I love CAVA! When I realized they were coming to my neighborhood I just about jumped for joy. Cava used to be one of my favorite places to grab lunch when I was working in DC. Having a new flavor in town is very exciting! I love their bowls and flexibility to adjust as you wish! You get a good bang for your buck and the bowls are fully loaded! The ingredients are fresh and flavors are explosive. This location opened up right where Bolay used to be. There is indoor and outdoor seating, bathrooms and self serve water! The staff is super friendly as well! The downside is parking but if you're nearby for work/pr want a place to grab lunch this is definitely a great fast casual choice. read more

CAVA is finally open!! Pro tip: Go Early or be ready to face long lines. While it saddens me that Bolay is now gone, but happy to report CAVA has taken its place and what a great substitution! This is a Chipotle style type of place but with a nice Mediterranean twist! You can order their signature bowls or get a custom bowl. Either way you won't be disappointed!! Ok, so I didn't want to leave a bad review, because I genuinely love the food (the flavors are so good, and so many options for customization) but they are simply not ready for primetime. I ordered ahead for pickup with a pickup time at 1pm--and at 1:30 they were still working on finishing orders from 12:45, with no end in sight. The pickup area is chaotic and very hard to hear names being called out (if they are at all), and the physical space around the pickup area is tiny, with perhaps 30 or more people crammed in there. I don't know if the ordering system fails to limit how many people can pickup at a certain time, but it is simply not tenable to have orders run nearly an hour late. This was SO good. I only went here once but I was told it was like a different version of Chiplote and they were right because it was amazing. The bowl tasted amazing and flavorful and it was the perfect amount to have leftovers. Almost even better, the side of pita chips was SO good. This location gets great for the wrong reasons. The food is fabulous, the people are doing their best and are friendly the downside is the lines. I'm going to defend cava because they do a good job if you want faster service then just order ahead and accumulate points. Speed wise it's comparable to chipotle. The place is new and which is why there just is always a line during rush hours. My go to order is a chicken Harrissa bowl with crazy feta, red pepper hummus, tzatziki, all the toppings, and garlic sauce. I also like the pineapple mint drink. read more

I only leave reviews when I truly feel service or food was exceptional, and that's exactly what I experienced at this new location (we finally have CAVA in Miami!). Each and every one of the young ladies who prepared all of our food (there was a line of about 10 folks) were very patient, helpful, polite, and just genuinely kind. Mind you, most of the folks came in right before/at their closing time (10:30 pm on a Friday), yet they were totally polite and accommodating. This extended well after they prepared and handed each of us our food - meaning, some of us wanted to eat outside, so they set up a couple more tables and chairs (that were already packed up due to their closure for the night) to allow us to enjoy our food per our wishes. The GM of this location just so happened to be one of the ladies who assisted me outside with my food, after noticing I had my hands full. Overall - great and genuine customer service. I hope that someone of significance to Cava happens to see this, to know that the evening-shift crew from 10/17/25 did an outstanding job, all-around. Al and Everett (?) were the best, I was having a really hard day and my card wasn't working and they were really patient with me while I was trying to get it to load. I hope I'm spelling the other guy's name right, sorry if I butchered it. Also, the ingredients here are fresher than the other Cava's I've been to. Last night, I visited this Cava for a nice meal but was dismayed by a woman with braids and glasses that was extremely upset with me when I asked for items that were apparently missing. I can understand the missing items but I've never seen such poor customer service. No apology, no substitution, just a short 'no, we dont have it' with a flippant tone. This is insanity. I was really sad to lose Bolay and do really miss it. It is nice at least a similar style of fast-casual food like Cava opened up in its place, rather than another upscale and expensive restaurant. Like many say, there's a wait, especially during peak lunch time. The staff is super helpful and patient to help explain various options. I made my own bowl with the honey chicken and steak and found it to be fresh and well-portioned for the price. The cinnamon pita chips were also great as a dessert! read more

Unfortunately, this location has lots of staff, but little supervision. Lobby tables dirty throughout dinner hours, trash overflowing and bathrooms without any upkeep or paper products. I was excited when the Brickell Cava opened since I enjoyed the Wall Street location in New York and expected a similar experience. Unfortunately, after three visits, including one six months after opening, the food has consistently been disappointing. The chicken was overcooked and charred, the seasoning was oddly spicy without much flavor, the avocado was bland, and the hummus watery. Quality control is lacking! I had tried this cava my first time yesterday 1/27/26 and it was amazinggg. The customer service , great prices and I feel like I got alot of bang for my buck. I ordered saffron rice , romaine lettuce crazy feta , tzatziki, , hummus , harissa chicken and then a couple add ons which were advertised as included. I also got the original pita chips and the total was 14.68. It was so good and healthy. I had went today 1/28/26 and ordered THE SAME EXACT BOWL + the pita chips and my total had changed from $14 to $25 dollars. An $11 dollar difference which was absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention there was a new guy training and he gave me much less then they had yesterday to the point where I could still see the bottom of the bowl clearly. I had to ask him if he could put more in my bowl and even then he still put about 1/3 of the spoon of rice and a little bit of lettuce in my bowl. When I was paying and noticed the huge price increase I had confronted the manager and he told me the price I got yesterday was innacurate and I even had showed him the bank statement proving that this is what I got yesterday. As I was talking to manager a RANDOM man came up to me and said "the same thing just happened to me , I thought I was going crazy" so no it was not just me. I did like it but the inaccurate prices and the decrease in food is making me never want to come back to this cava. I would have liked more transparency and better communication from everyone on the team as I work in food service myself. Extremely unacceptable. read more

I like the food, flavors, one of my favorite lunch places near my office. BUT... the service is so slow! Went here 3 times at different time of the day - during lunch hour, around 2pm and in the evening, and every time the line moved soooooo slow, even though were only a couple of people ahead of me I still spent almost half an hour getting food, which gets cold by the time you walk out of the door. I don't think I'll ever go again during lunch hours, because it can easily take you an hour to get your food. Ain't nobody got time for that. read more

Made the mistake of ordering on the app because the line was long. The app set a pick up time over one hour later but didn't give a notification of the long wait prior to entering and / or allow to cancel the order after entering. Really shady company. read more
