In the heart of midtown, great food, nice staff. I would definitely recommend the platter to share.

Here we go again. Another great spot in Miami. A quick search for a dinner spot not far from downtown Miami led us to CRAFT Midtown, and I'm happy we ended up here. The restaurant is quaint and early evening on a Saturday it was remarkably not very busy. We were able to be seated immediately and the staff were gracious and welcoming. We got a couple beers - Prison Pals on tap. The highlight, of course, was the food though. The meatballs tasted real. And maybe that should go without saying, but in this day and age, tasting like quality meat isn't a given. The pepperoni and mozzarella pizza was incredible. I've had a lot of pizza and some just hit the spot more than others. This was one of the "more than others." I'll definitely come back next time in the area. Highly recommended.

Food was good, potato's crispy, latte tasty, only real negative was the service wasn't the best. No real problems just not super friendly, was somewhat hard to understand the waiter, not horrible just ehhhh . There were also some reservations for inside pending but they never showed, but we had been sat outside, which was a lil rough as it was pretty humid that day.

Cozy location with okay service. Waitress was nice enough but near the end of food we did have to wait a bit before being acknowledged to get our check. Sandwich was good enough but the house potatoes that accompanied the sandwich were just cut up bland tasting potatoes. The food did come out quick enough for it to still hot reaching the table.

We came here on a random Thursday night and the vibes and music were great. Even better was Paula our server, she was knowledgeable and extremely nice. We will definitely come back for the excellent food and over the top service.

Best brunch place ever with theee cutest. No only was this reviving but I felt ready for anything afterwards! The cafe had delightful vibe and the music was just enough to make this a perfect Pixar moment.

The place is small but there was enough seating for us to get a spot on a Sunday for brunch. Best French toast I've ever had! The service was ok, took a while to get our check but the food came fast and it was good. I would go back for the French toast for sure.

I was walking through the neighborhood and found this gem. Food is delicious. Service is great. This place is small but has plenty of seats. They also have $25 bottomless mimosas ! I'll back the next time I visit Miami.

We went here for lunch with a group. We made a reservation and when I asked the host to check us in because I made it on Open Table he said he would but he never did. I actually had to write to open table the next day to correct the situation. I ordered a caesar salad with grilled chicken, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shaved paresean, bacon crumble with dressing on the side. It was very good. One person at the table ordered an omelette and said it was very salty - they should have told the waiter right away. It is a cute little spot in the middle of midtown. The parking is a little difficult but there are parking garages in the area.Cute decor as well. Decent pricing. Maybe I will come back and try it for happy hour!

It was extremely hot and humid outside so we sat inside, but I was surprised to see how many people were sitting outside. Javier was our server and he was wonderful. He took good care of us and gave us great food suggestions. I got their croissant egg sandwich and that was great. The side sauce it came with was perfect for the sandwich. We also got the blueberry pancakes and that was delicioussss. So much blueberry and cream, it was amazing. They also have a cute mimosa in the morning and that hit the spot. The Shakshuka was okay--perfectly edible, but nothing memorable. The Steak & Eggs was pretty much the same: decent, but definitely not worth the premium price. The biggest disappointment was the pancakes. They were dense, had noticeable lumps in the batter, and were nowhere near as light and fluffy as good pancakes should be. The syrup also didn't taste like real maple syrup, which was surprising considering how expensive everything is. Speaking of prices, Café Bastille is seriously overpriced for what it delivers. The restaurant also wasn't cool enough inside--the air conditioning struggled to keep the space comfortable, which made the meal less enjoyable. The one bright spot was the service. Our server was friendly, attentive, and did an excellent job throughout the meal. One more thing that is becoming increasingly frustrating in Miami: the bill already included a mandatory 20% gratuity. While I always tip for good service, automatically adding 20% regardless of the experience feels excessive. This trend is getting out of control and takes away the customer's ability to reward service based on merit. Overall, this feels like a place designed more for tourists than for locals. Nice presentation and good marketing, but the food simply doesn't justify the prices. Unfortunately, I wouldn't come back.

The standout of the entire meal was the tres leches French toast an absolute 10/10. It was rich, perfectly sweet, and honestly one of the best brunch items I've had. The seasonal fruit platter was also a 10/10 so fresh and beautifully presented with honeydew, pineapple, blueberries, strawberries, watermelon, and a side of blueberry yogurt that tied everything together perfectly. The breakfast burrito, however, was more of a 5/10 very basic and didn't stand out compared to the other dishes we tried. Overall, the experience was still enjoyable, especially because of the incredible French toast and fresh fruit platter. I'd definitely come back for those alone, but I'd probably explore different savory options next time.

Food Quality: We ordered burgers, which unfortunately were overcooked. My husband decided to send his back, and while the second attempt was better, it still didn't hit the mark. We also tried the fried chicken sandwich, which was decent but fell short of the excitement promised in the menu description. Hunger vs. Quality: I was too hungry to send my burger back, so I ended up with a well-done burger that lacked the juicy flavor I was hoping for. It's disappointing when you anticipate a delicious meal, only to have it miss the mark. Pricing: I also found the prices a bit steep, especially for the drinks. The juices felt overly expensive compared to the overall dining experience. In summary, while Cafe Americano has potential, my experience was just okay. The food quality and value didn't quite align with our expectations. I might consider giving it another try in the future, but I'd approach it with a bit more caution.
