She was able to get me in with multiple appointment times available.Her response time was amazing, and her building was easy to find. I ended up being late due to traffic and she didn't make me feel like a burden and was still able to provide good service. Her little studio is cute and clean. She worked fast and efficient and my lashes came out amazing. I waited a week to do review just to see how they held up and I've had zero issues. I will definitely be returning to Bao for future lash services while in the area.

I decided to get them done for my wedding and was so lucky that Jasmine had an appointment available the day before I left! She was very sweet and nice. She explained to me all the different lash options and when I told her what I wanted my lashes to look like on my wedding she gave me a clear recommendation which was the 2-3x volume lashes. My eyes are pretty big and I have a ton of lashes and the appointment took about 2.5 hours in total. Jasmine never complained or seemed to rush. She painstakingly applied every lash and they came out looking amazing. My lashes looked amazing the day of my wedding. The main reason I wanted to get lash extensions was because I knew I was going to cry like crazy the whole day and didn't want mascara running down my face. These lashes looked better than mascara ever could and I got nothing but compliments from all my friends and family. My lashes actually looked pretty good for the seven weeks after my appointment. I was careful to follow Jasmine's instructions on care and they held up extremely well. I would lose 1 or 2 every day, but because I had so many it never looked too splotchy. I didn't get back in time to do a fill because I was traveling for several months after my wedding and she is really hard to get an appointment with! If you are lucky enough to get in then book your next appointment well in advance. I wish she was in San Francisco because I would get my lashes done by her all the time. Unfortunately, since I work 9-5 and she doesn't have weekend appointments it's not possible to keep my lashes up with her.

After debating for roughly a year, I came across Extreme Beauty , and with all the positive reviews, it was definitely the opportunity I had been seeking! For starters, I had contacted Lynn the night prior to my appointment regarding her openings. I had a tight schedule leading into the next week with my academics, and engagements booking me full! Even though she had few openings, she made room for me to drop by and get my first set of classic lashes with her for the very next day. Having my own concerns from the previous technician, she was gracious, gentle , and answered all of my questions regarding possibilities of the previous experience, along with reassuring me that if anything had cause an allergic reaction, she'd remove them for me as soon as I had been aware of my allergies. Coming in with all sorts of questions regarding after care, how to maintain them, what products to use makeup wise- she promptly answered everything while getting started, and ensured I was comfortable the entire way through. Beginning of the process she had asked me what look I was going for, we both agreed a less dramatic lash with noticeable curl and thickness was exactly what my eyes needed, and she knew which product would compliment my *otherwise* dull eyes. Her patience with me and how she talked me through the process made me feel incredibly comfortable and assured I had made an excellent choice with a technician. The previous technician had little contact and interaction with me, she just sent me away as soon as she could, but Lynn's passion for customer's safety and satisfaction was above expectation. My eyelashes are very short, but the way my eyes look feel so dreamy like a porcelain doll's! I've never felt more confident about my eyes until yesterday's visit. The curl is everything I wanted, length, and thickness, it's hard to see why anyone else wouldn't put their trust in her hands. I'm in love with my look, and it's definitely minimized my morning routine so far. I'm looking forward to how long they'll last, and I'm planning on visiting within the next three weeks to upkeep.
