I drove nearly two hours for a consultation and laser treatment at this clinic, only to leave extremely disappointed. Before moving forward, I asked several important questions about the machine they use because I wanted to make sure the treatment I was paying for was legitimate. Instead of answering my questions professionally, it seemed like they were offended. About 20 minutes later, the owner suddenly told me they would not perform the laser treatment--even though they had previously texted me confirming everything was okay. I tried calling and texting to reschedule or at least get an explanation, but my calls and messages were completely ignored. It felt intentional. This experience was a huge waste of my time, especially after driving such a long distance. It also caused unnecessary stress. I have started coming to PMU when they were near Eastridge in a medical clinic. I saw their promotion on Instagram for laser eyebrow tattoo removal so I got that done. My tattooed eyebrows were over 25 years old and the ink had turned blue gray. They were able to remove a lot of it and now it is a light brown. I only had to do three sessions and it the price was very reasonable! Vy initially worked on my tattoo removal; I saw her eyelashes and asked about it, and she said that the ladies there do eyelash extensions as well. My next appointment, I booked an eyelash extension with Ly before my three-week trip overseas. I was so impressed how lightweight and comfortable they were, and I only lost like three or four strands during that three week vacation! I have been coming back for my fills. The price is the most reasonable around and the workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend Ly for eyelash extensions! The owner (Nhi) told me they have a nurse who does injections and showed me her forehead. It looked so natural when she raised her eyebrows. I never wanted to do botox on my forehead because I've seen other people when they raise their eyebrows, they look like the Joker. So I got Botox on my forehead last week, and I love how natural it looks!! The place is very clean, they change the paper bed covers after each client. It is truly a one stop shop and they do excellent work in every area. All the ladies are super sweet and make you feel at home. After I initiated the conversation and stated I was there for my appointment, I was asked what the visit was for. Once I explained it was for melasma, I was told that the nurses do not work on weekends and that I would need to return on Monday. This was extremely frustrating, as the clinic had already confirmed a Saturday appointment despite knowing the purpose of my visit and the distance I was traveling. There was no explanation or accountability for the scheduling error. The lack of communication and disregard for my time--especially given the two-hour drive--reflects very poorly on the clinic's professionalism. The lash tech, Li, was so sweet and discussed different options and styles that may be suitable for my eye shape. While she is doing the lashes, I feel asleep so fast because the music and ambiance was very calming. During the process, she made sure to check in to see if I was doing okay. I never said I came twice for a facial because I cancelled the next facial on my touch appt. The first appt, me and another customer waited outside for about 15 mins. I waited outside and called and then Anna came to open the door, because she did not come check the locked front door if the 8:30am appt was there. For my eyeliner touch up appt (MY second visit), I waited outside by myself and even texted the number that I am waiting outside again and that Nhi was late. She did apologize, I was not upset about it but just letting others know if you schedule a morning appt and are first, you're most likely gonna be waiting outside. After the facial, her skin was left dark, red, and irritated--not the refreshed or glowing results you expect after a proper facial. It looked like she had a reaction or it was done improperly. We were genuinely shocked at how bad her skin looked afterward. On top of that, it took forever just to walk out of there. There was no proper follow-up care or clear communication on what was done or what products were used. It felt rushed and careless. I don't recommend this place at all.
