Atmosphere - A large food trailer. Looked sharp but as long as it is clean in the kitchen I am good. Food Lunch - #1 screamed my name immediately. Chick-N-My-Waffle, thin chicken breast with a crispy peppery breading. The waffle was moist with a crisp outside to make the perfect sandwich. A drizzle of the maple syrup topped the sandwich. I went with a 5pc chicken strip meal which came with fries, an order of onion rings, and a beef empanada. Yeah this was my meal for the entire day. Despite the size, my order was turned out promptly. The chicken strips were huge by comparison to other trucks. The serving of fries was generous and perfectly cooked. They had a variety of sauces including BBQ, ranch, honey mustard, and spicy. I sampled all four. I found myself completely cleaning out my cup of honey mustard which complimented the strips quite well. The basket of onion rings was large for the price. The empanada was fair in size. The good...I really felt like I got my money's worth. The 5pc meal was huge for the price. I recommend the 3pc option unless you're really hungry. The strips themselves were great and the sauce variety made for a good meal. The bad...The empanada was absolutely average. It filled my stomach but it didn't "wow" me. Both the empanada and the onion rings needed to be shaken out a bit more from the fryer as they were really greasy (more than what I'd normally expect). One of my big appeals with this truck is their serving sizes. Just based off what I ordered, it would be quite easy to split items between a friend or coworker. While I didn't find anything unique or original, it served its lunchtime purpose quite well. I look forward to their next visit to sample more of the menu.
