Well designed, clean, and just a welcoming environment. The girls at the front desk were always friendly and patient and just made the check in/check out process seamless. Services with Mia: I started to go to Mia for monthly facials leading up to my wedding day. I alternated between a handful of facials- SKINLAB hydrofacial, dermaplane facial, and signature- and always walked out feeling like a brand new person. From my first appointment, Mia was friendly, knowledgeable, and walked me through the whole process and what to expect. She always starts off the appointment asking about how my skin has been doing, and if there are any concerns, she makes her recommendations, tells me what she sees, and gives me samples of products to try until I saw her again. Not sure if this was a membership perk, but it really shows how they care about selling you the right products for your skin type. It's been a year now, seeing Mia at V & Co. and I could not be happier with where I'm at!

My hair was very clean and soft when I left her place. The only drawback was the spa bed. It was too flat and too hard that my back was hurting during the 80 mins session. Other than that, it was a very relaxing experience.

It went well until I felt like when she went to remove I've of the eyelid covers, she must've got glue on my lid or lashes somehow and ripped when she went to take it off. I should've known that point this was going to not be good. My other eye she kept poking me with tweezers or something (my eye was closed) but I kept feeling little stinging pains and showing her it was hurting me. Then she finished (about 2 hours later around 5) and I immediately couldn't open my eye. Something kept feeling like it was stabbing my eye. I kept trying to tell her I couldn't drive home like this because my eye was watering like crazy because of whatever the lash was doing. She kept trying to fix it but we spent a good 10 mins just trying to get my eye to feel like it could open again. I eventually left when my watering eye came under control. But the rest of the night my eye was red, tearing up like CRAZY, and hurting. I thought with time it would get better but by the next morning my eye was swollen and VERY irritated. I had to remove the lashes less than 24 hours later in the morning by my mom's lash girl who fit me in for emergency lash removal. When I went to get them taken out, she told me there were hardly any lashes and that usually the amount she took off both eyes was the amount on both my eyes. So basically there were hardly any lashes on. She said they were placed improperly, which is why my one eye swelled up. Looking back, when I left Nita offered me a "free follow up appointment" but I wonder now if it was because she wasn't sure about her work. Needless to say I won't be coming back for that. EDIT: Green Skincare saw my review and apologized to me and gave me my money back for this. I appreciate it, and wanted to add that to the review that some action was taken to remedy this. So I can go from 1 to 3 stars because of the apology and refund.

Maryam has been incredible as my provider for fraxel laser, microneedling, and RHA redensity treatments. I've also received diamondglows here. It's a great refresher for your face. Maryam also provided tips on maximizing results and always takes your opinion in her recommendations. Altogether, my face has vastly improved. You can argue the treatments are pricy, but buying packages will get you a discount. I just think that's how the industry works so always get packages if you can. This place has a variety of treatment options, though they don't offer something like subcision, which is a more-involved procedure. But I'll just get that somewhere else and continue to come here for other treatments. Of course, they've recommended fillers and such for me. Rha redensity is like one. But they've been respectful that I prefer treatments like fraxel laser and such. There is a reason why they recommend filler though, because it does show faster results than others. The rha redensity provided the most improvement in a shorter time. They also have the skincare you need to purchase with ease. You're going to say those are expensive but they're not selling you products like La mer cream for $400. There is a parking lot, and there's always been space when I went, but the traffic getting there can be a bit much. All in all, I recommend doing at least one treatment here to see how you like it. You can also visit their instagram to see other's results. You might even see mine!

They are always very friendly and accommodating for a walk-in appointment. The salon is hygienic and clean. They also have a very nice selection of gel polish colors, especially cateye colors. I recently had an ingrown toenail (my first ever in 33 years) after my latest visit but the owner was quick to help communicate this with the nail tech doing my pedicure so it doesn't happen again. This made me feel very understood and respected as a regular customer here. The owner also tries to remember the regulars at the salon and always offer a warm welcoming, which is very nice of her. They offer a discount for cash payments, but also accept Venmo (even for tips) while credit card has a small charge. I think their prices are very reasonable and definitely cheaper than the last salon I went to before switching to Pedi Nail Lounge. There is a large shared parking lot in front so plenty of parking nearby. I was hesitant at first because I didn't want to regret it, but since it's semi-permanent, I felt more comfortable trying it and I'm glad I did. I feel more beautiful every time I wake up. I actually followed this PMU Clinic online for 2 years before booking, just watching their client results, which is what made me trust them. I've also done Fibroblast twice for pores and scars, plus mole removal, and I can see improvement over time. It's not overnight, but it does work, and I feel a lot more confident now. Big thank you to NHI, and the team. Very professional, patient, detail-oriented, and really friendly. You can tell they truly care about their clients. I do not recommend PMU Clinic. I had a very disappointing experience getting an eyebrow tattoo here. The results were far from what was promised - uneven shaping, poor color application, and no regard for facial symmetry. Even more concerning, we later found out that the clinic does not appear to have the proper licensing to perform these kinds of procedures. This is incredibly alarming, considering the health and safety risks involved in cosmetic tattooing. We tried to reach out for a correction or refund, but the staff was dismissive and unprofessional. Please do your research before trusting this place with your face - we wish we had. read more

I was loyal to another lash studio for over 8 years until there were some issues that came up with some of their personnel. Following those incidents, I was on a hunt for a new lash home and tried a few other places that didn't do it for me until I landed here. I inquired for a lash appointment after reading some prior reviews and ended up getting booked with Gianna. When we first met, I told her how I generally like my lash extensions -- she listened, added her own twist, and the rest is history. I have been seeing her religiously since -- and, I think we are going on 3 years. On average, I see her every two weeks but sometimes more if I have a special engagement or travel plans in the horizon. Now, on to her skills of this trade. Some people acquire a particular skill set through rigorous training and certifications and while that may be true in this case -- I would argue that she is simply gifted. I often tease her that she's a perfectionist because she doesn't cut corners and never settles for just the average. She focuses on ensuring that each lash extension really matches her client's lash line because as we all know, no pair of eyes are ever the same. I appreciate how she makes the style of the extension work to bring more of a dramatic and elevated look without making it overbearing to the face. And overall, I always remind her how sweet and kind of a person she is. She's down to earth and speaks from the heart when we talk about life, family, travel, relationships, etc. -- I'm so lucky to have found her. Now, if you want a talented and very sweet artist added to your beauty team then Gianna is your girl. Book in advance though because she doesn't accept walk-ins. Cash only.

I booked with Emy. I came in 15 mins before my appt thinking I had to fill out some paperwork. No one was in the front so I rang the bell. Someone came out & told me Emy was on her way & just to wait. I then asked if I needed to fill out anything & she gave me a clipboard with a questionnaire. Basic questions about your lash & eye history. Filled it out. Emy arrived a few minutes before my appt time & she introduced herself. Super nice. It wasn't the style I was use to but it didn't look bad. I felt things poking my eye the first day & later in the evening when I would blink hard, it felt like something was poking my waterline. I thought the lashes just needed time to settle but like I mentioned I've had lash extensions for the past 8 yrs & never have a felt something like this. After a few days I started to look at my lashes more carefully. I had lash extensions under my waterline & that was what was poking me. The glue was very thick to where when I brushed from the bottom up, I couldn't really get the brush to go through the bottom. Then when my lashes started to shed, I saw 2 fans on 1 eye lash. For volume it is 1 fan per lash & I started to realize why my lash line felt sore. Then I also had some lashes fall off with 2 of my real lashes, so the isolation wasn't there. I ended up popping off majority of the lashes myself & then getting the rest removed. I really wanted to like this place & make it work bc of how close it was to my house & overall customer service, but I think they need to go over more training with their employees. They do offer a free fix up to 3 days after your appt but with what I saw happening to my lashes, I figured to just let them fall off & try another place. See pics for examples. Just know lash extensions aren't supposed to hurt or your eye feel any type of discomfort. If they do, then something wasn't done right.

They used to wash your eyelashes before and after to remove any debris, and it was $20. Now, they've increased the price by $5 and don't even bother to wash your eyelashes before or after! Now all they do is dry-wipe your eyelashes with a Kleenex, which is just nasty because it doesn't fully wash off the chemical removers on your eyelash extensions. Recently, I booked an appointment for eyelash removal, and the technician didn't even bother to wash my eyelash extensions with water and soap. She just applied the remover, and after removing it, she dry-wiped my eyes. My eyes were stinging and burning because the technician didn't wash my eyelashes after the removal. All she did was wipe my eyes dry with a tissue. When I told her my eyes were burning, she just told me to go wash my eyes at the sink. The service prices have increased, but the quality has dramatically decreased. I had to pay someone $25 just for them to tell me to wash my own eyelashes -- that's crazy. I would say avoid this place because the quality of service doesn't match the price you're paying. I'm moving on to another place.
