Booked my daughter for facial here a little hesitant as she was a special needs adult but needed facial due to her acne prone skin. The place is very welcoming and as I communicated my daughter's need in communicating with her, both Haley and Rachel verbalized understanding. Rachel Vu, who does the facial told us what to expect and greatly appreciated it. She was gentle yet did a thorough job of cleaning my daughter's face. What was also a big plus was the facial was only supposed to last a little over an hour but took longer because she said, she had to do more for her skin and did it free of charge. Appointments can be scheduled online with their prices shown and example photos. The studio itself is calming with music, making it easy for me to fall asleep while laying on the lash chair! She is very friendly and attentive, as well as accommodating to any style that I want to try. When I first started, knowing that it was new to me, she reassured me that her technique wouldn't be damaging to my natural lashes, which I appreciated a lot because it was one of my main concerns. This lash studio is a hidden gem. Honestly, I had difficulty finding this place because they were covered with curtains in the front and the sign says Bao & Haley's Studio. The ladies who works here are very nice and patient. They consult with you to ensure the style and lengths you want before starting the lash extension process. They provide warm/heated blankies during your session and make sure you are feeling comfortable. They have these chairs that are tailored to sitting for a long time which I appreciate so much more than the regular flat bed that makes your back and body hurts. The pricing here is not bad comparing to other places in the bay area and they start at $110 for a natural set. There's plenty of parking spaces in this plaza. read more

Lily is so light with her hands yet retention is a solid 3.5 weeks, even with more to spare but I love coming in every couple weeks just because it's so easy and quick. Haley is the sweetest and she is so knowledgeable about lash extensions and how to properly put them on a client. She really takes her time, is so gentle, and the salon is super cute and clean. She makes sure your lashes are clean before she starts which is really important and washes them with her lash shampoo for proper preparation. She also makes sure not to put the lashes too close to your lash line since this can damage your natural lashes and cause irritation. I made the mistake of going somewhere else for a fill because Haley wasn't available and omg I noticed the difference right away. They didn't clean my lashes beforehand like Haley did and they did it so quickly. On top of that the glue they used was so harsh and thick on my lashes I ended up getting an allergic reaction and my entire eye got swollen. BUT I texted Haley and she was so sympathetic, she accommodated me the same day and removed them for me. I will never trust anyone else with my lashes again! Thank you Haley! You're the best read more
