Update 11/24/25: The lash techs themselves are really nice. The people managing the appointments are not. Multiple times, they rescheduled and even unexpectedly cancelled multiples of my appointments and it takes having to call them each time and very firmly telling them to not change my appointments (at least without reaching out to me first) for me to even keep my appointments. Then today, I receive a very aggressive, borderline threatening and unprofessional message from them all because I had to reschedule a couple times due to work and scheduling conflicts. I understand that rescheduling is not ideal for both myself and for the salon, but sending threatening messages is not the way to go about this. If I'm not able to keep my upcoming appointment, I'm changing this rating to a one star and will update my review accordingly. read more

The staff were very nice and the experience itself was comfortable, but I really regret getting a lash lift and tint here. This was my first time, and two weeks later my lashes are still lifted so tightly against my lid that I can't wear eye shadow. If I try mascara, it smears all over my upper lid. I normally love my natural lashes and just wanted to try something extra for a birthday beach trip since the idea of skipping mascara sounded great. Instead, my lashes are now brittle, kinked, and stuck straight up against my lid. I literally cannot get a makeup brush between my lashes and lid. It seems this salon is great for lash extensions, but based on my experience I would not recommend getting a lift here. read more

Service was friendly, interior is very nice with comfy seating and calming music. As it was my first time getting extensions done I asked for advice on what style to get - my tech showed me pictures and had me choose based on those but didn't really offer much specific recommendations based on my eye shape. I chose the style and she got me seated and started right away. Throughout the appointment my tech would check on me to make sure I wasn't cold, which was sweet of her. However when she was working on my right eye I felt strong burning sensation, I just passed it off as maybe this is normal since it's my first time. When she was working on my left eye it felt completely fine, and I didn't feel any burning. Throughout the appointment my tech would often respond to calls and texts on her phone then go back to working on my eyes without washing hands. At the end of the appointment my tech made sure I was happy with the lashes, and she fixed one area that was sticking out from the rest. The lashes have stayed put pretty well and look great. I walked out of the appointment with stinging in my right eye but thinking it would go down soon, chalking it up to normal side effect of extensions. However now it's been over 2 full days and I still have irritation on my right eye with puffiness of lower lid edge. I thought maybe it could be an allergic reaction but considering my left eye has been completely fine and it's just my right eye with symptoms, and I felt the burning ever since the appointment, I feel that this could have been avoided with more thorough and careful application like was done with my left eye. The name of my technician has been intentionally omitted here, but the business should easily be able identify with my name on appointment to perhaps take steps to prevent this for others. Maybe I'll come back (with a different technician) - their prices are so reasonable for this area - but I'm just hoping that my eye goes back to normal soon. read more

Absolutely do not recommend KV Lash in Milpitas. I had a terrible experience with this place, and I want to warn others so they don't go through the same thing. I booked an appointment in April 2025 to be a model for a student lash tech. My appointment was scheduled for August 8th. In the days leading up to it, I received multiple reminders--a text on August 6, another on August 7, and even an email confirmation the day of. When I showed up, they told me they had no record of my appointment. They even questioned me as if I had the wrong location, until I showed them proof that it was indeed this Milpitas location. Then, I received a phone call from someone (a man), who told me that the appointment had been made six months ago, which was false--I made it less than four months ago. He claimed that the student quit four months ago, and said that there was a problem with the booking system and only the lash tech and the client would know about the appointment. That made no sense--why was I still getting automated reminders from their system if the appointment had supposedly been canceled? To make matters worse, I had taken time off from work to come in, and they completely wasted my time. This is not even the first time something like this has happened. The first time, they at least called me a day in advance and sent me to another location. This time? Nothing. No notice, no help. And the kicker? Their confirmation email said "please don't complain." Honestly, if things were handled professionally, no one would have anything to complain about. If you don't want to deal with unprofessionalism, miscommunication, and wasted time, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

They have a square system so bring your Apple Pay. The only slightly annoying thing is there isn't paper towels in the bathroom on a regular basis. Do not go here!!!!This was my first time doing a lash lift. I scheduled with Lyn who apparently was a top person. After 1 week of getting them done my lashes are crunchy and some are bent. My lashes literally look shorter. I'm really upset because this place has good reviews. Lyn destroyed my lashes. Also another reason I will not go back is because 2 other people were getting their lashes done and one lady showed the person what lash look she wanted and instead of telling her they don't have the correct numbers to give her the look she wanted she did it anyways. She complained and the lady fought back with her and said she had to pay anyways. Also another lady told another girl tell your friend you " fixed her mistake" . So too many down sides. This review is for the Sacramento office guy is so rude! He thought I was trying to get a free service instead of a fix. I've gone to the location of Milpitas for the last three times. They are nothing like the people in Sacramento. They are sweet and speak clearly. I was sick with Covid so I didn't call before the two weeks. I tested negative of day 13 and called day 14 to ask for a specific person to ask for a price to fix. He said I couldn't talk to the person because they work from home. I explained the situation that I just need a fix but because it's been more than 5 days they don't fix anything just pay full price. He kept saying just pay just pay. I said I expect to pay but I'd like to know how much because it's just the corner of my lash. He kept saying for a full fill. I told him I don't need a full fill just the edge. Anyways he's an idiot and really rude. It could have been simple conversation if he didn't think I was trying to get free services. Some people just shouldn't get on the phone because people like him drive business away instead of hearing what the customer is saying. Responding to k&v lash. Aka horrible service once again. I never asked for a free fix. I read your policy which is why I know that after 5 days there's a fee.. I asked the PRICE to fix it. NOT A FULL FILL And NOT FOR FREE.... If you were listening instead of assuming I was asking for a free service this wouldn't happen. Ignorance is a bliss. So there is a language barrier where there's misunderstanding on your end. i've been here three times I went for my vacation in the Caribbean. It was so hot and steamy. I knew I couldn't wear make up so trace did the best job on my lashes. They almost lasted a whole month.
