This rating should be a 4 or 5, but I'm giving it a 3 in hopes that the management sees this. The food and staff is great. The only issue is, if you order to go do not order food. The coffee is made right away but the food takes forever. I ordered a croissant to go and waited 15mins. This consistently happens..... 3 separate instances... And these were croissants or cheese pastries or muffins ... all items that should take 2mins to heat. I actively resist ordering food to go because I already know I'll be waiting. This is easily fixable, they just needs to tweak their process. I hope they see this because I really do like the place. read more

The coffee and food is so overpriced for the quality- it's really mind blowing. I especially don't like the prepackaged desserts they leave on the counter for who knows how many days. I will never go back, especially now that I've been to Delah Coffee in Dublin- no prepackaged desserts sitting in plastic, only fresh from the case and at a reasonable price. Second time here and will be a return customer! Coffee shop with good coffee, nice decor / vibe, and will satisfy your cravings for anything sweet or savory. First time we tried the matcha latte and Turkish coffee and tlboth tasted amazing. The matcha was not sweetened so if you prefer your matcha in the sweeter end make sure you ask or get the matcha with coconut. Second time we got the avocado salmon toast paired with toffee nut latte. Both I recommend trying. Overall good place to take your kids on a non school day. I finally stopped by today, and I'm so glad I did. The vibe in there is incredible really cozy and authentic, with the kind of lighting that makes you want to just sit back and stay for hours. The service was just as good as the atmosphere. Everyone was so welcoming and actually took the time to make sure I was enjoying everything. As for the food, the baklava was easily some of the best I've ever had; it was perfectly flaky and sweet without being heavy. I am so excited to have a local cafe that is open late and doesn't serve alcohol! Finally - a third space where one can relax and enjoy with friends! We went on Opening Day and were super impressed with everything we tried. The Green Glow juice, the Greek toast, the vanilla iced coffee, the strawberry kouign amman, the house-made cinnamon-sugar butter cookies -- everything was excellent! The service was on point, the decor/ambiance was lovely, and the staff members were super helpful and friendly. KavehG has a small room in the back that they will let you rent for private gatherings -- perfect for our monthly book club! I am really thrilled that they're here and am praying they will find much success. Such cute Turkish coffee shop with chill ambiance. The place was busier than expected for being Sunday 5-6PM, every table was taken. Lots of students studying and it was fairly quiet considering how many people were there . We enjoyed a cup of americano and 2 types of baklava during our quick visit. My sister and I came here for coffee and pastries. The inside was very cozy, but since we had our kids with us, we chose to sit outside. Unfortunately, the service really ruined the experience. The guy at the register was extremely cold-no greeting, no smile, no "how can I help you," nothing. I ordered a croissant and a sesame bagel. When the food came out, it was wrong. When my sister went back inside to let them know, one of the guys came out and rudely said, "This is the croissant." I had three kids with me and was honestly confused, especially since I clearly remember seeing butter croissants in the display. To avoid more tension, I let it go. My sister went back inside again to get an actual croissant. The same guy apologized, but they still charged her for the butter croissant-even though the mistake was theirs. Again, we let it slide. As we were getting ready to leave, I went inside and asked the barista if I could get a to-go box. He didn't even look at me and just said "yeah" in a very dismissive tone. I later noticed the boxes were out for customers to grab, but it was my first time there. A simple "they're right over there" would've gone a long way. Overall, the drinks were overpriced and overly sweet, and the staff made us feel very unwelcome. The place has potential, but the attitude and lack of basic courtesy really stood out-in a bad way. I used to have my "go to" place downtown, but let me tell you how thankful I am for this beautiful coffee shop. Not just that the coffee is good, but you're literally treated like family here. Every single one of the staff is so friendly, they are always cleaning, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. I spend a lot of time studying and I'm so glad to have this place close by. The pistachio latte is so good, not too sweet perfect balance! The cheese pie is amazing and I don't remember the name of this bread but it was really good with the honey and creamy cheese.
