    Hummus, kabab, Jerusalem salad, falafel

My new favorite for Middle Eastern food. First, they make their pita bread daily, and it shows, infinitely better than any store bought or any restaurant I've tried in the area. Fluffy and hot and a little bit of fresh gooey stretch. Great for dipping in their delicious Hummus or Babagaboush ( which has a nice Smokey note)The falafel is also the best around ( take that Pitaville!) made to order, it's not the least bit oily and nice and crunch on the outside. I also love the kabobs here very juicy and well seasoned. Prices are very reasonable and portions generous and the service is friendly.

My first time here. I ordered the chicken wrap, lentil soup, beef kubba, and Baba Ghanouj. Everything was so tasty and highly recommended for this new restaurant. I will come back trying other meals for sure! The boss was very friendly.

This is located close to the Cinemark movie theater, it's actually in between Legends and Ike & Oak. This place is small and has plenty of seating. It wasn't busy when we went on a Sunday for lunch. We ordered kufta kabob plate -lunch special, kufta kabob sandwich, stuffed falafel, and Dubai chocolate. The lentil soup that came with the lunch special had the perfect amount of salt and warms your belly on a cold day. The kufta kabob meat had a savory flavor, nothing was overpowering. The meat was moist and tender. French fries are crispy and go great with any of the sauces provided. Stuffed falafel was good, the first time having that. I recommend getting the Dubai chocolate for dessert. It's sweet but not super sweet. It has pistachio in it. Prices were fair for the amount of food they give you.

Second visit, within the same week mind you, and just as the first visit there was no disappointment. The food is fresh, carefully and with pride and dignity prepared and presented. The service, I ordered on line, flawless and spot on. Everything was as proper temperature and very delicious. I am vegan, others in my household are not, and all the dishes delicious, tasteful, satisfying, and to our tastebuds and noses, authentic. The falafels and hummus called me back. I added lentil soup and Arabic salad, all delicious. The fries, crispy. The pitas, are oh my goodness, you'd have to experience for yourself.

We made a reservation, too. Kindred is a unique place in that it's in a strip mall and you enter part of the mall to get to the front entrance of Kindred. We walked in and there was nobody at the front desk but a sign that said Seat Yourself. We walk into the bar (b/c that was all we saw) and the bartender gives us the option of a table in the corner or a table right next to the bathroom. We noticed tables right by the window that were open, but those apparently weren't available. We took the corner. We sat and a waitress brought us menus. I asked about the Restaurant Week. She said she knew it was going on, but didn't know what the options were. She was very nice about it, but I had to prod her to find a menu for it. She came back a few minutes later for our drink order and I asked again for the Restaurant Week menu and she again alluded to not knowing what it was. I dropped it but if your restaurant is offering it - your staff should know what is on it and should promote it. Drinks...I ordered a martini - my husband said "diet coke or coke zero." She said - we don't have that. He then said "diet pepsi". She said - they have RC Cola Zero. My husband and I look at each other and we're like "ugh.". Only having RC as your pop of choice is an indicator to us of cheapness/not great food. Skip ahead - another couple comes into the bar at that point and the bartender offers the couple the table by the bathroom. The couple pointed to the tables by the window and I think the bartender said they were reserved. The couple said they had a reservation tonight. I couldn't catch the rest, but they ending up sitting at the table by the restroom. Very confusing. Then - it all made sense - a family of 5 came into the bar...(b/c still no person at the front desk and the seat yourself sign) - said they had a reservation and all of a sudden, someone appears and seats them in a completely different room. Apparently - there is a dining room that we all should have been sitting in. But - having no person at the front desk, a sign that says seat yourself, having an entrance in a strip mall side, and the bartender not explaining anything - was a problem. Skip ahead. Food - we got fried pickles (which were extremely salty) , STK Wrap (just okay), and Garlic Chicken bowl (little garlic). Nothing outstanding and nothing that would warrant us coming back.

Known for their classic New York-style sandwiches, house-cooked corned beef and pastrami, and traditional deli staples like matzo ball soup, latkes, knishes, and fresh bagels, this place truly delivers the full deli experience. Their bagels are traditional NYC style -- boiled, topped, proofed, and baked fresh daily. My husband and I tried the Asiago cheese, spicy pepperoni, and onion bagels, and they were all delicious. Inside the deli you'll also find a huge selection of freshly baked goods including: * Rugelach * Cherry & Strawberry Carnegie-style creamy cheesecakes * Colossal chocolate eclairs * 5-layer carrot cake & chocolate blackout cake * Classic black & white cookies They make 16 different bagels daily along with pastries, and more. You can also grab house-made soups, their popular egg salad, bagel chips, and other deli favorites to-go. The best Matza-ball soup I have ever had! I ordered the #37 Stuffed Grilled Cheese from their creative sandwich menu -- made with sharp cheddar, Schmacon, mayo, two crispy latkes, all stuffed inside challah bread. Wow. From the moment you walk in, owners Mark and Tonia make you feel like you're visiting friends. You can tell many guests are regulars, and anyone new is welcomed with the same warm smile. Got the CB ranch potato and my husband got the Pollo Mexicano potato. Definitely could have shared one potato, since we got sandwiches too. I didn't realize the bread was telera bread, which is a bit thicker. Still very good and could only eat half of the sandwich and half of the potato. My husband ate his potato and didn't touch his sandwich. Had gone to the front counter and asked for containers. Also they have free soft serve ice cream you can have on a cone.
