but it was well worth it. I'll be dreaming of that sandwich til my next visit!

I had been seeing a lot of great reviews about this place, so I was excited to try it, especially…read morethe tacos. I ordered the mahi mahi tacos, and while they tasted ok, the portion size felt pretty small for the price. Overall, it came across as a bit overpriced for what you get. The service style is more casual and self-directed. You order and pay at the register, get a number, and then find your own seat while they bring the food out to you. Water is self-serve, and once you're done with your meal, you just head out. There's minimal interaction with staff, which might appeal to people who prefer a more low-key, independent dining experience or want a place to sit and work without being interrupted. That said, the service did not feel very friendly or welcoming. And personally, I left feeling a bit underwhelmed.
