Girl on the phone was rude asf and lied to me about when they close food is always great tho but just that this girl was hella rude

Saturday Jan 24th at 12:20pm. Ordered my sandwich via their mobile app. Got two slices of bread and meat, no vegetables or condiments. The attitude of the workers there is terrible. It is supposed to come standard with some of that and you have to actually remove it if you do not want it. They blamed me, they blamed the app, the last thing they wanted to do was fix the problem. I even showed them how it was supposed to come by default and they did not believe me. Avoid this place and the terrible attitude and service. Go to Port Of Sups right across the street. much better experience. read more

The food is always great, however, most recently the quantity of meat being used for the sandwich has changed drastically. Very little meat in the sandwich. Photo enclosed. read more

We used to come here a lot, me and my husband, but the past months, we have backed off because they went downhill. Tonight was horrendous, the store was dirty, the employees were rude, and the food tasted old. The guys that worked there had fuzzy hair hanging down, very messy, easy to fall in the food. The guy with the fluffy black hair put on his gloves, and then started rubbing And playing with his necklace, my husband told him that Health code would advise him not to touch things with his gloves before he touched our sandwiches, the employee ripped off his gloves, threw them down, and quickly ran to the back of the store. He also did not want to make the new rolls that you have, he told us they were out of them, and the other employees said no we are not, you just have to pull them out of the fridge and put them in the microwave, and he just rolled his eyes because he didn't wanna do it, so we just said, forget it, he was already touching everything in the world with his gloves anyway getting them dirty. What a shame, this place used to be good. read more

Subway used to be my favorite sub sandwich shop. I'm not sure if Subway has changed or if it just this location, but often when I order from here it misses the mark. This location is closest to my house so I frequently order from here. Last night my husband and I decided to take advantage of their BOGO 50% off footlongs offer. I ordered on the app and decided to try their new offerings (churro and footlong cookie). The order was ready when I arrived. To my disappointment, they were out of churros and footlong cookies. To be fair, it was about 2 hours before closing so maybe to avoid waste they only have so many available per day. Still it is disappointing to see an advertisement for a new item and have it not be available. To their credit, the staff was nice and promptly refunded the money. I have run into this situation several times before with other items not being available. My husband ordered The Beast and was quite happy with his sandwich. I ordered a Cold Cut Combo. I had asked for mayo and mustard, but I should have probably specified "light" because the sandwich was drenched in it. However, it was just on the outer portion of the sandwich (dripping out the cut portion) which left the remainder of the sandwich dry. The bread tasted like it was old, and it was dry, tough, and crumbly. To be fair, I refrigerated the sandwich overnight and ate part of it this morning, but it was in its original wrapper. I have never had their bread be like this after refrigeration and eating the sandwich leftovers. A few hours later I was feeling quite ill. Not sure it was caused by the sandwich itself, but worth noting. My disappointment with the quality of the sandwich was enough to steer me to Port of Subs, Jimmy John's, or Firehouse Subs for my next sub sandwich. read more

When the new management took over last year, they've done a great job making sure their customers are happy. They always keep their meats, vegetables, and condiments topped off. The meat and veggies are always fresh. Hands down the best customer service I've ever had at any Subway. As a frequent customer, I've seen the change in volume this place brings! Always clean and jam packed during the lunch and dinner rush hours. The young family is definitely quick to help out every customer. Very accommodating as well! 10/10 Highly recommended! read more

Went here on 10/23 at noon and had a coupon. I specifically asked the girl making my sandwich if the daily sandwich for $6 could be included in the coupon. She said yes or i wouldn't have ordered it. The guy ringing up my meal including the coupon tried to charge me full price almost 30% more than it should have been. They didn't honor the price quoted and refused to make it right. I left without paying and hungry. To add insult the guy yelled "peace out!" to me on the way out. Even though all i said to him "why would I pay more than i'm supposed to?" He tried to act like he didn't know how to use the cash register. Be careful that they charge you the correct price as they either have no idea what they are doing or they are trying to manipulate the customers. Incredibly rude service on top of mistakes and its a pretty crappy product anyways! read more

Fuck this place. Bunch of incompetent kids who can't clean up. Making sandwiches on dirty tables and putting their hands in the trash to stuff it down and not change gloves. The fuck. I hope this place goes under. read more

Subway - Cheap owner!!! - Fast Food Near Me - Spanish Springs, Nevada

What a difference a day makes. Went in last night and tonight to get a sandwich for my daughter. Today I was almost dreading going to get a sandwich here. I walked in and Breanna was so energetic and very friendly "What kind of sandwich can I create for you and how can I help you"! It was after my interaction with her that I decided to check in and write a review in hopes that Miss Breanna will get KUDOS. What terrific customer service. Yesterday was a totally different feeling. There were two on staff. Nether one greeted anyone. I walked over to where they were and asked if I could get a sandwich. Both had a lack of enthusiasm for the job. Did I get my sandwich? Yes. It was average customer service. I am generally not a fan of this Subway as it makes you feel as if you're an inconvenience. It just goes to show that individual employees make all the difference in your experience of a business. Yesterdays experience was a 3 and a half. Today's would be a 5 because of Breanna. So it takes it to a 4. read more

The same old standard cheap sandwich. I guess if you pay all these useless basketball players a ton of dough, you got to make the sandwich as cheap as possible. I'll take a firehouse or port o over these guys any day of the week. Next time, I'll go hungry until i find a real sandwich shop. read more

I wish I could give them zero stars! Dishonest thieves... my AirPods were "missing" and I immediately put the lost status on them so that anyone who opens the case will receive a message stating that they are lost and my telephone number to return. I tracked them to the restaurant and when I asked for them back the owner (I believe) questioned me about how and where they were lost and eventually gave them back to me... missing the case and stating that "I found them with my dog and didn't know who they belong too" even though the message appears EVERY TIME she used them. What makes this even worse is... she happens to be one of my neighbors! Either subway isn't paying good enough or she is just a straight up thief! I definitely will be making sure everyone knows this is a shady place. read more

Went to the subway on Pyramid Hwy in Sparks this evening, I was going to order a sandwich platter for Saturday but the girl behind the counter said that she couldn't take the order until she called her manager since the manager is the only one that can take the order. I tried to call yesterday but the phone was broken as the girl behind the counter said. Then when she said she could take my order, that they needed a deposit which I was willing to pay for the whole order but she said that only the manager could do that so I agreed to the deposit so I was going to hand her my card and she said that they only take cash for the deposit because only the manage could do that. Very unhappy. I will not go back. read more

No fishing trip to Pyramid would be successful if we could not stop of Subway and get our lunch. Stopped there both on Thursday and Friday. I had to ask the server why they are open for breakfast since there are so many other places like Mc Donalds so close? He told me it takes 3 hours to get all the food ready so they might as well open. So glad they are. We had 2 6 inch subs one with Spicy Italian and one with ham and turkey that were perfect. The ingredients were fresh and the bread soft and tasty. Oh and the fish were biting both days. Does it get any better than this? THANK YOU to Jay for making these sandwiches and wishing us a good fishing trip. See you soon read more

Went in to this location as the one on Vista does NOT honor the Subway promos (feeding 4 people adds up), and was told this location is under new management and DOES accept coupons/promos. They were very attentive and friendly, the store was really clean. They were helpful but not pushy, which is a plus in my book. Don't think i will ever go there again. It was around noon and I was the only customer. The guy behind counter seemed annoyed not sure if directed at me but the unpleasantness came across regardless. i had worried that I might have to wait and be late back from lunch- so I thought great. no wait. a stroke of luck. until she rang me up. OVER $8.00! for a small roast beef sandwich and cup of water?! I expected half that at most. The price of 2 big burgers and I was still hungry. Now I understand. luck had nothing to do with the place being deserted. read more

We placed an online to-go order and customized our sandwiches. When my husband got home with our sandwiches they were nothing like we ordered. First don't have an option to add extra veggies if you're not going to put extra on the sandwich. The sandwiches were flat and barely had anything on them. Just a disappointment and waste of money. We won't be ordering from this location again. read more

I live 3 minutes from this store. Haven't been there for awhile. Yikes my sandwhich was so wet and soggy I couldn't eat it... I quit going for a long time because the owner had his own policy some time back to hide olives and other items unless u asked for them specifically for them. So say everything and you wouldn't get everything. Either way this latest experience no good. Save your money. read more

The quality of the food met the standard for this chain. However, there was only one person ( young man) doing his best. His co-worker did not show up for work. Did not call manager to have vacancy back filled. Took 45 minutes to get one sandwich. There people ahead, all ordering 3 or more sandwiches. Fairly new location and will not be back until they get scheduling figured out. read more

This place is a a JOKE!!!! Went in tonight to get two sandwiches on my way home from a hectic day. Once i walked in there was a young lady asking about the deals. The two woman on the other side of the counter didn't know anything so they said no we are not honoring that. Than the one lady am said only online. Than ten minutes later the poor girl was finally able to order her two sandwich's. She was trying to make her dollar stretch. Now it's my turn to order. I asked about a new slider and said I only wanted meat cheese and mayonnaise. Next thing you know they put the wrong cheese on after they asked my four times. Than I asked them to put the right cheese on and I got totally an attitude. Than said that was it and ordered the next sandwich. Meanwhile the lady went to put it in the toaster oven after I asked multiple times to just bag it up. She did not understand and was being very rude. She stated she had to toast it as that's what there subway instructions says. She was clearly looking at it the whole time making the slider. I explained to her that's not how I wanted it and she continued I be rude. Than the other lady stepped in and was even more rude. I told them why can't I have it how I want it? I'm paying for it. Hey both said I can't have it my way only there way. Than became even more rude as I was wasting there time. Hello I came in to get two sandwiches and it my fault for walking in. Needless to say I told them I want the sandwich's my way and they said no. I than just walked out. Don't waste your time here. I went across he street to Porta Subs and they where very welcoming. No attitudes. They listened to what I wanted and made my sandwiches my way. Not they way a piece of paper said to. read more

Tried paying for my family's meal twice tonight, first time they wouldn't take American Express and that's all I had. So I rush home and grab cash and go back to pay and they don't except $100 bills.
