What stands out to me with Domaselo is that they're very proud of their bread and it shows in their consistent friendly customer service. They're also willing to offer samples to ensure you will enjoy your loaf at home - all you have to do is ask! I will say, depending on what time you arrive they may be sold out on certain options - you may want to order online for pickup (or delivery) if you are set on ordering a certain choice. There is plenty of parking available especially with how fast moving the line is. They have multiple flavors (listed in pics) with pricing. Don't be intimidated by what may seem like higher than normal prices for bread, once you take your first bite you'll know it's money well spent. Domaselo makes amazing sourdough bread! The fact that they use very little ingredients when making each loaf is a huge bonus for me. I usually buy a few loaves at once and freeze them so they don't go bad. And I just take out the slices I want, toast them, and have amazing sourdough bread for 2-6 months (depending how quickly me and my husband get through a loaf). I also like that you can preorder the day before or the day of and choose to pickup or have your order delivered (they deliver through UberEats). *The 'country style' is their classic sourdough and it's always good. *The 'everything sourdough' is my favorite, its like an everything bagel with the seeds and garlicky seasoning on the crust and so delicious! *The 'cinnamon raisin' is also really nice and not overly sweet (not sweet at all actually), just flavorful and still very true to being sourdough. A BREAD TRUCK ? Perfectly situated next to the Haute Coffee truck at the SW Ranches Farmer's Market. This business is only two weeks old and has the bread bakery at their original location in Miami. The concept was simple and spectacular, a mini food truck comprised solely of variety of fresh bread - so a Bread Truck. Met with the owner and employee who offered the line of customers samples of their specialty loaves which included High Protein Sourdough, Garlic & Sundried Tomato, Cheddar Jalapeño and Multi-Seed. All were super fresh tasting but absolutely loved the garlic bread. Purchased a massive loaf of the Country Sourdough Bread for only $5.00, see pic for confirmation of its size. They slice the loaf complimentary for easy eating. Im going to smear honey on these slices when I get home unless I eat it all on the way. All breads are made fresh every morning at their Miami store and supplied to this bread truck by 7am. Definitely a great unique addition to the food truck craze. Ok, I have finally had AMAZING chocolate bread. This was so .. freaking... good. It's not too sweet and had fantastically large chunks of chocolate to nibble on. Their other breads are good too, but this one takes the cake. I hope they keep bringing it back. This is a ventanita, so there's no seating. You just walk up and order/pick up your loaf. Today I came to the SW Ranches Farmers Market with some friends specifically to show them the new bread truck with delish warm loaves. The line was 7 customers deep and you can smell the freshness of the bread from several feet away. We got samples of the jalapeño sourdough but could not resist buying a loaf of garlic tomato at $10 and my friends bought the same. Took a deep sniff into the bag and munched on a slice. Just off of SW 27th Ave, on SW 11th St, there's a large parking lot and a very inconspicuous wooden half-door/window for you to order one thing--AMAZING BREAD! These bread loaves are all the same shape and size, and you can get them uncut, Regular sliced, and thin sliced. I recommend that you get them thin sliced, unless you're going to use it for French Toast or Avocado toast, in which case regular sliced would work better. They use the simplest ingredient, organic floor, water and salt. The service is great and very efficient--don't forget you can order ahead on the website. There's no ambiance to speak of. If you want, you can eat it in your car and that's about it. It's really just a grab-and-go spot. I have tried 3 of the breads and I have to say, I'm most drawn to the regular country loaf, unless you're getting it for something very specific like French Toast, then you can get the other stuff. Also, if you want more nutrient dense options, the protein loaf is a powerhouse without sacrificing much of the flavor. I tried the Cinnamon Raisin loaf for both French Toast and Bread Pudding and that just worked perfectly. The seeded bread was terrific for Tuna Salad. Honestly, these loaves will elevate any recipe as a high-quality ingredient. I'll be back for sure. read more

I bought 2 loaves of bread on a Sunday and 4 days later, they are not hard which is one of the problems with the mainstream grocery stores, their bread gets hard after 4-5 days. My favourite is the SW ranches location, it's a food truck type set up. Drive in, pick it up and enjoy. I tried their roaster garlic and sun dried tomato as my first choice. Miami is loving it's pop up unexpected bakery moments and Domaselo is just one of them. Find yourself in a small parking lot behind a small plaza-esque strip of building and encounter two double doors open to a "ventanita" of sorts. Two doors, covered in clipboards of the day's offerings open up to a window with a glass covered shelving of bread on display and the other with a baker and register. From the window, you see the inside of a industrial kitchen of sorts, plenty of ovens, cooling racks and refrigerators. A slicing machine is close to the register, and you just have to ask. We picked up a cinnamon raisin loaf as well as a walnut cranberry. Most breads are sourdough BUT these are evolved and don't feature the sour and even tangy feature of some of its kinds. The bread tastes great and even better when supporting a small business). The lost star is definitely for cost. While I can get behind the artisanship of bread baking, $8 for a loaf of bread is a tough one. Especially at the quantity that is clearly being operated at. Very pleasant bread window! Little bit of a line and it takes some time because the owner likes to chat with you in the window! He gave me good advice ie how to store the bread so it stays fresh, gave recommendations for his favorite loaves, and even let me sample a piece (cheddar jalapeño with real pieces of jalapeño and big chunks of cheddar so good!) All of the breads have the dough mixture in common (flour, water, and salt) no yeast! It is organic. The add-ons are great too! I went with the olive bread (with olives from Greece) and cinnamon raisin which is outstanding microwaved for a few seconds and topped with butter! The bread is so soft but the flavor is a litttttle plain. But that is probably because there is no additives! I would probable recommend against the plain bread, it needs the add-ins to spice it up!
