She was super responsive when I messaged her and her prices are more affordable compared to other artists in the Bay Area. A deposit is required to book an appointment. Her studio is clean and there's plenty of parking. I got my lip tattoo done with Jennye and I was so pleased with the experience that I also got my eye liner tattoo about a month later. I came in to see Jennye 3x The first 2 times I came in she did a good job for my eyebrows, however the third time I came in, she used black ink on my eyebrows, where I have always had them brown. I noticed w have been walking around with black ink for 2 years and they still have not faded. If u go in to c her please make sure u ask her what color ink she is using before she begins. I really wanted to do microblading for a long time, but I've always been scared of getting "sharpie" eyebrows. Finally I decided to do it when I found #BeautyAndTheBrows I stalked them actually on Instagram, yelp or FB and watched all the photos lol . The procedure didn't hurt at all, Jenny used some numbing cream so I didn't feel anything. Jenny is very professional and very friendly. They actually required to wear your mask which I don't have any issue on that. The place is clean and they have actually good music lol! I ll start with the positives; nice place with parking space , clean and private design of the interior. Prompt response to the appointment request and accommodation. However, she did not address me at all, she started working on my eyebrows without asking me about my name, my needs , or even counsel me to the tools she is working with!! I showed her a photo and explained to her my concerns and was hoping she will address either, but she was dismissive and blunt. Every time I made a comment about the outcome of her work, she appeared defensive and dismissed it. I realized that it would be safer to accept her work as is and tip her for accommodating me. I had my lashes done with Tiny. This was the first time I had any type of eyelash extensions done. I waited to post my review to get a good feel on how my lashes look, how I felt in them, and how long they lasted. First of all, these lashes lasted a very long time! I was told 2-3 weeks but I am going on 4. I got the full set of lashes. Little by little and very slowly, the lashes would fall. But it seemed almost like natural lashes. I received many compliments. Another plus was making my appointment was incredibly easy. I booked it last minute and made contact through the Yelp app. They were very accommodating and friendly. When I first saw myself with the full set, I have to admit I was overwhelmed. I'm a pretty simple person and wanted to try out the lashes for a wedding I attended, which was also a mini vacation. They felt too full for my taste to start but everyone else loved them. So it was probably just me. If you're looking for the full glamorous look, full volume with Beauty and the Brows is great!!! The nice part for me personally, is that as time passed and they lashes slowly thinned out, I saw the style and volume and length that I was initially looking for.
