It's one of those places you don't really plan for, you just stumble into it, and I'm glad I did. The sandwich was surprisingly really good, fresh, flavorful, and better than I expected for a place I had never heard of before. When I went, it was empty and the man working was by himself, which made it feel very low key and almost hidden. It honestly feels like one of those hidden gems that gets overlooked or lost in the area. I really hope more people discover it because it deserves more attention. I would definitely recommend stopping by, especially if you're looking for a good sandwich with a great view.

The location is super convenient right in the mix of everything but with a laid-back, welcoming vibe that lets you take a breath from the busy city energy. The assortment here is fantastic. They have a huge variety of options, so whether you're in the mood for a classic French-style baguette, a fresh salad, or something hearty, you'll find it. Their Famous Croque is a standout if you want something warm and comforting. Everything tastes incredibly fresh (you can tell they use quality ingredients), and the service is fast, which is perfect if you're on a lunch break or in between stores. It's definitely a quick bite style place, but it doesn't feel rushed. It's just a great, no fuss spot with excellent food in a fun part of town. Highly recommend stopping in!

That familiar taste came flooding back, a taste of home. The crispy house made potato sticks, the cuban spiced meat patty and the slight crisp but then softness of the cuban bread all coming together deliciously in my mouth, heaven. Probably the most inexpensive place we ate at during the trip as well. I had mine with a fresh made melon juice, just perfection honestly. Service is friendly and attentive; the place is still reminiscent of an old school diner. I hope they never change.

Almost like diner vibes. We got some steak & eggs, empanadas, croquetas, & their Cubanito Steak Sandwich. The sandwich threw me off cause I thought it was gonna be a Cuban with steak but this was next level! All the carne was so tender tasted amazing! The empanada was a little odd because, just like the waiter told us, the meat was directly in the middle and it was like one huge crust around the edge. The meat tasted good but I wasn't sure why they'd make it that way. It didn't show on the menu but of course they had fire Cafe con Leche so we ordered some with dinner and 2 more to go! This place was SO good that we wanted to go back another day!

My shake, Timba, was delicious as always. Guava and cream cheese, in a shake topped with a Maria cookie. How can you go wrong? I heard the sandwiches were really good as was the mamey shake. The service is excellent. This location has a large dining area inside and lots of tables outside too. They play great music too.

We took an uber across town to Sanguich in Coral Gables for dinner and it was well worth the trip. For a sandwich, we had the Media Noche which is your classic cuban on a sweeter bread. We split the sandwich, but also ordered boniato fries, and two orders of ham croquettes. Plus I ordered a cafe con leche... which was excellent and came in the cutest cup/saucer combo that was intentionally off center. My friend liked it so much that she wanted to get one after the cruise to take home... which we did. The sandwich was excellent and the fries were so good with the dipping sauces. I love the croquettes and got some more when I was back in town for my morning coffee. Plus the place is gorgeous inside. If I had a place like this near me I would eat Cuban's and delicious croquettes every week.
