Currently, these foods include French onion soup, prime beef short rib, kouign-amann, cinnamon rolls, and bread puddings. My husband likes French onion soup, so I decided to buy Chef Adrianne's French onion soup kit through GoldBelly. The amount of soup would be enough for four people, and it cost about $80. Chef Adrianne's business in Florida shipped the package to me on my chosen date, and UPS delivered it on time. The soup was easy to make. I simply poured the packet of soup into a pot and boiled it on the stove. Later, I added pieces of the provolone cheese. The kit also included croutons to bake in the oven and parsley to sprinkle on top. The ingredients were very fresh, and my husband and I liked the flavors of the soup.

Ayesha's energy is so contagious, we are all excited to get to cooking! This cooking class is not your usual cooking class. Instead of partnering with someone to cook each meal, everyone kind of just broke up in to groups and focused on different dishes. It was a bit chaotic but so much fun! Who knew cooking along a group of strangers in a strangers home could be so effortless? Ayesha made everything very easy. I attended the This Is It - Lamb course. We cooked a delicious salad, okra, lamb kebabs and lamb Rogan Josh. Every bite of each dish was out of this world. The food was lighter than Indian cuisine I've had in the past, I noticed she didn't use nearly as much cream as some recipes I've seen. Ayesha also taught us plenty about Indian spices and their multifunctionality. It's too bad that Ayesha lives all the way in Kendall. If she lived closer, I'd be over all of the time!
