Update 11/24/25: The lash techs themselves are really nice. The people managing the appointments are not. Multiple times, they rescheduled and even unexpectedly cancelled multiples of my appointments and it takes having to call them each time and very firmly telling them to not change my appointments (at least without reaching out to me first) for me to even keep my appointments. Then today, I receive a very aggressive, borderline threatening and unprofessional message from them all because I had to reschedule a couple times due to work and scheduling conflicts. I understand that rescheduling is not ideal for both myself and for the salon, but sending threatening messages is not the way to go about this. If I'm not able to keep my upcoming appointment, I'm changing this rating to a one star and will update my review accordingly.

The staff were very nice and the experience itself was comfortable, but I really regret getting a lash lift and tint here. This was my first time, and two weeks later my lashes are still lifted so tightly against my lid that I can't wear eye shadow. If I try mascara, it smears all over my upper lid. I normally love my natural lashes and just wanted to try something extra for a birthday beach trip since the idea of skipping mascara sounded great. Instead, my lashes are now brittle, kinked, and stuck straight up against my lid. I literally cannot get a makeup brush between my lashes and lid. It seems this salon is great for lash extensions, but based on my experience I would not recommend getting a lift here.

My little sister recommended me to get my lashes done for some self-care and to look more put together, her words LOL. Off I went to make my appointment through their website which was super easy! I booked with Trace and she is truly an expert in her work. She has such a gentle touch when applying the lash extensions and the two hours flew by. The lash studio is also clean and comfy with their recliner chairs! Thank you so much Trace for giving me fabulous lashes!!

Service was friendly, interior is very nice with comfy seating and calming music. As it was my first time getting extensions done I asked for advice on what style to get - my tech showed me pictures and had me choose based on those but didn't really offer much specific recommendations based on my eye shape. I chose the style and she got me seated and started right away. Throughout the appointment my tech would check on me to make sure I wasn't cold, which was sweet of her. However when she was working on my right eye I felt strong burning sensation, I just passed it off as maybe this is normal since it's my first time. When she was working on my left eye it felt completely fine, and I didn't feel any burning. Throughout the appointment my tech would often respond to calls and texts on her phone then go back to working on my eyes without washing hands. At the end of the appointment my tech made sure I was happy with the lashes, and she fixed one area that was sticking out from the rest. The lashes have stayed put pretty well and look great. I walked out of the appointment with stinging in my right eye but thinking it would go down soon, chalking it up to normal side effect of extensions. However now it's been over 2 full days and I still have irritation on my right eye with puffiness of lower lid edge. I thought maybe it could be an allergic reaction but considering my left eye has been completely fine and it's just my right eye with symptoms, and I felt the burning ever since the appointment, I feel that this could have been avoided with more thorough and careful application like was done with my left eye. The name of my technician has been intentionally omitted here, but the business should easily be able identify with my name on appointment to perhaps take steps to prevent this for others. Maybe I'll come back (with a different technician) - their prices are so reasonable for this area - but I'm just hoping that my eye goes back to normal soon.

I have gone to Lily about 4-5 times, she is great. She is always friendly and helpful with explaining how to care for my lashes. My lashes last a good amount of time between fills. I've had to go more than 3 weeks and they still look good. I have a smaller round eye and I get classic. Lily really makes my eyes look my best. read more

Lyn is my go-to artist for wispy sets! I never did wispy sets before and cannot imagine doing a different style since meeting Lyn. She and the K&V lash studio staff are always so welcoming and inviting. The lash chairs are extremely comfortable with their reclining chairs and padded cushions. I searched for last minute openings the day before a spontaneous trip, and this was the only place available. I was skeptical since there were barely any reviews as the shop is fairly new to the area, but I'm so glad I gave K&V a chance. I got a natural classic set done by Bonnie a little over a month ago.. and surprisingly it still looks decent (as in no obvious gaps)! The session took about 2 hours which is longer than what I'm used to, but it was worth the time. This is probably the longest I've gone with no refill or it looking wonky! I've gone to their Milpitas location as of lately! Trace does my hybrid lashes, she is great and super kind. It is nice to have so many times to choose from on their website. I have been to K&V Lash studio 2 times with Pearl. She is so knowledgeable attentive and gave me the most comfortable lashes and experience I have ever had. They also lasted forever 4weeks+ and they still looked amazing. The 2nd time has me obsessed. She really runs you through the whole process and her application was magic and absolutely pain free. Its such a serene environment and she offers you a blanket which is always a plus. I have to drive a bit to get there but it is worth it. read more

Ok. Well I've been getting my lashes done consistently (every 3 weeks, for the past year). I've been looking for a new lash studio to check out. I came across K&V lash on Yelp, and let me tell you! It did not disappoint at all. Getting to the Milpitas location was so easy. The parking was amazing! I didn't have any issues at all. The shopping center is safe and clean. When I walked in the studio, I was instantly greeted and checked in by Trace. She was so sweet and really helpful in making sure that I picked the type of lash look I was looking for! The lashing chairs are so comfy, and I was in heaven with the warm blanky she gave me. There was relaxing music playing. The studio was quiet, the perfect temp, and was giving relaxation vibes. Love!!! I fell asleep and let me tell you.... When I walked in, someone else was finishing up and I heard her giggle and say, "omg I fell asleep again!" So obviously this wasn't a one time experience, it must be the norm for this shop. I just really had a good experience and Trace did such a great job with my lash set! I'm already booked for my fill, and at this point, they have definitely gained a loyal customer in me! Do yourself a big favor, and check this place out! ASAP! read more

During my consultation, my lash tech was able to give me really great advice so that the set would enhance my natural lashes and my eye shape. As someone with monolids, it's hard to find a tech that will understand how I want my eyes to be pictured- but K&V did great! The music is soooo relaxing, I caught myself falling asleep throughout the session. I received a complimentary lash bath and a spoolie. My tech was super kind and supportive. I was looking for an eyelash place to prepare for my holiday, and I chose K&V Lash based on a recommendation from my friend - and I couldn't be happier!!! Vie, who did my lashes, was absolutely amazing with my eyelash in the cat-eye style, and I definitely love them! The lashes feel so lightweight and natural, with no irritation at all. I feel completely comfortable wearing them. She is so skilled and detail-oriented, making the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. Plus, the price is very reasonable. I have been going to the South Sacramento location for close to 3 years now. Before they moved across the parking lot. The ladies are very nice and care about what they do. I started off with Daisy. Vicky is now my go to but she is out until September sometime and Mimi did my lashes this last time and I think I found me a new tech... Sorry Vicky lol... Usually, I'd book with trace, or ylee and they do an awesome job, but I had to book with VIE due to it being last minute. She asked me what I wanted and I told her the same as last time, but i don't think she understood that because my lashes looked way different. She also kept dropping the tools on my face, pulling my hair out with the tools, and yanking on my lashes. At one point, she yanked hard on my lashes and my eye started to burn. All this without an apology. She also spent half an hour longer, making me late for my appointment i booked after. I was very upset overall read more

I've attended this location about five times. Four out of the five times they texted me morning of within one hour if my appointment to cancel or change the lash tech. What's the point of making a reservation if they always cancel last minute? They always use the same excuse if last minute family emergency, but they use that same excuse every single time. They proceed to offer a 20% off if you keep the appointment. I'm giving it a two stars because I do like their work. Go to the Camden location. read more

A good friend of mine, who's lashes always look amazing, was telling me how much she loves Jasmine…read more I have been wanting to get my lashes done for a long time, but was worried after hearing stories about eye infections and seeing other people with some pretty gnarly lashes. I decided to get them done for my wedding and was so lucky that Jasmine had an appointment available the day before I left! She was very sweet and nice. She explained to me all the different lash options and when I told her what I wanted my lashes to look like on my wedding she gave me a clear recommendation which was the 2-3x volume lashes. My eyes are pretty big and I have a ton of lashes and the appointment took about 2.5 hours in total. Jasmine never complained or seemed to rush. She painstakingly applied every lash and they came out looking amazing. My lashes looked amazing the day of my wedding. The main reason I wanted to get lash extensions was because I knew I was going to cry like crazy the whole day and didn't want mascara running down my face. These lashes looked better than mascara ever could and I got nothing but compliments from all my friends and family. My lashes actually looked pretty good for the seven weeks after my appointment. I was careful to follow Jasmine's instructions on care and they held up extremely well. I would lose 1 or 2 every day, but because I had so many it never looked too splotchy. I didn't get back in time to do a fill because I was traveling for several months after my wedding and she is really hard to get an appointment with! If you are lucky enough to get in then book your next appointment well in advance. I wish she was in San Francisco because I would get my lashes done by her all the time. Unfortunately, since I work 9-5 and she doesn't have weekend appointments it's not possible to keep my lashes up with her.

After the session, I also got lash foam cleanser, which keeps your lashes lasting longer and was given a punch card for $10 off after purchasibg 6 lashes. The shop itself is very cute (lots of pink and white) and there's products you can purchase ie lash tweezers, lash sets, etc. Even the bathroom was clean and well stocked with feminine hygiene products like menstrual pads! What's interesting is they also offer chain bracelet service. Not sure how that works, but seems fun. Location is great since it's right down the street from tenren tea!

I visited them for the first time recently…read more When I first came in, they gave me an iPad to sign a waiver, which clearly requires their staff to walk you through the procedure you're about to get, how it works, and what the risks are. However, they simply left me with the iPad and walked away. Another issue I had with the waiver is that they don't let you submit it, which would've locked everything in and prevented further editing. Further, I emphasized I didn't have experience with the service and wanted a consultation. However, the person servicing me did not offer to show me examples on one of the two services I scheduled for. She showed me the lash examples and said we'd wait to discuss the brows later. My assumption was that we'd take a break after the lashes are done and then presume to design the brows together. However, that was not the case exactly. While my eyes were forced shut for the lashes, she started to work on my brows. I wasn't given sufficient time to discuss what I wanted with my brows and was rushed into a design without any examples shown to me. She cut my brows for a clean look without consent, and I wish we'd had kept a more natural look. Lastly, a couple of minor things. They took my after photo without asking for consent explicitly. They also failed to offer me the welcome drink that they requested me to sign up for when scheduling the appointment. It's not a big deal, but when they offer it to the next walk-in customer after you, it didn't make me feel cared for. I spent almost $300 total. Not a satisfying first-time experience. Not sure if I'd come back.

After going to the same lash place for 8 yrs, my work schedule was changing & I wanted to find a…read moreplace that had openings on my days off. This place is open 7 days a week which was great. I saw the work via Yelp & IG so I decided to give them a try. They prefer you to text to communicate & they were quick to respond. I made an appt to remove my old lashes & start fresh. I booked with Emy. I came in 15 mins before my appt thinking I had to fill out some paperwork. No one was in the front so I rang the bell. Someone came out & told me Emy was on her way & just to wait. I then asked if I needed to fill out anything & she gave me a clipboard with a questionnaire. Basic questions about your lash & eye history. Filled it out. Emy arrived a few minutes before my appt time & she introduced herself. Super nice. I told her I like them full & showed her a wispy like set from their IG page. She spent 30 mins removing my old lashes & then an hr & half to do my set. After she was done, I looked in the mirror & I didn't think they were as full as I wanted but then also thought my next fill they'll start to look fuller. It wasn't the style I was use to but it didn't look bad. I felt things poking my eye the first day & later in the evening when I would blink hard, it felt like something was poking my waterline. I thought the lashes just needed time to settle but like I mentioned I've had lash extensions for the past 8 yrs & never have a felt something like this. After a few days I started to look at my lashes more carefully. I had lash extensions under my waterline & that was what was poking me. The glue was very thick to where when I brushed from the bottom up, I couldn't really get the brush to go through the bottom. Then when my lashes started to shed, I saw 2 fans on 1 eye lash. For volume it is 1 fan per lash & I started to realize why my lash line felt sore. Then I also had some lashes fall off with 2 of my real lashes, so the isolation wasn't there. I ended up popping off majority of the lashes myself & then getting the rest removed. I really wanted to like this place & make it work bc of how close it was to my house & overall customer service, but I think they need to go over more training with their employees. They do offer a free fix up to 3 days after your appt but with what I saw happening to my lashes, I figured to just let them fall off & try another place. See pics for examples. Just know lash extensions aren't supposed to hurt or your eye feel any type of discomfort. If they do, then something wasn't done right.
