Booking the appointment online was super easy and although the location is tucked away on the side and not in the main plaza, still easy to find. Walked in and Kathy seated me immediately :) Appointment went smoothly and I loved that she thoroughly cleaned my lashes before and put in eyedrops at the end. The best part of this lash lift is that it's held up very well. The lashes weren't over curled or "bent" and well separated so they aren't getting tangled. I love! Her hands and technique felt amazing on my skin. I felt so relaxed and taken care of. She was super gentle and as gentle as can be when she did extractions. My appointment time came and went, and I was told, "a few more minutes" countless times, but I stayed waiting for 45 minutes past my appointment time because I needed my nails done. The quality was meh. A few years pass and I decided to give them another try. The place was clean, service good, inexpensive for the area. When I went back a month later with an appointment, it was an entirely different experience. Again, I was left waiting for 45 minutes before being helped, and again, I needed my nails done for an event. Halfway through my service, the lady jumps up and says she needs to go do someone's eyebrows. She comes back ~15 minutes later and tries to be nicey nice. I asked her to please finish as quickly as possible, as by now I'd been there TWO HOURS. When I tell you the quality of the services I got were awful, please believe me that the pedicure didn't last one week. The gel manicure lasted 9 days before bubbling and peeling. Again, shame on me. I like to give small businesses multiple chances but I'm out on this one. Zero stars, just like the zero chance I'll ever be back.
