When I first called, the earliest appointment available that worked with my insurance was in July. I figured I was out of luck, but the staff were incredibly kind and actually called me back when an opening became available so they could squeeze me in before my trip. I was so grateful. The exam itself was very thorough. Unlike some places I've been where parts of the visit are done virtually, I saw an actual doctor who took the time to do a complete eye exam, including dilation and a full evaluation. It felt like real healthcare rather than being rushed through an appointment just to sell glasses. I also really appreciated how clean and professional everything was. They still have a lot of their infection-control practices in place, including hand sanitizing when you enter and cleaning frames after people try them on. As someone who notices those details, I loved seeing that level of care. My only challenge wasn't really their fault. I have a gigantic head so finding frames that both fit comfortably and look good on my face is always an adventure. I didn't have much luck finding the perfect pair this time, but that's a problem I run into pretty much everywhere. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Friendly staff, thorough care, and a clinic that genuinely felt focused on patients first and eyewear sales second. I'd happily come back.

Dr. Pervaiz takes her time with you during her exam and puts you at ease. What I really appreciated during my most recent exam was that we thought my prescription changed in one of my eyes so she increased the lens strength while testing my eyes. Then, she went back to double check my old prescription before deciding on increasing it. It's a good thing she cross checked because my old prescription was actually correct. They have a lot of options for glasses and work well with VSP (my vision plan). I would recommend this office to anyone looking for new glasses, contacts or an eye exam!

In fact, I normally don't write reviews - ever - but I feel like shedding some transparency on my frictionless experience here! First of all, the lady on the phone was super nice and sweet - she clearly couldn't speak the best English, but she still communicated clearly and answered my clueless questions patiently. This stands in stark contrast to another clinic I called before this one, in which the native English speaker sounded stoned out of her mind and answered all my questions with "Uh... I don't know." (Wtf?! -_-) Anyways - I was happy to see the nice phone lady at the counter when I walked in. She again demonstrated her patience while I settled insurance issues that I hadn't prepared for, haha. The wait time for the appointment was somewhat long, but I'm used to that so it's whatever. The interior was clean and spacious. After meeting the doctor, I can *sort of* see why the past reviews might be so put-off by her? To me, she was great; she fulfilled her job to a T. In fact, I could tell she was actually rather friendly. Just monotone and stone-faced, lol. Then again, I'm used to blunt, straight-forward Asian doctors who forego the customer service voice. In fact, I prefer how streamlined the appointment was - no fluff, no awkward small talk. She'd give long, detailed explanations when I asked questions, so it's nice that she wasn't ALWAYS curt when it mattered. I brought to them a weird sort of dilemma - my insurance was ending soon, so I need contact lens before the end of the month, which meant less than week's turnaround. These would be my first contacts in a long while, which meant an exam and a trial period. Nonetheless, they accomodated me perfectly! The doctor cleared up any anxieties I had about my insurance, explaining logistics to me in a way that had me, someone who usually has no idea what insurance even is, easily understanding. The only thing is that they don't provide a free case for contact lens, which my friend said was weird, but I couldn't care less. This was my first time scheduling and coming to an eye exam on my own, and it was honestly relaxing. If my new insurance allows it, I'd definitely come back!

A call was placed to schedule an appointment for my daughter and reached the new staff member that had previously provided incorrect hours of operation. However, I proceeded to make an appointment for my daughter which was for 4/16/19 at 4. Upon my daughter arriving she was told her appointment was for yesterday 4/15 and that she was a "No Show".
