We were very…read morefortunate to have Sy and her team featured at a community event for the Underline in Brickell showcasing the flavors of Miami Gardens. Sy and her team were friendly and gracious and offered us a sampling of the most gorgeous and delicious creations: Jamaican jerk meatballs, sweet plantain cups, curry chicken wonton bites, and grilled curry shrimp kabobs. All of these bites were creative, bursting with flavor, and (important for a networking event) easy to eat while chatting. I was not asking for more food or more staff, only for what was already purchased. They refused to proceed unless I signed a new contract and paid more.
