A piece of wood i found in my taco from Robertos in Spanish Springs
    Jan P.

I just had an order delivered from Robertos. Two shredded beef tacos. First bite I took almost broke my tooth! Turns out there was a 3" piece of wood in it! I called Robertos and asked to speak to the manager. After holding for 5 minutes, Cesar told me the Mgr wasn't there and asked me if I "needed to say something " I told him what I had found and he asked me HOW LONG it was! I asked him if any length was considered OK. He actually said "yes"!!! I was so shocked I told him I would be coming in to speak to the Mgr myself. He hung up.

Roberto's Taco Shop is a Nevada institution. Dozens of locations, reliable hours. (open 24 hours seven days a week) A menu of Mexican comfort food that hits the mark. Burritos are packed to the edge, carne asada fries are legendary, Affordable and fast it's the kind of spot you keep coming back to. Jamaica, piña, and horchata were absolutely delicious and refreshing. Decent amount of seating. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking but it's shared with other businesses. With all that said the reason I gave two stars is the bathrooms were a mess and so was the dinning room. In closing food and staff are solid. Cleanliness held it back from a higher rating.

    Chicken rolled tacos with guacamole.

This is a new establishment in Spanish Springs and it is still settling in. There seems to be a turnover in personnel but the seem to be stabilizing. I went to get chicken rolled tacos with guacamole. It's a good deal 5 for $10 and change. The tacos were tasty and not greasy. The toppings of shredded cheese, guac and lettuce were all fresh. The employees were pleasant and the establishment was clean. I opted for the mild green salsa because the red had bubbles on top and I thought it might not be fresh.

6 tacos for 10$ on weds only 1.59$ each really tasty !!

wednesday -crunchy chicken tacos for 1.59$ is the best deal in town for a yummy taco dinner. 6 tacos for 10 bucks feeds me and the wife and the tacos are loaded with meat ,cheese and a little lettuce for crunch. Salsas were on point , love it that we have a Roberto's out in spanish springs, i have always enjoyed their breakfast burritos!! Nice clean restaurant and convenient location.

Now open I. Spanish Sprigs. 24 hours. Long wait at drive thru. 4 cars took almost 15 minutes. Taco shells were very crisp but greasy on hands. Chicken was flavorful and a lot of it in tacos. Asked if napkins wee in bag. She said yea..drive away no napkins.

So, first impression was good and bad. The restaurant is very clean and cute which is good and the good is yummy though not fantastic. The wait time was less than ten minutes which is also good. There are problems though. Number one I forgot to ask if I could get a reward card till after I ordered which they could have offered me. I asked if I could get a stamp for ordering today and they said not til next time. I feel like they purposefully didn't offer it because they don't want me to get the benefit. Number two the attitude was ok with the first girl but the girl that handed it to me kind of whipped it at me. Rude. So I got a number 14 which is cheese enchilada and chile relleno 15.25. I asked for chicken enchilada which they did for 70 cents extra and sour cream 1.25 and guacamole 1.25 and a horchata with ice 2.65. The price was ok and the food tastes about a four not a five though because the cheese in the chile relleno was a bit weird thick and stringy. The horchata was ok but no ice and not great. I am really not supposed to eat mexican food so i may never benefit from a reward card. I feel this place could do better though.

the food is still of great quality, good portions, the service is still up to great standards. mostly quiet (everyone's to busy eating). clean and going strong. the menu can be glaring so take your time to read it, there are a lot of amazing choices.

First time in this Roberto's. This dining room is well kept and cleaner than the other stores in town I've visited. I was picking up food for my kids at Panera next door and we wanted breakfast burritos without having to make a mess when I got home. I knew I wasn't going to be in the mood after picking up groceries at my nearby Winco. We ordered a bacon and ham breakfast burrito and agua de piña. Prices were fair, but our burritos were just okay. They were lacking meat and the potatoes were almost cooked. Two bites in, I had to pop them into my air fryer to cook a bit longer; That was disappointing. I should have just made our burritos. I would have saved money and time. Service at the counter was with Stephanie. That's the name on my receipt so I'm hoping that's the young girl that helped. She was friendly and helpful. There was another one a bit older than the girl that took my order who was going between the kitchen and the counter was less charming. I would come back, but maybe not for their breakfast burritos. I usually order their asada fries with my friends, but usually after a night out.

First off, the food was good and the seating area was clean. I got the crunchy tacos which were fried and tasty. We also got a beef burrito. The burrito was good but got soggy and too messy to eat quickly. We went in because we were in a hurry and kept our order simple in hopes we could take the food to eat to-go. Service was pretty bad. I asked the cashier a question since it was our first time and she acted very bothered to give me information. I also watched our food get made and sit in the back counter waiting to be handed to us for a minimum of 5 minutes while one cashier worked and another stood by her chatting. This was pretty frustrating as it took about 15+ mins to receive our "fast food". I'm willing to try again and am hoping to have a better device experience next time. Overall, I don't recommend taking the food to-go and will try eating it there next time in hopes our food will be less messy and won't be left on the counter to get cold.

I went to this restaurant yesterday ordered a chicken burrito. Well, I said chicken burrito but I got bunch on onions and pico. Just look at the pic. You can spot shredded chicken somewhere there. They are trying to save money on chicken.

#5 beef burrito and cheese enchilada

Got the #5 Beef Burrito w/Cheese Enchilada. Meat was not cooked fully. The cheese enchilada was good, but couldn't finish the burrito.

First time at this new location (only second overall). I'm starting off with 3 stars hoping things improve a little bit. 2 crispy beef tacos and beef rolled taco. The tacos were okay but not very warm and a little bit soggy. The rolled tacos were GOOD. The guac is GOOD!! Those alone will keep me going back bc I love a good taquito and guac. Wednesdays are $1.65 chicken tacos so I'll def go for that!!!

They also give you sauces in small containers which is much more sanitary than the ones that sit out with a ladle.
