Decided to come here for brunch and Ojo didn't disappoint. Love the vibes and decor. Love the area that it's in and it's also pet friendly. They have tons of options and they even have vegan ones. I ordered the club and the manchego cheese was a great touch. It was slightly melted and had a great cheese pull. I can't tell you the last time I had a club sandwich but I'm glad I got this one. From 12-9 pm they a bogo on their cocktails, so when I Miami!! I decided on the Mexican Mule, soo good! My mom got the guacamole for the table and it was creamy and delicious. I do prefer my guacamole a bit chunkier, this one was still good. If I ever in town again. I will be back. Great breakfast or lunch spot for sure.

The food we ordered was fresh and delicious. Ambiance was superb. Service was excellent. Location is prime along Brickell restaurant row close to Sexy Fish.

Once I saw this place on social media, I knew I had to come! I ordered the one-scoop açaí bowl as well as a coconut, mango, passion fruit juice. The acai bowl surpassed my expectations and was definitely one of the best ones I've had! I love how much variety og fruits they had, and the acai base was the perfect texture. I do wish it wasn't a scoop and just spread, so it was easier to get a bite of everything, but it's more aesthetic as a scoop, so it's okay! The juice was very good and refreshing, a bit on the tart side, but a great morning pick-me-up. I would definitely recommend this spot and would love to come back again to try more items!

I've passed this place frequently and always wanted to try it - so my husband and I decided to stop in for breakfast one day; you order at the counter and then find your seat, but the food will be brought out to you. I opted for one of their protein bowls and it was delicious; my husband got one of the tacos that the staff recommended. I created my own juice combo and we split some delicious and fresh guac. Overall, this place is definitely pricy - but so, so delicious.

The best vibe and lovely people who work there. One of my favorite day time places in the area. Great food too.

I ordered some food through Uber Eats to take with me to the beach the other day. I got the smoothie bowl. It was good, it had a good variety of fruits- mangos, a gooseberry, a lychee, plums, dragon fruit. It also had granola. It was pretty sweet. It fortunately did not melt too fast. I paid $2.50 extra for peanut butter which I think was very much needed. In addition to that, I also got their breakfast sandwich which I thought was great. It has a honey sauce on it with this homemade croissant bread. There's also eggs and turkey bacon on it. I think a chipotle mayo would be great on it, but it was also good on its own.

Food is delicious and the portions are generous. My friend and i ordered the acai bowl to share and the French toast. The cinnamon French toast was different from anything I've had in the past. It was soaking in a sauce and let's just it was delicious. The acai bowl was also really good and filling. It's a self service restaurant meaning you order at the bar and they bring you your order once it's ready. Ambiance is very chill, you can come alone or in a group. They also have both indoor and outdoor seating.

Great place to catch up with friends for a brunch on weekends or just a healthy snack/drink (not alcohol but more like juice). Inside is a great vibe and design. Outside is classic brickell people watching on the main street. You order at the counter, take a number and they bring the food to you. Pretty straightforward and simple in operations. Bakery items are good but their chilaquiles is a must try too.

So I finally tried Ojo de Agua in Brickell and let me just say... my stomach AND my soul left happy. I ordered the salmon ceviche and the tuna tostadas, and they were fresh, flavorful, and light enough that I didn't leave feeling bloated (a miracle in Brickell lunch culture). The vibe at lunchtime? Bright, airy, and just the right kind of lively. Totally a spot you could come back to and not feel guilty about it after. Now here's the tea... my total was $61. For lunch. For just me. 2 plates. Cute food, cute vibes, not-so-cute on my bank account.

Came here after the absolute worst hangover of my life on 07/10/25 and it was LITERALLY my revival breakfast at 4pm hahah. Walked in my boyfriend and I got the pitaya acai bowl with an iced vanilla latte and a coconut mango passionfruit juice. They were all 10/10s. Definitely would not have gotten on with the rest of my day (or what was left of it) if we didn't walk in here.

The food was okay, I've better food for less. The ambiance is nice and the place itself is pretty and clean. Service was eh... when I ordered at the front , the cashier seemed over it and when I asked a question about the menu he seemed over it. It also took forever to get napkins and utensils we had asked for once sitting down.

This spot has many savory and sweet breakfast options, with an extensive lunch and dinner menu as well. After placing our orders at the counter and taking a number, we sat outside for our meals. The service was super smooth and quick, and everything was fresh and delicious! The mimosa was also served with a cute flower that I thought was a nice touch.

Parking was a bit challenging due to the limited number of spaces, but once we walked inside, the experience more than made up for it. We were warmly greeted by Carolina, who also became our server. She was incredibly patient and took her time walking us through the menu, explaining each dish and how everything is prepared. Her dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out, and we hope management recognizes what an asset she is. Carolina proudly shared that every item on the menu is made in‑house, and it absolutely shows. My wife ordered the Quesadilla de Pollo with a side of Arroz Mexicano and couldn't stop talking about the exceptional flavors. I chose the Tostada al Pastor, a small Tortilla Soup, and a side salad. Everything was delicious, but the Tortilla Soup was the star of the meal--a perfect example of why in‑house preparation matters. Since we're not from the area, we weren't sure where to go for lunch, and we truly lucked out choosing Don Maguey--and having Carolina as our server. Thank you, Carolina. When I looked 20 minutes after at my credit card statement read I had been charged $77 and change pending a potential tip on top of that, even with tip included it is still over approximately $7 what I signed off for. We called to determine the prices of each individual meal and "the manager" was stumbling to tell us the prices for everything. Even with the fake numbers that were given to us it still didn't add up correctly. I remember the prices for the 3 meals my family and I ordered and I remember what the check said. I let it be because maybe they need more than I do. As for the food, I'm born and raised on the border of Mexico and although I must say it does scream authenticity especially on appearance the meat is bland, and that "Mexican rice" is by far the worst tasting rice I've had. For a casual person that likes Mexican food you may like it, but if you know what you're tasting you will not. Also, they didn't have 4 different things on the menu available ultimately leading me to have to go with my 5th option. It is very expensive for what it is, and even more expensive when your waitress manipulates the system.

We went here between January 27 & February 6/2026. La Potranca has five Florida locations, but this cantina does not feel like a chain. Authentic sabor Mexicano with an excellent friendly staff. Family friendly & handi-able accesible from the parking lot. This location gets full by 7pm but there is extended service & seating in the common covered courtyard. Plenty of parking in this strip mall location. Service is excellent, fast, & great choices of tacos & drinks. You can choose from 14 different meats/cuts for your tacos, including birria & al pastor. Bow to the taco! Also gringas, vampiros, & burritos. They have bowls (they're BIG) & brunch. p.s. try the churros with 3 dipping sauces. Drinks are extra special here. The clamato & beer cocktail is very unique. Served in a Tajin rimmed large mug, with lime & a tamarind wrapped straw. Excellante! Also a variety of margaritas served in whimsical glasses & their three house cervazas (beers) on draft. La Potranca pays homage to iconic singer & actor Vincente Fernandez "King of Ranchera". Check out the interesting connection with the staff or online. The staff here is excellent. Very helpful when navigating the menu. Very friendly. True professionals. Special shout out to Mauricio & Ralphael - you hombres make this place truly special. Mucho Gracias. We give La Potranca our highest recommendation. Before going, we called the restaurant to ask if they would be showing the World Cup games, and we were told they would be showing all of them. Based on that, we expected a good viewing experience. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. There aren't enough TVs, many of the views are obstructed, and we actually had to move to the bar just to see part of the game. Even then, the music was so loud that we couldn't hear the match at all. When we asked the manager about it, he told us that ownership's instructions were to play music instead of the game's audio. That was especially surprising considering this is a Mexican-owned restaurant and the match was a Mexico World Cup game. The biggest disappointment, however, was the service. To be fair, the restaurant was only about half full, so this wasn't a situation where the staff was overwhelmed by a packed house or unusually heavy demand. I was there with two female friends. I ordered a martini while my friends simply asked for water. The bartender reacted as if asking for water was somehow an inconvenience. We weren't even served chips and salsa until we repeatedly waved down members of the staff and specifically requested them. The bartenders consistently ignored us. My friends waited nearly 20 minutes before anyone came back so they could order their martinis. We later ordered guacamole and the Leña skirt steak. The guacamole arrived promptly, but the steak never did. When we asked another bartender to check on it, he looked in the system and told us there was no food order entered at all. This was unbelievable because the original bartender had described the dish, asked how we wanted the steak cooked, and appeared to take the order. He simply never entered it. When we complained to the manager about the missing food, he told us the kitchen was already closed but that he would "make an exception" and have the steak prepared for us. That response really upset me because this wasn't us asking for special treatment--it was the restaurant trying to correct its own mistake. I told him to simply cancel the order. He then said not to worry because he wouldn't charge us for it, as if not charging for a meal would somehow make up for the experience we had just endured. I declined the offer, but he responded by saying he would bring it anyway and that if we didn't want it, we could just leave it there. To me, that response was even more dismissive and completely missed the point. Throughout the evening, the bartenders were inattentive, dismissive, and consistently rude. Their attitude completely overshadowed what had always been one of my favorite restaurants in Coconut Grove. By halftime, we had simply had enough. Instead of continuing what should have been a fun night, we decided to leave the restaurant and go home, where we watched the rest of the Mexico match in the comfort of my home. Sadly, that turned out to be the best part of the night. I'm writing this review because I know Koko is capable of much better. My previous visits have always been enjoyable, which made this experience even more disappointing. However, if you're planning to watch a World Cup match there, I would strongly recommend choosing another venue. While they may tell you they'll be showing the game, the viewing experience is poor, the game audio is replaced with loud music, and based on our visit, the service was, without question, the worst I've experienced there since the restaurant opened. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously because Koko has always been one of my favorite restaurants, and I'd like to be able to recommend it again. Unfortunately, after this experience, I simply can't.
