Seasonal cocktail menu

Went for lunch with a friend and left wondering why we hadn't come here sooner! The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in to meet my friend, who was already seated. They were especially thoughtful in asking if we needed a different table for easier access since I had my son in his car seat. We both started with cocktails -- my friend had the Watermelon Basil Kiss, which was refreshing and flavorful, and I ordered a dirty martini that was perfectly made. For lunch, I enjoyed the teriyaki salmon bowl, which was absolutely delicious (and made me wish I could recreate it at home). It was a great lunch from start to finish, with friendly service, excellent drinks, and delicious food. We'll definitely be returning!

An Unforgettable Meal -- One of the Best Burgers I've Ever Had I've had my fair share of burgers, but your Smash Burger genuinely stands out as one of the best I've ever tasted. The flavor, texture, and perfect sear--it all just hit different. Absolutely phenomenal. To top it off, the Summer Whiskey Sour was incredible. It was full of flavor and so well balanced that I found myself savoring every sip--I honestly didn't want to finish it because the whole experience was so enjoyable. The outdoor view and atmosphere were the perfect backdrop. Great vibes, great service, and food that seriously delivers. Can't wait to come back!

The salmon was very good. The shi appetizer was very flavorful too. Nice atmosphere and good night to watch some football. The service was very friendly and on point. All was reasonably priced.

Service was amazing bit slow. Great starter drinks. Enjoyed lunch. Our servings were more than expected. The noise level was low. Always great to be able to have a conversation. The menu selection was something that everyone would enjoy. May try this place again

Lots of sports memorabilia besides golf.

You ca sit out on the patio and watch the golfers and inside catch the games being broadcast. Small menu but you should find something for everyone. We actually knew the executive chef from his previous job.

Not sure how this place is 3.3 stars overall but take it from a local who comes here often, this a great place to dine breakfast, lunch or dinner! Very friendly staff especially in the bar. Brian is a great bartender on the weekends, we love to belly up to the bar for breakfast and a bloody at least once a month.Throw 20$ in a video poker machine and watch sunday football= It's our "Cheers" who doesn't want to dine at restaurant where you are recognized and friendly with the people who work there. Burgers are great, yummy chicken wings, and several tasty salads that I order regularly. Fireplaces in the bar area as well as the main dining room that gives a nice cozy feel.Great golf course views from inside and covered outdoor seating is awesome when the weather is nice. Great sports memorabilia everywhere, what's not to like folks ??? I guess i'm biased because i'm a heavy local but it's really hard to believe people are coming here and leaving with a bad taste in their mouth literally and figuratively speaking. If David's was mediocre they wouldn't have the following they have, come here on a friday or saturday night a see how packed it is...... we've been here on a tuesday or wednesday night and had to wait for a table. Plenty of people love David's Grill and you should to, if you don't good riddance!!

Stopped by amd had a great experience. The food was solid and filling, classic breakfast done right will well-cooked eggs and generous portion. The service is friendly and welcoming, and the relaxed atmosphere made it a nice place to start the day. Overall a dependable spot for casual, enjoyable breakfast

Great breakfast experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the bacon was crispy. Portions were generous without being overwhelming, and everything tasted homemade. The service was friendly and attentive, making the whole meal even better. A perfect way to start the day--definitely coming

Decided to try out this place since it's close to our house. It was pretty busy golf course for a Wednesday lunch. The bar was packed but not the restaurant. The service was slow, the hostess gave us the breakfast menu instead of lunch and wasn't very chipper. Our server could've checked on us a little bit faster/more but overall good service. I got the ahi salad which was seasoned almost to perfection, the soy sesame dressing was just a little too salty, and I prefer salty dishes. But the mango cut it nicely, wish there was more bell pepper. The wasabi aoli was delicious to dip the tuna in. My mom's fish a chips were cooked perfectly today. Not overdone at all and the tartar sauce was nice. Fries were a hit too! Definitely be going back to try the breakfast and the pizza. Ooh and the carrot cake was also delicious.

I love having a nice consistent restaurant close by! David's has always been okay but recently they have really stepped up the food quality. A friend and I had lunch here last weekend and sat outside on the gorgeous patio! The service was excellent and the view of the course was amazing. We even had a pair of hawks fly over to their tree house. I tried the 10th Hole salad, which is just a southwestern style chicken salad. It was delicious! Huge portions, too. My friend had the Cobb without bleu cheese and it looked great. I've had the regular Cobb salad there and it is amazing! I am a frequent visitor, now. The burgers are wonderful and the have gluten free buns! Grateful for Such a nice place to go that's close to home all the way out here in the Springs!

Had a great breakfast date with the wife! We took advantage of the amazing breakfast Happy Hour which saved us over $10! Shaylee had the best customer service and was very attentive! Overall a great experience!

Just this past weekend I had a chance to visit Los Altos and it did not disappoint. The ambiance felt vaguely familiar, similar to another breakfast spot closer in town, but regardless I was hungry. The wait was about 15 minutes for a party of two. We waited inside what appeared to be a busy Saturday morning with families coming in to get their fix. I'm feeling sweet and savory today. A Tres Leches French toast combo with bacon, scrambled eggs and country style potatoes. Fritzie W. loves her eggs benedict. Almost any flavor, any style, covered in a salsa de verde for her Los Altos bene. Man, the flavors. The French toast was delicious, the tres leches sauce, wasn't too sweet, but just enough to let you know it means business. So good. You can't go wrong with eggs, bacon and potatoes. Fritzie's let me try her Benedict it was really good, prepared right--flavorful, savory. Nothing prepared was overdone, the servings were satisfying and our waitress was kind and accommodating along with the manager that shift having visited our table briefly to see how we were enjoying our meal. Truly a satisfying experience. The price, affordable for two, under $40. You can't beat that. Granted Pyramid Way is a bit of a trek, if you're out this way, check them out. Tell them I sent you. They won't do anything special for you, but just remind them I'll be back lol.

Well, they won't be pulling this review, unless they want to break federal law as my disclaimer at the end will explain. I love the decorations, and all of the different alien stuff, and just random decorum that actually works for this place. People can also sign their name and put stickers on the wall! Anyhow, I've been coming to these for years. The one in Carson City also. I've actually been interested in buying into one of these franchises, because everyone that I've been to have been super successful, but its a cool $¼M just to get started. They have a good diverse menu, and they have mimosas by the pitcher. Of all the times I've been to these, I've only had a subpar meal one time, and that was a few times ago when I ordered the chorizo Benedict. I think they were training a new cook, but the eggs were way overcooked, but they were happy to bring me better eggs. This particular visit, Tony was my server. He is excellent! I'm pretty sure that he's waited on us somewhere down the line, but super on top of things, super happy, just a really good dude, so ask to sit with him if you want top notch service! This visit, I ordered the traditional Benedict. I'm an eggs Benedict FIEND, and every time I come here I always say I'm going to order something different, but I generally don't. I do on occasion, but this bene I ordered yesterday was ON POINT! Large eggs, poached perfectly, perfect hash browns, creamy rich hollandaise sauce, and I even ordered a side of biscuits and gravy, which were perfect. Haley brought our food to us out of the kitchen, she was super nice and told us we could rely on her if we needed anything special! Squeeze in is always pretty much a guaranteed home run. Sometimes the wait times are crazy, which is a good thing, but you can always check in online. I checked in online before I left the house yesterday, had about an 8 minute drive, and was seated within 3 minutes of getting there. But other times, I've checked in 20 minutes before arrival, and still had to wait 10 or 20 minutes. Regardless, to me it's worth the wait. Thanks squeeze in, thanks Tony, thanks Haley, we'll be seeing you again soon! To Yelp: I don't work here. I don't own this place. I'm not a shareholder. I'm not affiliated with this business other than being a faithful paying customer. I wouldn't advise pulling this review. ***DISCLAIMER*** This pure, uncut, honest review is federally protected under Federal Law by way of Bill #EO14149. After parking, there were two doors/exits. We came in from the side and had to walk around to the front. There were a lot of people so we got on the waitlist. There is plenty of space inside to sit and wait. It's a lot larger on the inside than I expected with many tables so the wait was not too long. Once we were seated, we got our drink orders in and the server came to greet us. They had a lot on the menu so it took a bit to look through everything. I got the pancake combo and it was good. They gave me scrambled eggs instead of over medium eggs, and the server was quick to get the kitchen to make the correct eggs. I would love to try other items on the menu because it all looks really good. The atmosphere was decorated for Christmas, and there was a mural on the wall. It felt very cozy like you're being welcomed into someone's home for a meal. It does get very loud since they have so many tables and it is all one large open space. To pay, we go up to the counter. Overall, I am glad we found this place! The service and food were good. Definitely will come back and try other items on the menu.

Sauce had slight lemony flavor. Crab cake was pretty thick. Giving it 3 of 5 stars. Joe's Scrambles did not skimp on ingredients. Scrambled eggs with ground beef, mushroom, bell peppers, onions and cheese. 4/5 stars. Came with your choice of potatoes, choice of toast and a wedge of cantaloupe. The French Toast came with eggs, bacon, and country sausage for additional $3. French Toast was standard but the country sausage was special. Two sausage patties that look like small hamburger patties; soo good. Best sausage I've had; combo of slight sweetness, saltiness and peppery. French toast was 3/5 but the Sausage patties were great; 5/5. Looked like they made them in house. Country potatoes side was good too. Good portion and we'll seasoned. We showed up around 10:00am and got a table right away. By the time it's 11:00am, there's a line. Staff were very nice and quick.

Another Peg's location-another winner…read more We've been regulars at Peg's since the early days when they only had one, downtown spot. I first heard about it when Esquire magazine proclaimed it to be the best breakfast in America. To quote the writer: "served in a skillet the diameter of a small umbrella". Obviously, there is a soft spot in my heart and nostalgia about that location, but due to it's smaller size and popularity, we decided to drive over to Sparks and check out this other Peg's (they have 5 locations now in total in the Reno metro area). Placed in the strip mall with ample parking, Sparks location is much bigger than the OG Sierra St., but not less busy. We probably got lucky , since they had two open tables, and were seated right away. A minute later, there was already a wait list. When it comes to Peg's I always order the same thing-Huevos Rancheros skillet with the side of bacon. If I was not super-hungry, this meal might have been enough for 2 and comes with all the fixings: hash browns, coleslaw, beans, pico, and a slice of fruit. Esquire article still holds true after all these years: Peg's might still be the best breakfast in the country. Add that coffee is always piping hot and refilled quickly, service quick and efficient, and it's hard to chose another place for breakfast in Northern Nevada. The only thing that could make it better is is to have a bloody mart to pair with the skillet, but there are plenty places nearby for that. Needles to say...until next time.

So... customer service here is at an all-time high and I love it! I never received my breakfast order at the other place. I waited 39 more minutes and had to leave, I am hypoglycemic, and I really needed some food. I came to Jack's just so I can get some food in my stomach. It is not extremely loud here. The conversations can be heard, but they are very low key. This place is closer to my house too. I do love the food at the other place, and their menu. However, the service of that location is the worst I have ever seen here in Reno at any restaurant. Especially since I was made to feel like it was my fault that they had not asked me what I wanted for breakfast, after giving me coffee... I will definitely be back here at Jack's as often as possible! It's five minutes from my home and I don't have to drive as far as I did today to try to get something to eat and expect decent service! This is my second time here at Jack's, and I am blown away. I will not be traveling very far going forward.! I will stick to the other three locations of the franchised restaurant that I usually go to for a meal, but never again the one mentioned in the above comments! Jack's feels like a family, hometown, relaxing, and a customer service friendly place to come for a meal! I apologize for comparing the two, but I think it has to be said because I am blown away by how well I was taken care of here at Jacks, after an hour and a half, well... almost 2 hours after waiting at the other place! Jacks was s a Great place for Family and friends, and they made me feel welcomed unlike the other place I already mentioned! Please try Jacks for friendly service, attentive staff and a great place for great food and hospitality!! Has been 46 minutes, my food has been delivered. I have been offered dessert and containers to take my leftovers home, it's great to feel like a customer who is appreciated, valued, and cared for! To squeeze in, I won't be going back to your location, but the other three here in Reno area are amazing and really disappointing me but Jack's made it all better for me today as I made it through over 2 hours of needing something to eat, they took care of me here at Jack's and now my blood sugar levels are where whether they're supposed to be! Go dine out, where someone cares ! thank you so much Jacks!!

I had the Denver omelet and was unfortunately disappointed. The bell pepper (which included green…read moreonly) was raw-- like not just underdone, raw, raw. The cheese wasn't fully melted (and there was a ton of it in addition to the generous amount on top). The omelet was very oily inside, and quality control wasn't there as I found 1.) a random cilantro leaf inside and 2.) a spot of some brown goop that I'm hoping was just pan fond from possibly using a pan that was previously used to cook something else (like fajitas possibly?).... My toast was also not up to par. The wheat bread was dry and a bit brittle and the toast wasn't warm. The butter (or butter substitute?) had not melted in and was just sitting on top like a paste. Our food came out at different times too so I'd recommend if you are there with a group not doing the typical wait-for-everyone's-food-to-arrive-before-eating type of thing. The service felt mixed. Several different people came by often enough (to check for coffee refills, etc.) but some were not warm and did not greet us with a smile. That didn't feel very welcoming. The ambiance isn't impressive. The outside signage doesn't look very good just thrown on top of some older beat up golden arches, but at least the inside looked like it was flipped. I did like that the tables felt spaced out enough that I didn't feel like a server could risk bumping into me with a tray like I have felt at some busier restaurants where the tables are more tight. And random, but I did notice some Hawaiian music was playing as we entered through the set of double doors (perhaps a nod to the previous restaurant?). Overall I might give Jacks a chance again as it seemed to be a standard breakfast place (and I liked that there was no wait for our party of 6 on a Friday morning during spring break) but I will not be ordering a omelet again.
