    Plain and almond croissant
    Krystel J.

I live 30 miles away but kept seeing this place on IG and needed to give it a try when I was in the area. Small bakery in a warehouse. Fair warning there is minimal parking. I went around 11am on Tuesday and lucked out. All parking is assigned to the various warehouses and I lucked out on a space but cars just kept circling the lot. The foot traffic was constant. There is zero space inside so definitely a grab and go type location. The team was friendly, I ordered ahead so it was a quick interaction. We tried the almond croissant, plain croissant and brioche bread. I do have to say I really liked the brioche bread. The almond croissant while good had like a cookie layer to it which wasn't for me and the plain was ok but nothing to make it stand out. I would say overall everything was good.

I client surprised me with a box of croissants from here and they were absolutely divine! They were soft, filled with deliciousness in the middle, and so fresh. Highly recommend!

Wow! Case bake was incredibly fresh. And delicious. I ordered the freshly muddled blueberry matcha , a croissant - so flaky!! And probably one of my favorites sourdough loafs!

This little bakery is hidden in the warehouses. The only downside about this spot is how small it is. I had to wait outside for a couple minutes, not too long but there isn't space and there was a little line. I didn't stress it though because I knew it was gonna be worth the wait. The ham and cheese croissant was absolutely delicious, it was like an everything bagel but in croissant form. The cheese melted around the edges it and gave it a bit of a crunch while it was still fluffy on the inside. The Nutella croissant was also 10/10. You can really tell everything is freshly made. Now the little sweet treat in the top right is like a spongy cake on the inside although, it's crispy on the outside. I absolutely loved it, I can't recall the name honestly but it was so good. I know that things can run out pretty quick from what someone told me, so it's best to go early in the morning when they open. PS they are closed on Mondays unfortunately.

I've been wanting to try Casa Bake for a while after hearing from multiple people this is the best croissant in Miami. Based off social media's recommendations, and the line I've seen, I ordered online and was able to get everything I had my eye on. The parking is very limited during the week. Thankful to have ordered online because when I went to pick up my order at 11am they were practically sold out of everything. The plain croissant was absolutely perfect. It was so flakey, crunchy, and yet soft on the inside. The pain suisse was one of my favorite things I ordered. It had chocolate and it almost felt like a chocolate croissant. The sweet danish was another honorable mention. If I go back I'd definitely get the sweet danish and the pain suisse again!

Incredible French style bakery in an unexpected area - parking can be hard to come by, but casa bake does share a lot with some other businesses. You can't see the entrance well from the road, so be sure to turn/walk into the parking lot. Casa bake had a nice selection of sweet and savory options including variations of croissants, danishes, and breads. I was thrilled to see one of my favorites, a canele, and got two to go. The texture was perfect with a caramelized crust and soft interior. The fresh pressed juice was a nice touch and I appreciate the local retail items. They have coffee options as well if you need an afternoon pick me up.

Small little place in the middle of some warehouses. You won't believe the incredible smells as you come close! I had the dulce de leche croissant which was good but i wish the filling was a little sweeter! the croissant is light buttery and fluffy. I also had their pain suisse (first time trying, had sweet cream and chocolate chips in the middle). This was also very tasty! I was hoping they would have some seating and also iced coffee. Also i was looking forward to their all-chocolate croissant but they were out of them by the time i arrived at 10:30. My advice is to get there early and go on a weekday!

What they had available by noon

Trending bakery that lives up to its fame with fresh baked goods but highly recommend pre ordering online. So I had heard many good things about Casa Bake through friends and social media. And I also saw that the best way to order and get what you want is to pre order through their website as they run out early and fast on the daily. So I did just that. I placed my order on a Thursday and the soonest they had for pickup was noon on Saturday. So be prepared to wait some days for your order. I ended up ordering an almond croissant, a chocolate croissant, and almond and chocolate croissant, guava and cheese croissant and a bread pudding. When I went for pick up Saturday at noon, there was no line but also they seemed to have run out of many things. They still had available some items but I heard people coming in getting told they were sold out. So definitely pre ordering was the way to go. The shop is small and located in what seems like a warehouse mostly area. It is not on a main road and kind of hidden away. Parking was OK but a little tight and shared with many other businesses in the lot. Staff were friendly and pick up was super easy. As for the food, the croissants were super fresh and flaky. They were all really good. My favorite of the three was probably the chocolate one. But I will say the bread pudding in my opinion outshines the croissants. Very moist and I could of eaten like three of those at once. Cost was about 20 bucks for 5 items which I don't think was unreasonable. But I will say I think waiting 2 days for your order is a bit much unless my toes are gonna curl when I bite into it. And unfortunately they didn't. Was it good, yes. But was it waiting 48 hours worth it, not really. But still I think this is a great French bakery and looking forward to trying new things next time I'm in the area (of what's available).

Let me start off by saying this is the best almond croissant in Miami. This is an order and go place since there's no where to sit and I will make the drive and the line happily. I went twice prior to this review. Once during the week and I was able to walk right in without a wait and then once on a Saturday morning shortly after opening, I had to make about a 20 minute line. Honestly, worth it. Everything was delicious but if I had to just get one item it would be their almond croissant. In addition to croissants they have baguettes and sour dough that you can order too. My only complaint, if you could call it that, would be that I didn't love the coffee. Since I've been, I've seen that they have stepped up their coffee game. I'm eager to go back for a redemption cup and maybe 10 croissants.

Hearing so much about this bakery and the crazy lines. I placed my order ahead of time for pickup...days ahead. Got there Tue morning walked right in. It was great cause I was able to just get more delicious goods. The baguette is delicious! Just get it. Also the truffle danish is so creamy and not overly truffle-y. The egg and bacon danish is super. The plain and choc croissant really good. I also tried the pistachio but a bit overwhelming... prob need to share but I ate the whole thing! I really liked everything. It's definitely a must try.

This bakery off Bird Rd is special. It's not only a great place to buy croissants and other French pastries, but also happens to have some world class bread like Sourdough, ciabatta, and baguettes. I tried the almond croissant, the almond and chocolate croissant, all the breads, and the Basque Cheesecake. If you like chocolate, skip the almond croissant and get the chocolate AND almond croissant (see my pics). The sourdough bread was impressive. I used it for toast for breakfast, as sandwich bread, and eventually cut it up into cubes, seasoned it, and cooked it in a pan on low heat to make croutons. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but you'll be in and out quickly.

Definitely suggest going on a weekday morning, you wont be able to avoid a line but it will definitely be shorter. Casabake is in a warehouse-y district behind Bird Road. Unsuspecting except for the cute exterior, inside you will find a small yet dedicated team of exceptional bakers and their goods. It is French, so don't come looking for your basic muffin, although they did have an elite guava pastelito-esque pastry when I visited. Their laminating dough is the real thing, so consider anything that uses it delicious. We had the ham and cheese croissant, chocolate croissant, an apple danish with custard underneath the fruit pieces (and was probably top of our list), a bread pudding, and a pain suisse. The prices are great for the artistry and freshness in each bite. Would love to order a cake or pastry from them in the future. Tip: go early, but also keep an eye out for their saturday specials and menu changes. Ordering online is convenient but also a bit of a mystery as things are only labeled as "sweet" or "savory" versions.

Local bakery with variety of pastries! We ordered a few different croissants including the pistachio one and they were all great! The only downside was the limited parking spot and also no space to dine in. This location is only To Go unfortunately.
