B/c of what my insurance covers, I get to pick out 2 pairs of glasses for free, and TRUST me, they have such a NICE collection for me to pick from. After I pick what glasses I want, they do all the measurements etc., then a friendly goodbye..lol and I'll jus be excitingly waiting for my new pairs of glasses within that same week, if not that same week..it'll be 2-3 days I'll receive them within the next week.

They can even show pictures of the eye and pinpoint where issues are so you really understand what's going on. They have an excellent array of eyewear and knowledgeable staff to help you find the right look for you that can accommodate your prescription. The staff helps to weed through insurance so that you clearly understand what's covered and what's not.

Since this office is close to where I live, I was hoping it would be a helpful option. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk was very disappointing. The receptionist was not warm or welcoming and had a sharp tone during the entire interaction. My appointment was at 11:00, and I arrived at 11:07 because of unexpected traffic. I also had my young son with me. I explained the situation, but I was turned away and told I was late. I understand offices have schedules, but most medical providers offer at least a small grace period, especially when someone is dealing with an urgent issue. What made the experience more upsetting was that the waiting area appeared completely empty when I arrived, yet I was told all of the rooms were filled. The interaction did not feel compassionate or patient-centered. I even told her she should lead with kindness, because the way she handled the situation felt unnecessarily cold. She offered a possible Saturday appointment, but after that experience, I would not feel comfortable returning or giving this office my business. I left feeling dismissed and unsupported during a moment when I needed help. Based on this experience, I would not recommend going here unless you are prepared to be there exactly on time with no flexibility and not the warmest staff.
