I selected Jahnle because of convenient location, free parking, and yes, examination, and eyeglasses. Stacks of eyeglasses in different colors and styles were neatly positioned ahead as I entered the office. The office was eye-pleasing, properly lit, and well-appointed. The staff was professional and courteous. An assistant promptly completed a questionnaire as I provided answers about my health status. She applied drops for the standard Glaucoma and retinal examinations. The tests were conducted quickly and comfortably. Best yet, no sign of vision deterioration and no need for replacement glasses. The examining physician, Dr. Mekel, indicated that I would not need another exam for two years. Although glasses could be ordered here, he provided a prescription in the event I wished glasses manufactured elsewhere. A pleasant experience!

What made the situation worse was the staff member's attitude. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. When she realized the errors, she did not offer any explanation or apology and instead blamed the lab, saying there was nothing she could do. I have been a customer at this store for four years, and she is by far the most unprofessional and unpleasant person I have encountered there.
