We had an amazing experience here from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. We ordered the FreshCo Paella Junkanoo, which was a perfect mix of seafood--fish, shrimp, mussels, calamari--all infused with bold, well-balanced spices. Rich, comforting, and cooked just right. You can really tell care goes into this dish. We also ordered the whole fried snapper, and it was excellent--crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside, lightly seasoned, and not greasy at all. Simple, fresh, and done perfectly. The place itself is very clean, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. Everyone was attentive without being pushy, which made the experience even better. Overall, the flavors were amazing, the quality of the food stood out, and the experience felt worth every dollar. It was good until it wasn't. Sweet potato fries and plantains were good, however, for the fish, it wasn't cleaned well. I found myself biting on fish scales. These aren't small ones either, big ones that should have been taken out before frying. The place is lively. Staff members were all friendly so that was a plus. If I were to go back, I wouldn't order the fish and chips and probably order something else. Nonetheless, this place is in good location so there are plenty of places to walk around. Tried the conch fritters which were good but needed a sauce to enhance its flavor. We tried the grilled snapper a couple of different ways. It was fresh and well prepared. Love it! It's new to Doral, and it's now one of my top favorites. The place is clean and very well organized. There's indoor seating and an outdoor area that will soon be available as well. The ambience is excellent, with lively music, wonderful Caribbean decor, and perfect lighting. The menu is amazing, with options for any taste, be it seafood enthusiasts or land lovers. We had the stone crabs, which are only in season for six months of the year, we also had the coconut shrimp, and the mahi mahi smoked dip. They were all out of this world delicious! To top it all off, the service is absolutely the BEST. Our server Yuli was awesome; she greeted us with a super friendly disposition that immediately made us feel welcomed, then she provided great suggestions, and she was always around to help us throughout our meal experience. As someone with celiac disease, I felt completely taken care of at Fresh.Co. They were amazing about food allergies and made dining stress-free. I came over to give this place a second shot. This place still needs better customer service. I ordered a lunch social item at 1pm. It's been 30 minutes and the waiter hasn't even come by. No food, im just sitting here wasting time. My fellow coworkers told me this place is slow but I didn't think it was this slow. There's hardly any one eating. The only thing wrong with this place is it's not located in Tampa where I live. From start to finish our meal was superb. BEST conch fritters I've ever had. They're very large and plenty of conch throughout with the perfect touch of spice. I had the snapper FreshCo. The fish was cooked exactly right. So often it's overcooked, not as FreshCo. Then loads of crabmeat and the crab creama poured over it, just WOWza!! Melts in your mouth. And the Maduros were sublime. Tasty and with a perfect crisp outside. Make sure you save room for the flan. It's creamy heaven. I had the original but am dying to try the guava. The waitstaff is attentive and seemed happy to be serving. This place is a strong 10/10. I was underwhelmed by the presentation and quality of the food. We ordered the plate called the Floribean, a piece of mahi mahi, topped with a tomato, onion and some fish bits, white rice and maduros. Two plates same order, the pieces were different sizes, one really large on one plate and the other must have been the fish tail. The white rice was cold and the grains were hard and the maduros were cold and under cooked. The restaurant only has a wine and beer license, yet all the hard liquor bottles are fully displayed at the bar. Customers are unable to order drinks, yet the owner can do whisky shots with staff as we witnessed. They advertise guava cheesecake and guava flan and neither item was available. The one redeeming factor was the service, our server was prompt and attentive. This was our second and last visit for a while at least. read more

FreshCo in Doral might be my new favorite restaurant. The entire experience was amazing from the moment we were seated to the moment we left. The food was incredible and even inspired me to create an account just to leave a review! To start, the appetizers were divine. We ordered the tuna ceviche tostones and the Bang Bang salmon bites. The ceviche was beautifully seasoned, and the salmon bites left us wanting to order more. For our entrées, we had the fire-grilled octopus with their Junkanoo sauce, which was absolutely delicious. The mahi dish was buttery and refreshing. The sides are also great; you can't go wrong with their rice and yuca fries. The staff was incredibly attentive, and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. Not only was it spotless, but it was also beautifully decorated. The waitstaff ensured all of our needs were met in a timely manner. Went in on a hunch as we were in town on vacation from Chicago. Were greeted as we walked by and Were seated right away. Everything looked really nice inside as well. Ordered a snapper for myself and grilled shrimp for the wife. Food was outstanding and fresh . If I was from the area we would definitely stop in more often. A shame they don't open one in Chicago.
