Loved the set up of the tables and they had a good variety of condiments for the meal. Our waiter was cool and attentive to our needs, whenever we needed anything, he got it without issue and made good recommendations on which dishes to try. Food: So I've heard good things about this restaurant in regards of the food quality, but I think I may have called them on a bad night because the quality didn't seem the Best. My party ended up ordering the spicy chicken, cube streak, and the beef brisket. My favorite meat of the night was the brisket, followed by the cube steak. I didn't care for the chicken at all, but once we told our waiter he was kind enough to bring us another meat. Final recommendation: This location is great for large parties or friendly events, but I probably wouldn't recommend it for a date night(can get a bit loud). 1st time here....they sat us behind a visible shield which was by a 2 entrance double door where the 1st entering was left open!!!!! WT....you know what? It was 31 degrees last night.. That made me uncomfortable because I was cold and we had a party of 6. So we did all-you-can-eat for 39.99 and ordered spicy pork belly, beef bulgogi, teriyaki chicken, and shrimp (Note: Shrimp has the heads on so you will get your hands dirty. Although the server did assist with cooking, it was not a good job of ensuring the table was clean, plates used or Napkins and we began running out of places to put stuff. I love AYCE Korean BBQ. I've been to this place in the past and I've had a better experience than my recent visit. We went on V-Day and when we walked it was pretty slow, a few tables were occupied but not many. We were immediately greeted and seated when we walked in. We got Option B and our waiter started off okay and during our time there we felt very rushed. The food was good, I would highly suggest the cubed steak, and beef bulgogi. The beef bulgogi is very good with their mustard sauce they put as one of the 4 sauces. I love kbbq and have dined at several across the metro Atlanta area. I was excited to try this place since I've never been here before. My friends and I visited on a Friday night. We got there right before the dinner rush and was seated right away. The restaurant was clean and the server brought a variety of banchan right away. They use gas grills and the food cooked quickly. The banchan was ok. I've had better banchans at other kbbq's near by. We ordered Dinner B and I only had enough room to eat the beef bugolgi and the pork belly. I was very disappointed in the seasoning for the beef bugolgi. The pork belly was good. The corn cheese was also ok. Honestly would not come back because there's better options out there. read more

My foreign friends love it, but it tastes way too Americanized flavor wise for me as a Korean. Like Iron Age level or worse. The sauces, the sides, and basically all the food was weirdly so sweet with no depth. Some things would have tasted better with no sugar I think.. THE BEST KBBQ IN THE ATL AREA! Went for an early dinner with my bf during COVID (8/2/20) and learned that they have changed some of the menu/the way they operate. They now use charcoal grills for the preset meals and the AYCE uses gas grills. We opted to try their preset meal for two ($59.99) that came with 3 kinds of beef and 3 kinds of pork. We wanted quality over quantity (and the kimchi fried rice!!!) so the preset made most sense. The "option C" AYCE with the galbi has increased back to $34.99/per person as well. (I thought it was $29.99 due to the most recent menus posted on yelp). Service: fantastic!!!! We were immediately greeted at the door and were explained that they have new dine in options. They now seat you depending on if you're doing AYCE or Preset meals so you need to decide that early on. We did preset as explained above. Our server literally cooked the WHOLE meal from beginning to end and it was DELISH! She did a great job cooking all the meats to perfection. It was also nice to have her there explain what some of the items were. Food: SO SO SO GOOD! There wasn't ONE thing out of the 6 proteins we got that we didn't like. The brisket was JUICY! Omigah. I didn't know brisket could be THAT flavorful, especially over charcoal! (This is my first time trying charcoal kbbq and now I get the the hype!). The pork howl/neck were so tender and meaty that I legit thought it was steak at first. The galbi was also absolutely delicious and tender (only came with one strip of galbi though)..the banchans were all so fresh and tasty. Japchae was so flavorful with plenty of fresh veggies mixed in. The potato salad wasn't overly sweet. Both scallion salad and regular salad were also fresh and tasty. Came here on a Friday afternoon and got great service. Two workers rotated helping us and checking in. We did the All you can eat bbq. They have two options, one that's a higher price for more meat options. We opted for the basic one and enjoyed it all. There are side dishes arhat are included in the all you can eat price like soup, cheese corn, and steamed eggs. We paid $30 per person and overall, had a good experience. There are about 5-6 sides like kimchi and salads that come out but not as big of a variety as I've seen in other places. The marinated steak and pork were probably my fav! read more

They also brought out Japchae which was very tasty here. I also requested the Kimchi fried rice, corn cheese, and steam egg. I opted to get the Dinner option B AYCE. See attached menu for which each includes. Mine was the $26.99 which I thought was very reasonable. I ordered the beef brisket, cube steak, short ribs, squid, and pork belly. I was very delighted at the super thin sliced short ribs and it was super tasty. The beef brisket seemed fresh and also very delicious. The squid came out super pretty and it was already cooked as well. The cheese corn was the cheesy that I have ever had since it's cooked fresh in front of you. Awwwwww yeahhhh this is my favorite AYCE kbbq in the Atlanta area. In terms of the meat and side dish quality I do not think anyone in Atlanta does it better. If so please let me know ^.^ They offer 3 different price tiers for the AYCE ranging from 27.99 to 39.99. The highest tier gives you access to galbi, rib eye, shrimp, boneless short rib, and season cubes steak. I really enjoy the brisket, pork belly, rib eye and galbi here. You can order up to 3 meats at a time so you can keep the grill hot and queue the next! The side dishes here are amazing! I love the kimchi, kimchi fried rice (normally doesn't hit for me but here it does), French fries (lol they are similar to McDonald's!), rice cakes, egg omelet, you get it so many side dishes here are amazing. I will call out that the corn cheese is not included I think it's $3.99 it's a large serving and a ton of cheese.... After not eating meat for over 3 years, do I think AYCE Korean BBQ at K-BBQ Factory was the right place to start eating meat again? Absolutely. Simply put, this restaurant reminded me of all that I had missed these past 3 years. I thought the food was great, but the experience was even better. We walked in and the atmosphere was lively, with k-pop music in the background adding to the excitement. The menu offers different AYCE packages with different types of meat per package. You have the option to receive more premium meats if you pay more, though I feel the B package has enough diversity to make it worth your while. There is beef, pork, chicken and a single seafood option in this package, which is enough diversity to keep your taste buds on edge. I enjoyed all the meats that were being offered. My personal favorites were the beef brisket, the seasoned cube steak and the spicy roast squid. Each of these items were always flavorful and tasted fresh. The bonchon that was on offer complemented the meats extremely well. We received a variety of salads, pickled radish, kimchi and more. After eating so much meat, the spiciness of the kimchi and the tartness of the pickled radish really balanced out the entire meal. Although the food was delicious, what really made the experience so great was the service. The two servers at our section were essentially the superheroes of the evening. Every time we were ready for a new round of meat, they showed up at our table at the exact moment we were ready. They were constantly changing out the grill as it was collecting residue from cooking. They just seemed to always know when it was time to flip the meat on the grill and would show up at the perfect moment to do so. In my opinion, this was some of the best service I had ever had. I was impressed with my recent visit to K-BBQ Factory. We came here often since they opened and felt some days were good but others were just ok (service and food quality) so we didn't come as often. Came over the weekend and everything from service to meat quality to additional ayce side options made the dining experience great! They added unlimited dduhkbokki, fried corn/rice concoction, and fries without taking away the jigsaw/soup and egg soufflé. What a treat! Our server took care of our party to 9 and he did awesome! He was on it. Refilled us on banchan, sides, sauces, and meats upon request without skipping a beat. There's 3 AYCE options. We ordered the most pricy one but our group was pleased as it came with AYCE shrimp (and they were huge) and Kalbi. The beef brisket was good quality! It wasn't super fatty or thin like other places. This place is starting to become a KBBQ staple for me in the area. The menu as of May 2022 has Beef Brisket in $29.99 AYCE and they have cheaper weekday deals. Purely food based review: (Plan B) Beef Brisket - Solid serving sizes, great that it's not limited to just the more expensive menu. Boneless short rib - Highly recommend, best offering on the menu. Galbi is an awesome cut of meat. Cube Steak - pretty good if you want more traditional steak cooked to your choice. Bulgogi and Pork Belly offerings are comparable to other places. A lot of banchan as well. Service can sometimes be slow but there is a button and they try to load the table with more meats at a time. Not only that, if you go with a party of 4-5, these grills are so tiny that after 10 minutes of waiting for the meat to be cooked you end up with a portion equivalent to 3-4 tablespoons! They are careless when bringing meats, they spill blood and/or meat juices on top of any side dish they might have place in the table. I have to constantly be moving things around and out of the way simply because they have no common sense. Two things that already seemed off even before the food arrived: why am I looking at dried out rice cake on the table and why is the radish discolored? Even when the poor waiter (who did his very best despite the understaffed situation during the Labor Day & Dragon Con weekend) brought out new rice cake, it was slightly better in moisture. But, it was apparently still old and stuck together like nobody's business. So our group of 12 (at least for this table) were super cramped and pretty much cooked our food the majority of the time. We def had to wait to order more side dishes and meats as well. One of the meats, the pork belly (?), seemed different in appearance. The cut and thickness wasn't the usual look, and I wasn't the only one that noticed. The soju that our friend ordered seemed watered down as well. It was brought out in a metal tea pot so anything could have happened to it. They said that the brand we ordered was weaker, but who really knows. We tried another brand though, and it was slightly stronger. Just slightly. Parking isn't the issue here... K-BBQ is in front of the Jusgo supermarket complex so pick any space you find. When coming to Atlanta, i heard their kbbq slaps. My friend took me here because it's an all you can eat for an affordable price, and the workers cook the food for you. I was hesitant because i felt bad the workers had to cook the food for us, but everyone was super accommodating and they didn't make me feel like i was being a bother at all. Our party of 5 got seated right away and i'm the food and quality was amazing. One thing that surprised me was that the all you can eat option included kimchi fried rice. All 3 workers tried to play it off like when we told them it didn't work. We have been to this place before and been to plenty of Korean bbq before and never one has an issue like this! Other person said is supposed to be that way and we just need to switch meats from side to side....Clearly half of the grill wasn't lit cause you can see NO FLAMES and took forever to cook the meats...even thin brisket! We should have asked to move to a different table but just let it go to not be complicated. Every time waiters/waitresses came by they would adjust the knob for the flame turning it up n down every single time they walked by and sometimes there was little to no flame at all. Yeah I get it, it's so meat doesn't burn but each person who came by right after each others would touch the knob n lower or turn it up constantly. Water does not come with ice. Near the end we asked for ice for our water and the waiter said that the "ice machine is broken"...so we said okay. But then we see ppl around us with cups of ice and ice in their cups for soda and etc so we asked a different worker for ice and this worker tells the person we originally asked for ice to go get us ice.... and doesn't say anything...he walks away and comes back with ice. When you enter, you have to have your temperature taken. It seemed like people were seated six feet apart. All employees wore masks. This is something I look for wherever I go now due to COVID I had raw beef bibimbap and my husband had donkatsu curry. I enjoyed it but honestly the bowl they have the food in is shallow, making it difficult to mix the veggies with rice. Husband enjoyed his food and said he would get it again. K-BBQ Factory is from the same creators of 678 and 770 Korean barbecue restaurants located in Duluth and Suwanee. Factory sits in the same parking lot as the Jusgo Chinese supermarket. If you've been to either 678 or 770, you should know the type of service and quality to expect here. They offer very similar choices in terms of meats and sides. They use a slightly different grill here but it's doesn't take away from the quality you get. The venue is large and can sit a decent amount of guest. Each table can take at least 6 people or more. In terms of options you can either go for all you can eat or order individual meats platters. All the option will be at $20+. This should be expect as KBBQ isn't that cheap in the first place. You definitely get your money's worth here. Service is great, your cook will come by and help grill your meat and at the same time refill any drinks or side dishes. Overall, if you been to any KBBQ place, you pretty much should know what you're getting yourself into.This place isn't any different, but that doesn't make it bad either. I really liked this place! They had a modest amount of meats, but unfortunately not that many sides, but that's okay! The briskets were really good and the other meats were as well. Service was pretty good, and they refilled our waters consistently. The atmosphere was warm and cozy with diners laughing and chatting while the rain outside continued to pour. COVID-19 update: There is information on the front door with all the precautions that staff is doing during COVID-19 to keep safe. Staff are wearing mask, and there is a(n) (optional?) temperature check when you walk in. We weren't asked to do a check, but we did see other customers getting one. Not 100% sure if who requested it, the staff or the customer. Every other table was left empty to ensure social distancing. The staff will not cook your food anymore, you have to flip and cut your meat by yourself. They didn't really tell us this. Banchan update: They changed up the banchans. Two main changes: pickled radish in liquid and no more rice paper. Why do most KBBQ restaurants start with having rice paper and then over the years remove them from the inventory? read more

K-BBQ Factory is definitely higher meat quality than other Korean BBQ locations in the area but also on the higher end for price as well. I would say that if quality of meat is important to you, it is definitely worth it. They give you huge portions at a time (enough to fill the grill and more on the side to refill), quick & attentive service, and plenty of sides. The problem with the portions they bring out at one time, however, is that if you don't have a large group or a group that eats a lot, you get full after two or three rounds of meat and don't really get to try many things. I only got to order 3 different meats and hardly tried anything on the menu which was disappointing. Another thing that disappointed me was that although we made a reservation, our group got split into two different tables for 8 people. We were side by side so we weren't far from each other, but it made it inconvenient for sharing drinks and socializing. We found ourselves swapping seats a lot between both tables throughout the course of our meal so that we could talk to each other. I wish that they had mentioned it or asked if that was okay when we made the reservation. The other critique I had was pricing. Although aware that the prices are higher here than other KBBQ, upon paying, we realized that gratuity is added. They didn't give us a receipt so I'm not sure how much gratuity was charged, but my meal was higher than I expected. They definitely charged me over 20% or rang something up wrong, which I don't know because I wasn't given a receipt. Not enough to push the issue or question the server, but definitely something that I noticed and will keep in mind if I ever come back. Still, I would give K-BBQ Factory 3 stars because ultimately it's all about the food, and although I didn't get to try many things, the meat and the sides I DID have was amazing. My group and I got the most expensive AYCE set, which cost $39.99. A little more expensive than what I'm use to for ayce kbbq, but I guess it's the norm now. My favorite items on the menu, the Brisket (it was fresh, not precut, freezer burned crap), the jumbo shrimp (it was certainly JUMBO), the pork belly, and the seasoned pork neck, and the kimchi fried rice. We ate the kimchi fried rice with some beef brisket and it was sooooo good. I already want to go back. The service we got was also superb. Our guy was so nice, attentive, and got some jokes too! Came here during COVID-19 pandemic (and technically it's still going on). But anyways, they've revamped their ban chan and there's no more rice paper. I don't know if that's permanent or if that's just for now. They also give you some watered down veggies? Service is no longer because either they're short staffed or because of COVID-19. I don't think if you go anywhere that offers dine in that you'll get any service in this COVID-19 world until a vaccine is available. The meats are still there, the unlimited options are still intact and well it's not bad. There are things that I think as a society will just have to get used to during this time and well, I don't even know if it'll last even long after the pandemic is over. Otherwise, overall still a fan. Still will come here to get my KBBQ fix, but I hope that rice paper will make an appearance back! I still recommend to come here if you're looking for a KBBQ experience. read more
