So the food was good. No complaints there. The wait time was a little long not too bad. The only thing I can say is the manager was struggling. Her stress level is beyond high with people that struggle to follow direction. She was berating them the whole time for making mistake after mistake. I know how hard that is when your workers don't do or remember what you say. That said someone needs to train her on working with difficult employees and stress management. Or wven stepping away for a minute because it is highly inappropriate to berate them all day in front of customers. All her people are mopey and feel like crap which is unfortunate. I gave them my code at the pull up speaker, and they were having trouble entering it. The whole Burger King system has just gone to pots! Part of my order, was a free large fry with a purchase of $3 or more. Well it wasn't showing up, but the lady was nice enough to just give me free fries anyways! Fresh out of the fryer! It took them a while to make my custom Whopper, but boy was it GOOD. I find it hard to believe, that I come through here so often, and I have not once had a single complaint about this place. Ordered three Whopper meals via the drive-thru, $40. Received two Whoppers. That's on me for not verifying. Every single table was dirty, cashier was unwelcoming, did not greet us or ask to take our order she basically just stood there until we spoke & ordered. There was a bag of trash in front of the bathrooms on the floor. My daughter's chicken nuggets were undercooked and looked like paste in the middle. Felt very disgusted with the food just from how dirty the whole place was. We tried to go Saturday at 8:30 and they asked if we were there to place an order then proceeded to tell us they couldn't take any more orders. I was waiting in the drive through at Burger king 8/28/26 at 6:10 till 6:35, I was very frustrated and asked the speaker if anyone could hear me and no response multiple times. After waiting another 15 minutes I began to talk to myself and say what the F!!K is going on and why is this taking so long. Little to my knowledge someone has been listening the entire time and finally came to answer with what the f!!k is your problem and you need to calm down. I stated you need to acknowledge the people in the drive thru and he said f!!k you and its not my problem as we only have two workers. I said you should have said something and he said f!!k you and get the f!!K out of here. I was turned away after 30 minutes of waiting in the drive thru and left with no food. Honest food & service review: Fooled me once, shame on me, Fooled me twice... blame it on the in-law, we should've gone to McDonalds... Gave it a second chance... they forgot our onion rings, as well as took forever to ring up our order and take the payments. Reluctantly we gave this Burger King another try tonight. My husband was craving a Whopper Jr. I ordered an original chicken sandwich which has always been a favorite of mine at Burger King (I am still sad they don't offer the Italian Chicken Sandwich full time). Anyway, the last chicken sandwich we received from this location would have better served as shoe leather. I have to give credit where credit is due. There was definitely some improvement here tonight. It was not perfect, but I am hopefully optimistic. I can see why there is a line in the drive thru again. The chicken sandwich was really good. It was cooked just right, still juicy, and not hard, dry, or tough. It wasn't drowned in mayonnaise or overloaded with lettuce. The lettuce seemed fresh, and the bun was very fresh and soft. My husband reports that his food was also very good and he had no complaints. The staff working the drive thru were friendly and greeted us appropriately. My only complaint was the line was moving a bit slow, but if it was because the food was being cooked to order then I can forgive this. The only other feedback I have is the area of the kitchen that can be seen from the drive thru by the customers is not very pleasing to the eye. Not necessarily dirty, but it just gives a cluttered feel. This may be beyond their control, but just another thing I noticed. Anyway, my last review was a negative review though sadly it was truthful. When we got our food it was obviously very old, cheese was not even melted on the burger. Food was cold, chicken nuggets that we ordered look like they were at least a week old. Although I like Burger King a lot, this place has a bad reputation which appears to be well-earned. I ordered their special of two Whopper, Jr.'s for $5 and a coke. Simple order. They asked me what type of Whopper, Jr. I wanted. I didn't know what to make of this. A Whopper or Whopper, Jr. to me is a hamburger, lettuce, tomato, onions and mayo on a bun. I said "Just plain Whopper, Jr's." meaning their regular offering. What I got was a plain, dry hamburger on a bun. I understand the confusion of this but asking me what type of Whopper I wanted threw me. Anyway, when I opened the bag, instead of two Whopper, Jr.'s, I got only one and it was plain and dry. As to the Coke, the machine must have run out of syrup as it had no taste at all. 1 star is way too many. Stopped in this evening after grocery shopping to get a quick dinner... that's a joke, stood there for over 5 minutes, several people ahead of us walked out, just as we were getting ready to walk out a woman finally came up to take our order. They were out of everything we ordered, finally found something they had. We waited a half hour (30 minutes) for our food, the guy before us waited about 45 minutes!! The fries are horrible, the burger looked like someone sat on it. The milkshakes are a joke. $23.00 for small fries that were horrible and almost cold, a smashed burger and 2 milkshakes that were awful. Needless to say we will never go back there. The burgers are precooked and then heated in some kind of small oven to warm them up!!!! Dog food looks better! The manager should be ashamed. The people working there need to be trained to do their job, and if the manager was one of the people working she needs serious training! And they should be ashamed as well. The place needs to be closed until someone can be hired that actually knows how to operate and work there. Like this....Order #1 - Whooper came with no Cheese, Fries were cold, no ketchup and no napkins....Order #2 - Whooper had Cheese, but no Fries, the Med Diet Coke was a Lrg Reg Coke. Why does the Coke matter?
