The food was fresh, the order was made correctly, and the customer service was good as they had limited interaction since we were in and out so quick! Ok, so I have to do this because Aubrey was amazing. I had a horrible day today where nothing went right. Complete with tears and break downs and I think I may be sick now. The worst day. I wanted to cheer myself up with a burrito for lunch and the app sent the order to the wrong location. Probably user error but like I said bad day. I tried to change location but no option. I tried to cancel but it said no. I tried to talk to the taco bell by my work but there was one girl in the drive thru lobby closed and she said she couldn't help. I tried contacting the app but the help page was not loading properly just gave me a white screen. I tried calling pyramid and got hung up on. I was super frustrated and did not get to have my burrito at lunch. After work I drove to pyramid location and said I have a problem. Aubrey announced that she loves problems. I explained the situation and she said, "I got you girl". She made my food again and made up for an app that totally failed today. I thought I would be out my money but she took care of me very quickly with a smile and was very sweet. Also,the food was good which is hit and miss with taco bells as we all know. Ordered on the app a simple order at 10:18 am, the Classic combo. Went inside to pick it up and 3 people who ordered inside after me, on the kiosk mind you, got their orders before mine. After the said 3 orders, I asked one of the 4 people working the kitchen and drive thru if my order was ready. It was the light haired girl with glasses, she said not yet. I asked if I could have whatever was ready since I was on my lunch. She said they were making fresh (nacho) fries but would see if they could. She asked a guy in the kitchen and he said "I don't have any of that order ready". Finally after 18 minutes my 5 layer burrito, hard taco, luke warm nacho fries and stale cinnamon twists were bagged up and handed off to me by the aforementioned light haired girl with glasses. We'll, let's start with the dining area/order counter. The dining room was very clean and well taken care of. No one at the counter so we (3 of us) had to use their self-service system. Asked an employee that came from outside if the had the Enchirito, he said "no, they sold out so fast we don't sell them anymore"... We we're able to get thru their system and was given our cups for drinks. Sat at a table for approximately 10 minutes and our name was called, so we headed up to pick up our order. The gent at the counter said he was only giving us our drink cups. But we already had them... he said "I'm gonna quit"... About 20 minutes later, we got our order... YAY! Uh oh, too soon... ordered extra meat on the Nachos Bell Grande, nope, no meat at all... the Mexican Pizza was opened and surprise! We had lettuce on top. She removed her lettuce and discovered that the pizza wasn't cut - asked them at the counter to cut it and was told that they don't cut them anymore... when it was discovered that the chicken quesadilla with rice, but it had no rice. At that time, they dropped a big drive-thru order on the floor, someone yelled "I'm quitting right now!" We decided to just be Nancy Reagan and "Just Say No"... Ordered 2 Baja blast freezes. First of all, they changed the sizes from small and regular to regular and large, so if you order a regular, it is now the size of a small. Got to say this place has really turned it around. I think some of the shortcomings they had was epidemic with a lot of fast food chains but they've got some great staff there. Everyone seems happy to be working which is kind of a shock for a fetched food location. This Taco Bell always makes me what I want and if they can't they suggest something as close as possible. Not only they prompt and courteous and friendly and all that, I see that they're having a good time when they're working and it looks like whatever they're doing it just clicks. Nowadays everyone seems to order food to go but I like to sit down in the restaurant and it's very clean. Again seems really odd for a fast food chain but this feels more like a mom and pop outfit. 2/19/24. I was so beside myself with this establishment on this date I became calm. Order said ready at 7:04. I finally received my order at 8pm. In the meantime, we have door dash drivers playing paddy cake with the crew in the back causing an even longer wait. Said door dash driver going behind the counter to get a cup for a customer. Five other delivery drivers waiting on their orders for extended times. To top it off, a burrito was made wrong twice, which ended up being thrown at the manager, as she throws it back as obscenities are thrown. Manager is 17. I don't know what the issue is but the last three times that I have come here, including tonight, I've had to wait 25 minutes or longer to get my food. It's not busy, 3 people in the lobby and those people waited longer than I did. The one guy checked on his order and they didn't even have it. They lost it. Guy got his money back and left. How come they can manage to take care of 20 cars in the drive-through faster than it takes them to take care of three people in the lobby? No fast food should take that long. A couple weeks ago my husband ran up to this location to grab us dinner. He ordered me a burrito And it wasn't showing on the screen so he told the girl and she argued and said it was. He questioned it again at the window, was told it was there and he PAID FOR IT, and guess what wasn't in the bag when he got home. About a week later he went for himself and order 4 tacos. Guess what had sour cream all over them when he got home? He HATES sour cream so all 4 went in the trash. Tonight we tried again. He gets to the window and was asked do you want sauce? Yes. Hot. Just left this location and it was terrible service. First off it took 15 minutes for our order which was as very small for 2 people. It took quite a bit of time for anyone to even come to the counter to assist. I ordered a black bean crunch wrap and made it vegan with no cheese or sour cream. I get home and there are zero black beans and meat I paid $5-6 for this item and I can't even eat it as I am A VEGAN. So incredibly disappointed. The lady even asked about if we wanted cheese how did she miss that I ordered the black bean crunch wrap with ZERO mention of meat. I didn't even have to ask for no meat, it comes MEATLESS. They always forget items. They make you pull to the front and forget about you for 30 minutes. You call inside and they give you one excuse but at the window switch their story.
