Francine and Stephanie catered our wedding at Vizcaya with 150+ guests. Vizcaya is probably one of…read morethe toughest venues in South Florida for a caterer because of logistics reasons, so having a top-notch caterer is very important, since not every caterer can do it. Francine has decades of experience, and most importantly, she's catered countless times at Vizcaya. Her experience showed during the wedding when everything ran flawlessly. We couldn't be happier with everything that she did. As for the food, it was absolutely amazing. We have a four-course dinner with dual entrees. She also added a lot of extras that none of the other caterers could match. We talk to most of the caterers that are preferred vendors at Vizcaya, and she was absolutely the best in every aspect!

She was kind and helpful, as was Stephanie. Everything had been set up perfectly by the time we arrived. And did I mention the food? It was fabulous! Guests cleaned their plates and I won't mention names, but I saw a few people head straight back for seconds! Everyone mentioned how great the food was. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and should I need a caterer again, I wouldn't hesitate in contacting Francine. I highly recommend her.

We hired this company for a private event and paid a deposit for a scheduled service at 1:00 PM, with a prior agreement that they would arrive earlier for setup. The appointment was confirmed by email on Thursday, January 22, and the chef also called us to personally confirm the service. Despite these confirmations, the company never showed up on the day of the event. This was a celebration, and I had planned the food service entirely around their crepes, with no backup food arranged. Their failure to appear caused significant disruption and stress during an important occasion. What is most concerning is the complete lack of communication: no cancellation notice, no explanation, and no response to follow-up emails. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable for an event service provider. Based on our experience, I do not recommend hiring this company.
