    Disgusting floor
    Soneya S.

I've had better meditterean food. The Steak Shawarma wrap was sub par. The meat was not flavorful at all. The place itself was very dirty and dusty. None of the tables were cleaned properly, the floor was disgusting and there are three workers... Maybe the other items are better but don't dine in. So gross! You would think with covid they would try to be better... nope!

Combo Kabob platter, chicken kabob Platter
    Sid S.

Portion size is large and freshly cooked. I got the combo kabob platter with rice and it was delicious, so was their chicken kabob. I'll be back to try their wraps with fries, as it looked tempting!

    Lentil Soup

Delicious as always. Nice music, friendly service. Drive out of my way just for their lentil soup.

2 Chicken Kabob Platter (one rice one salad). Comes with 4 toppings
    Sara R.

*3.5 stars* although I will say that the chicken kebob meat itself is probably a solid 4 stars. We also waited about 25 mins for the kebob to be cooked, but some might like that it was definitely super fresh. Overall, the toppings were underwhelming - hummus, tomatoes, onions, parsley, gardiniera, lettuce and some other unmemorable ones. I really like the staff there and they had a great selection of middle eastern sodas, including a Vimto that my husband chugged down like a 6 year old :) My less picky husband said he would give this place a solid 4. But he only ordered the kebob over rice (instead of salad like mine) with a sad bit of onion topping, because he is a minimalist.

    Keto Shawerma Bowl
    Dalia H.

Got a bowl of mixed shawerma with no rice since I'm on keto right now. His meats are so fresh and tasty. Staff are very nice and portions are very generous. Definitely will come back!

Chicken Shawarma wrap was not good at all. Their chicken is coated by a mix made by chef according to cashier as I did ask. My wrap was full of that coating with very little chicken. I did not enjoy at all it was hard to eat without being grossed out. Texture felt very grainy. I've had better elsewhere.

    Hummus with Chicken Shawarma

The Hummus Chicken Shawarma was some of the best I have had! The hummus had so much flavor and was lemony! The chicken was not fatty (in a good way) it was lean but also flavorful a good amount of meat in it. I could not believe how delicious the hummus was! Wow

Excellent every time. Give it a try. Honestly, my go to. I grew up with this food and it's just like my Yiayia made.

It's tiny inside and feels well worn (in a good way), but there are a few tables outside. We went at an off time (or so we thought), but eventually all four tables and all bar seating were taken up. The gentleman serving us seemed to be the only one there, but he was friendly. We ordered a taktouka sampler, mixed grill platter, and lamb shank tagine. If you go to a Moroccan restaurant, you've got to get tagine. It took a little while for the food to come out, but overall it was excellent. The taktouka sampler was full of veggies. It was tasty, but I wish the carrots were cooked more to soften them. The mixed grill platter had chicken and beef kabobs, as well as something like a kefta (ground meat) kabob. The meats and rice were good, although the beef and chicken could have been more tender and juicy. The white sauce was a nice accompaniment. The lamb shank was excellent; nice tender meat, tasty rice, and delicious supplemental flavors from the figs and apricots. Overall, a very nice lunch.

Im a big fan of tuna tar tare. The tuna was plentiful. The flavor had a hint of spicyness in the cream sauce. Cucumbers gave it a nice texture change. The hostess looked right at me and decided not to speak with me. I almost left but didn't feel like trying to find a new spot to eat. Then we get seated at a small WOBBLY UNSTABLE table that we have to put a napkin under ourselves to stop from wobbling. We then get served the food meant for the table next to us! It sat on our table for at least 3-4 minutes while we attempted to wave a waiter down to let them know. Then they had the AUDACITY to give the plates that were in front of us for minutes to the couple next to us whom the dishes we meant for!? INSANE!! Not a sorry or any kind of compensation. That's a health code violation and they are lucky that couple next to us didn't put up a fight. Their meal should have been free or Just remake the dish for the poor folks?? You made a mistake, admit to it and make it right!! Besides the wild health code violation, the vibes are pretentious and elitist. Not worth your money. Plenty of better options in the area. Super disappointed! Getting too big for your britches Fox Tail. We loved this place years ago but they have lost their touch.

I ordered the mixed shawarma wrap (chicken and steak) combo, sfeeha fatayer, and mamounia bel eshta (Syrian dessert). Service is always friendly, they'll explain the items if you don't know. My last review for this place was 24 days ago and there was barely anyone here. I'm glad to see that there are people coming in here, since there are not many Syrian restaurants around. -mixed shawarma combo 5 - this is one of the best shawarmas I've ever had. The chicken and steak are equally tender and juicy. I really like the special seasoning. You can also add additional sauces. Don't sleep on those French fries. They make them crispy, none of that soggy nonsense. -sfeeha fatayer 5 - this kind of looks like a quesadilla, the sfeeha is minced beef with seasoning. This is a very tasty meat and I highly recommend this. -mamounia bel eshta 5 - a Syrian dessert. The mamounia is a warm semolina pudding with pistachios and cinnamon. The eshta is a thick, clotted cream with pistachios that you eat along with the mamounia. I ate it separately. There is salty cheese and bread that you eat with them. There's no wrong way to eat it. You can use the bread to put some of the eshta or salted cheese in it. Alternate between sweet and salty.

Both sandwiches had a good amount of meat and flavorful fillings. Both were tasty and satisfying. The only thing I would ding them on is that tortilla bread was used instead of shruk bread or thin pita. While I didn't eat there, there was a reasonable amount of seating inside and service was friendly. There was another section of the restaurant whose menu showed pizza and manakeesh, but it was unmanned at the time. Wouldn't mind trying that some time.
