They have a great doctor who speaks plainly in everyday language you can understand. They have date of the art equipment with quick results. They can even show pictures of the eye and pinpoint where issues are so you really understand what's going on. They have an excellent array of eyewear and knowledgeable staff to help you find the right look for you that can accommodate your prescription. Snake Oil Salesmen! They fast talk you, don't explain prices or procedures. Read everything they ask you to sign and get them to explain thoroughly. I would advise you not to give them business at all. they will change prices and tell you they have sales and deals that don't make any financial sense. They lie and don't remember. The eye doctor will tell you, you need things to gouge the prices up. They're very nice initially if you go with everything they throw at you. Once you question anything then things change. Ok, came to this place for my wife's annual checkup. Had appointment at 1:30 pm and it's 2:47 pm still waiting for the doctor. Tried to ask the office staff about the delay but was offered a reschedule!! So many things wrong with this statement. Why should I care if several other people before me are still waiting? I have an appointment at 1:30 and should be able to see doctor at 1:30. And secondly, why should I reschedule once I already have been waiting for more than an hour? Will they pay for my already wasted time? And if I reschedule, why should I even bother coming to this place which doesn't seem care about other people's time? Really disappointed. My next visit may not be at this place. Update on 1/14/2019: This update is provided in response to Dr. Patel's response: Thank you Dr. Patel for taking time to read about my experience and providing your feedback. It appears that you care about your patients and your establishment, which I admire. I have a few additional concerns regarding the visit on that day that I didn't mention in my original review: 1. My 3.5 years old son was accompanying us on that day. As soon as we entered your office, he noticed some nice showcases. As you know, at his age, he is very interested in shapes. He noticed some glass pieces inside the showcase and pointed his finger to them and told me that those were prism in rectangular shape. By pointing his finger, he accidently touched the door of the showcase lightly. As attending parent, I quickly took him on my lap as asked him not to touch anything. But, the receptionist lady, Mary (not sure if it was her name) shouted at him saying "you can't touch the glass" to my surprise. Wasn't it redundant since I already removed him from the display and said the same thing? I think it was disrespectful to my son and to me as well since I already told him that and it was the first and only thing he touched? 2. Per e-nva website, your facility should have at least 200 frames available at $0. But Mary told us that you don't have anything. When I told her about e-nva website she said she doesn't have to do anything with that and you don't have anything at that price. Then she showed us some eyeglasses starting $50 out of pocket and mentioned that someone bought eyeglass at $450 and asked me "do you think $50 is expensive"? I was so shocked to hear that statement! Why would she compare me with someone who spent $450 on eyeglass? I didn't need that sales-speech as I know better how to manage my finances. But we were provided none. 3. Nonetheless, we decided to purchase the frame. Once my wife was trying different frames and asking for my opinion, Mary all of a sudden said "they are nice. we are not giving them away!" WOW! what a statement. She intervened into our conversation and treated us so disrespectfully! First of all, we are not asking for a "give-away" item. Secondly, if our insurance can cover a frame and lens for $0 out of pocket that doesn't mean that you are not giving them to us for free. You will get paid from my insurance. That statement was very very disrespectful. How long Mary is in this business? 4. While my wife was trying different frames, Mary also made another statement "your husband is not buying you that"! How did she know? Don't you think it was an attempt to disrespect me in front of my wife? Why did she make that statement? We ended up buying that exact frame. 5. The next appointment after our 1:30 PM was at 1:45 PM. The 1:45 lady was given the chance to see the doctor before us! Wasn't that discrimination against us? We showed up before our appointment time.
