I've been coming here for 15 years and have gone to various nail salons, but I always keep coming back here. Why? Because they do a quality job for reasonable prices and they take their time on your nails here. This isn't your fancy salon, but they do a thorough job polishing my nails, cuticles, painting. They also do a fabulous job on designs and have a huge variety of colors which makes it difficult for me to choose a color. I always come back here when I'm in the area and I love that their staff has been consistent over the years and have been working there for many years so I know what to expect. They went above and beyond with their quality of service!!! My friends and I booked an appointment, and they were super friendly and detailed with their work. The place has a homey, relaxed vibe. They also have reasonable prices, so I got a manicure, pedicure, and my eyebrows done. I'm super happy with how everything turned out. We will definitely be back and will likely make this our regular nail place. Came here randomly for a pedicure a couple years ago, so when I recently needed to get to Milpitas peak commute time and wanted to beat the traffic, I decided to come here. I called ahead and booked a pedicure, they were easily able to accommodate me and were very sweet over the phone. The pedicure was $36 and I opted for an added 10 minute foot massage for $5 since I had time to kill. It's a small no-frills shop and did run a little warm inside, but they did a nice job on my pedicure, and the nail tech was very sweet and gave me a great massage. read more

I've came here twice for a new acrylic set! I love how close and convenient this is from my house. Linda is nice and really takes her time doing your nails and designs. Hands down one of the best nail salons I've come across. I haven't done acrylics since I was a teen so this was a tremendous experience! I have come over and over and am obsessed! Linda's energy and vibes are kind and chill asf. If you're looking for a nail tech that can follow your Pinterest nail art requests she's the one! Not only does she use the picture you show her as inspo she'll even put her own taste and art technique to it! My first time was February I needed a set done for My trip to Japan! I requested a strawberry miffy themed set. I received many compliments and the top rated comment was that my nails were "Kawaii" & "kirei" I also Manifested this theme as shortly after Urban Outfitters released a Strawberry Miffy X BAGGU shoulder crescent bag! Second time I needed a set for an upcoming rave "Alice in wonderland" themed. "Beyond Wonderland" Linda was able to get my Alice themed set on par! Received many compliments for this set as well ! Third time today! I am attending "Coachella Weekend 2" this is my first Coachella! I wanted a cactus themed set as I would be in the dessert. Tina is amazing!!! I have never been so happy with my nails EVERY time I get them done. Shes been doing my nails for over a year now and I'm consistently happy. She's pretty booked but if you call the day before she will get you squeezed in. Love her so much!! Also the pricing is great $51 for this full set, that's without tip. good service, ladies were nice and gentle. i'm leaving a 3/5 because of the quality design of my nails. i asked for a simple, almond shape french tip. the 2 main reasons why im leaving a 3/5: 1) shape of nails were uneven, wonky and not symmetrical between hands. i had to ask to file certain areas of nails that were clearly out of shape. even then, the shape between nails are not even, some nails are more round and other more almond shape. 2) quality design of french tip. i'm sure the picture can speak for itself. lines were uneven between nails, some thicker than others. some rounded and some straighter when it came to the curve of the french tip. (you can clearly see the different if you were to compare both pointer fingers) like i said, customer service was great, i waited less than 10 minutes for service, ladies were welcoming! i either got a not as experienced nail tech or she was not having the best day. read more

STAY AWAY!! FUNGUS!! I've only ever been to this salon for my past couple pedicures / ONCE I had my manicure done here, But was completely rushed so I decided to not come back for my hands. NEVER in my life have I experienced fungus on my toes until getting my toes done here. The owner Linda is a very nice lady but she always RUSHES her sets. Does not take her time at all. Also the tools that are used are not NEW they are kept in old/ dirty containers and they dont look like they clean them either thus the reason why I developed fungus on both toes. To top it off after your set is DONE and get ready for payment they will loudly ask you how much of a tip you will be giving. Isn't that supposed to be something that the CUSTOMER discretely decides on? Not having to be ASKED loudly before I even get to finish paying... stay away there are so many other salons in the milpitas area that are definitely more sanitary.. read more

I couldn't be happier with the hospitality, passion, and creativity at Nails L'amour. They have been my go-to salon for over 17 years, and there's a reason I keep coming back. The service is consistently amazing, the craftsmanship is top-notch, and the pricing is genuinely fair for the quality they deliver. Linda, the manager, along with Tina and Nina, are my dream team. Even though English isn't their first language, they always understand exactly what I'm asking for and deliver it beautifully. I can show them a photo of a design I want, and they recreate it perfectly by hand. Their talent is incredible. Went to my regular salon J&J around 6:30 yesterday. It was packed so I left. On the way home I stopped by 7-11 to get a slurpee and saw a nails salon next door. Since I have a Vegas trip tomorrow I need to get my nails done badly. Without checking Yelp I walked in and they took me in right away. I automatically gave them 3 stars for taking me in late. I forgot the name of the lady who did my nails but she did a good job, my nails came out nice and clean. Extra 2 stars for her! Last month, I gave the gel nail set a try and I was very happy with the result because Linda did an excellent job. I like to come to Nail L'Amour because Linda and her employees are very friendly and sometimes they give nail designs to customers for free. After over a year I was finally able to get a mani pedi! Glad I found Nails L'amour for only $40 I was able to get a manipedi with having to wait: Everyone is super sweet, fast and clean.
