10/10 recommend Belle! She is seriously one of the best nail techs I've been to. She is always on time, pays incredible attention to detail, and takes the time to check in throughout the appointment to make sure I'm happy with how my nails are coming together. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and wants you to leave loving your nails. I travel to see her from a few cities away because she's that good!! If you're looking for a great nail tech, book with Belle!
I had such a great experience at this nail salon and especially with Kim! She truly went above and beyond for me. I originally came in during a rush and we weren't able to finish my nails that day, but she stayed late after work the next day just so she could complete them properly. That alone meant a lot! Before my appointment, she even asked me to send photos of my inspo ahead of time so she could review them and think of something creative. I was very specific about wanting a red and mostly pink Lunar New Year inspired set with cherry blossom details, and she came fully prepared with multiple color and design options. You can tell she puts real thought and effort into her work! What I care most about with nails is cuticle prep, shaping, and attention to detail, and she did an excellent job. My cuticles were cleaned beautifully and the shape and base color already looked perfect even before the detailed designs were added. She takes her time and makes sure everything looks clean and balanced. I also really appreciated how comfortable she made the process. It can be hard to speak up if you are unsure about something, but she was very reassuring and encouraged honest feedback. If she noticed I was hesitating, she would check in and adjust things without making me feel bad at all. The salon itself is very clean, the staff is friendly, there is plenty of parking, and they offer multiple beauty services in one place which is very convenient. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my nails and the entire experience, and I would definitely come back!
I had a great and amazing service here, I was a bit nervous coming to a new nail spot but this place changed my mind. They were all kind and reassuring (I did come early than my appt time but I was okay waiting) Belle did an amazing job with my nails, she did exactly what I showed on my phone. I am usually just a simple nail person, either solid or french tips. Either way, she did a good job and I love it so much. Id recommend this place!

I had such a great experience here! My manicure turned out exactly how I wanted, and the attention to detail was amazing. The nail technician took their time to make sure every nail was perfectly shaped and polished, and the finished result looks so clean and very much like the inspo photo I showed. I wish I could remember the nail tech's name.
This review is long overdue, but I had to share how amazing this place is. Vicky makes my nails look absolutely stunning every single time. She's so talented with designs, and the quality of her work is incredible. I get GelX with her and it has honestly been a game changer for me. I don't have a ton of time to constantly redo my nails, and somehow they still look amazing weeks later. I literally still get compliments on them even after a month because they hold up so well! I'm attaching a photo from my Valentine's Day set because it was so cute and perfectly done. Vicky always brings my ideas to life and somehow makes them even better. I also have to shout out Hannah for pedicures - she is so thorough, detailed, and genuinely caring. She takes her time and makes sure everything is perfect, which makes the experience feel really relaxing and thoughtful. All around this is such a great spot. The team is talented, kind, and you can really tell they care about their work and their clients. I'm so grateful for this shop!
I called in to schedule a gel manicure appointment and they were able to schedule me right away. I dont remember who did my nails but she was thorough and cleaned my nails well and was very gentle. She was also very patient with me when I was trying to pick out colors and was super helpful in helping me decide colors. I wish i lived closer because if I did this would be my go-to spot. The place was clean, super nice and cute inside, and they have so many different options for nails-- gel, gel x, acrylic, chrome, and so many different colors and designs. The girls seem to really know what they are doing, I definitely recommend.
Booked online for a mani/pedi but when I walked in the staff was CONFUSED! They told me that they don't really use/check the online rsvp system and that I can just check-in on the tablet/iPad at the front register without really filling all of my information out. I verbalized what I was looking for and was immediately sat down as the staff decided amongst themselves of who was going to help me with my set. I was promptly given a menu of selections and a color palette to choose from. There wasn't much communication going on other than confirming the color and which of the menu items I wanted so if you're looking to get something specific done, SAY IT! Help them help you! Photo references help a tonnnn. I went for an emerald green cat eye gel on natural nails with no extra designs. Originally I wanted a gold French tips to go with it but GOD was the trial nail ugly. Super grateful for my manicurist showing me a preview of what it would look like and validating that it wasn't as great of an idea as it sounded haha. The whole experience was really fast and I paid about $50 for the mani/pedi each. + added a $10 tip for both the nail artists. But, one piece of advice, DO NOT get your cuticles cut. Every place is different. For here? It's a definite no. My pedicurist did a lovely job and was very careful with my toenails and surrounding skin which I was super grateful for. But my manicurist ended up cutting the skin off my pinky. I don't know if it was just too late in the day or what but I felt a really sharp pain during my manicure and when I looked over to see what it was, I immediately stopped her from continuing and told her I didn't want my cuticles to be cut. It took a little back and forth to get her to understand but gosh, despite my finger not bleeding from the surface level skin being cut, I sustained a wound that left my finger hurting for the next three days as I went on vacation and celebrated my birthday. Not something I was expecting and will be more cautious of next time. I did let the manicurist know that I wanted my cuticles pushed back and even motioned it out but despite all the nodding it wasn't done. So, before you walk in you might want to just quickly do it yourself. My nails grow fast and it's already showing a small gap between my cuticles and polish. For this price point, especially in the Bay Area, you can't beat it. Despite my injury, I'd still come back. Getting your nails done have become such an expensive luxury that I reserve it for special events. This place makes it so that I can afford to get it done more often if I wanted to. But remember, communicate and be attentive.
A friend recommended this spot and I was not disappointed. The workers were amazing. They actually listen and customer service overall was outstanding. The lady that did my nails (I think her name was Cindy) executed my vision. I will definitely be coming back.
I recently moved to San Ramon, but I still make the drive to Milpitas to see Vicky! Service: 10/10 - Vicky is friendly and social and is not afraid to suggest recommendations but also listens to what I ask for in detail. She always offer me a water/tea/coffee. If she is behind she will tell me and another staff will offer me a drink while I wait. This is what elevates the nail experience! Quality: 10/10 - my nails have held on for a month without breaking /cracking. I like to get a fill every 2 weeks but a few times I couldn't schedule an appointment, my nails held up great. Since I started coming to TikTok lounge, my nails are healthy , clean, and have not broken off in the last year and a half. Vicky is very honest about her abilities and has made my nails look beautiful!

I decided to give this place a shot since they're open much earlier than other nail shops in the area - The shop is clean and there's also a sitting area if you're waiting to be seen. I was a little annoyed with the wait time just because I made an appointment beforehand and I still waited probably 15-20min. Nevertheless, I was seen by Hanna. She did do a good job on my nails and she was also very attentive. The three stars is because of the wait time and also the environment. As soon as I walked in and even just sitting down, I noticed their customers just staring at me. I know it's normal to see someone walk in... but to STARE? Pretty uncomfortable.

Review 4.5/5! If you are looking for a nail technician who prioritize your wants and creative detail, Vicky at TikTok Lounge is a standout choice. She has built a reputation for being meticulous, especially when it comes to shaping and intricate nail art. Many clients here note that her work holds up exceptionally well. Sets often last 3+ weeks without lifting or chipping, which speaks to her preparation and application technique so I had to come for myself. And after 3 weeks, I can write this review in confidence. They have been holding up super well. Because she is so thorough, she may take a bit longer than a standard service even without the nail arts. It's best to visit when you aren't in a rush so she can focus on the quality of the set. The place is like any other nail salon but very spacious with high ceiling and big windows. 2nd visit: I came back for a pedicure with Rose recently, also very detailed and thorough. Had a great experience with her. Maybe the blue color I chose was still good but my sister, who got the classic white pedicure, said her paint already chipped by the she got home from work that night. The top coat wasn't holding up well. There was a new employee that day so I give them grace but she was not professional and need to be trained with the same TikTok lounge skills & manners! Tik tok Lounge is my regular go-to nail salon for my Mani/Pedi gel nails. I usually ask for Holly and Tony but any staff can accommodate you. You can go in as a walk-in or either call/book online through their website as well. Staff are friendly and the vibe is a comforting, clean, and spacious environment. I believe it is Vietnamese-owned. They offer either water, coffee, or tea, etc. Will definitely be back! read more

I've been getting my nails done here for over a year, and I've had nothing but amazing experiences! The whole team is super professional and truly knows what they're doing. Before finding this place, I used to get frustrated because my nails were always done too far from the cuticle, so they looked grown out right away -- but not here! At TikTok Nails, my manicures last beautifully, and I can easily go three weeks before needing a fill. Special shoutout to Tony and Herry -- they always do an incredible job and pay attention to every detail. I don't get my nails done often, one reason being I'm kinda picky/particular about my nails. And so I didn't really have a go to place, until I came to tiktok lounge! I sent them a dm on ig with an inspo pic for a quote and got a response really quick even though it was late night. And the person was very friendly! Price was very reasonable so I went ahead and booked an appointment. I went through the reviews and pictures and saw many raving about Vicky, so I decided to book my mani and pedi with her. Day of I got a call from her asking if it was ok if someone else did my pedi, and I said it was fine. I believe Henry was the one who ended up doing them, and he was great! Onto the mani, Vicky was so sweet and really took her time instead of rushing. She made sure the shape was to my liking, the design, and making sure that the gems are secured. I never expect a nail tech to be able to recreate an inspo pic exactly the same, but I think Vicky really nailed it. On top of that, a few days after, I had a nail emergency (had a nail on the verge of breaking) 2 days before a wedding I needed to attend. I came in and Vicky was happy to help. Since the nail didn't break off yet, she applied some hard gel and it was all good again! I booked my appointment with Cindy, but it seems she was busy. Tony helped shape my natural nail to an almond shape while I Cindy did my nail design. I've gotten so many compliments on my nail and I have referred them to TikTok Lounge. Cute vibe. They didn't offer any drinks or snack to me. Which was the only downside. read more

Vicky always makes sure I leave with a huge smile on my face. She follows the exact design I show her and goes above and beyond. My friend booked an appointment for the both of us to get our nails done. However, she accidentally booked the wrong type of appointment - gel manicure instead of gel x. As a result, I had to wait for a while until a nail technician was available. While I waited, the staff offered me water, so I browsed around for a design. I was assigned Henry as my nail technician. He was energetic and friendly, but I felt like he was rushing through the nail preparation because it was close to closing time. Although I loved my set of nails, there were some minor imperfections that could have been prevented if he had taken the time to slow down. One thing that I found strange was that after he added jewels to my nails, he didn't put any polish on top or anything to secure the jewels. As a result, they quickly got caught in my hair and clothes and fell off after I left. It was disappointing that it happened. Doing nails is expensive, so I expected high quality. My total came out to be $130. I received a message on Yelp about my photos, and they were willing to fix the nails. However, I don't have the time to go back and redo it. I appreciate their willingness to make it right. read more
Originally, this review was going to be a negative one, having received the opposite of what I asked for. That when there is a language barrier with the nail tech, there can be a conflict in the outcome. I originally asked for a neon pink color with a matte effect on my own nails. I picked #15 from the black gel menu sitting on the drawer by couch. But when I got home I realized I didn't get the matte effect, but a glossy one. It wasn't until later that night as I turned the lights off to sleep. I noticed my nails looking odd. I decided to take some pictures and soon enough realized that the glow in the dark effect was pretty cool. A week later I'm still admiring them like a kid in a candy shop. Here's the start of my original review, but now irrelevant: My 2nd time here and on Friday 9/13/24 I got Holly without an appointment, around 5:32 p.m. It seemed like there was a steady amount of customers for a Friday night and closing within an hour and a half. I was told wait time might take 10-15 mins. Gave me enough time to decide on this #15 gel color and of matte effect. I got exactly the opposite of what I asked for and I didn't think the color wasn't intense enough even after 3 coatings. Plus I never understand why they never coat all the way to the cuticle and leave this ugly gap, showing the imperfect cleaning or lacking the trimming of the cuticles. I still gave Holly a good tip and wished her a good night. read more

This review is for Tony, thank you for your attention to detail and taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted and even offered helpful suggestions. This review has been long overdue...I went to TikTok Lounge when they first opened and haven't been to any other nail salon since! The salon is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I always go to Vicky to do my manicures, and she does an amazing job! She's the absolute sweetest, and I never leave unhappy with how my nails look. They last a loooonggg time too, I posted a before pic with a gel mani that lasted a month on me. I've also done builder gel with Vicky when I need extra strengthened nails, and she does an amazing job with that, too. Their massage chairs for pedis are super comfortable and the rest of the ladies are really nice too! They give you something to drink if you like while you relax and get pampered. Can't recommend this salon enough! read more

I had my nails done by Tony for my wedding this week. I'm not someone that gets my nails done at all so I was really looking for a place that had good reviews, and my friend recommended this person specifically at this nail salon. Not only did Tony do exactly what I asked him, but he took his time to make my nails look beautiful. The salon is roomy and very clean. I would highly recommend this salon as well as Tony for your nail care needs. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I'm honestly so upset right now. I wish I never came here! I found this new nail spot through Yelp and wanted to like it. I left this place with not one cut, but TWO CUTS on both of my hands. ARE YOU SERIOUS???? Wtf. I look like I got worked on by Edward Scissorhands what the actual effff. I'm shocked at how horrible this nail experience was. I booked with Vicky because she had so many positive reviews on here and my experience was the WORST salon experience ever. The first time the lady cut me she used the file to literally file off the top layer of my skin on the side of my finger, OUCH! It hurt so bad but I was willing to forgive this even though it literally BURNED SO BAD every time alcohol and even soap/water touched it. I thought "oh honest mistake, it was an accident" in my head because I genuinely wanted to like this place. When she was finally done I washed my hands with soap and water and it BURNED sooo bad, I was wincing but I decided to wrap my finger in tissue and not make it an issue. I was happy with my nails and ready to pay and leave when she decided to cut the paint off of the side of my fingers. WHY CUT IT OFF??? WHO KNOWS, the paint literally comes off the skin with light rubbing or in the shower but NO cuticle cutters were used and you guessed it, OUCH! SLICED the corner of my finger on the other hand and blood starting pooling out. LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS???? I was literally SHOCKED that the lady cut me not one time but TWO freaking TIMES and on BOTH of my HANDS. I work around food and people/germs all day and now I can't even go to work comfortably bcus I'm freaked out I will be exposed by TWO CUTS on BOTH of my hands. Honestly WHAT THE FFFFF??? I'm SHOCKED. After she cut me the SECOND time I was literally SPEECHLESS, I used to go to get my nails done all the time at other places and I've never had such a terrible experience! I usually tip $15 automatically but I tipped $7 on $65 and even that was TOO much. I shouldn't have even tipped at all with how bad it was. I'm livid. Not to mention the fact that I never even received a manicure to begin with and the girl didn't even wash my hands before she started working on them. What kind of place is this? No hand soak, no hand wash, no hand massage, NOTHING. I'm lucky my nails were clean. She drilled off my cuticles and didn't even push my cuticles back before she started either. She didn't ask me for a photo reference nor the color I wanted. I told her I wanted "white" and I was glad she picked the right shade. I called my bf immediately after I left to tell him HOW AWFUL my experience here was, getting cut up left and right. I'm appalled. &My bf said "Oh no! Are you okay? Did they at least give you a discount?" Now I'm even more mad bcus I never even thought about how I should've received a discount for the multiple cuts on my fingers that I received. &He said "YOU STILL TIPPED? You shouldn't have tipped at all" &Honestly he's right! I told my mom and she said I should not have tipped either and why are they cutting my fingers up like that. That the lady probably "needs glasses." I'm a honest person and I still paid and tipped even though I had a terrible experience. But I will neverrrrr be returning here ever. I just wanted to get a nice manicure now I'm putting hydrogen peroxide on my multiple cuts on my fingers hoping they heal before work tomorrow. She gave me a band aid and said sorry, but sorry does NOT help my pain and inconvenience caused by this carelessness. What an AWFUL experience. Also she applied my bandage wrong, instead of putting the soft part to stop the blood she put the adhesive on top of the cut so the blood dripped on the side of my finger instead.. I agree with my mom she definitely needs glasses or just did not use care at all. Also a heads up they don't give a cash discount here, which most salons usually do. read more
