Loved the lash lift she gave me! They lashes and dye helped with a very hot summer vacation! They lasted a long time in the water and the tint lasted. The quality of the perm was very good and she did it every efficiently.
Anna is literally the best! I'm only going to Anna for eyelash extensions. She is so kind and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole session. She gave me exactly what I wanted.

It was so painless, not uncomfortable at all, and with minimal guidance, she was honest with me about what's possible given my own eye shape and lashes. I love the final product and will definitely be coming back! If you're lucky enough to get a booking (text her), DO IT! She's an absolute gem.

I found Anna while looking for someone who specialized in asian eyes as I have monolids and hooded eyelids. It was quick and easy to book an appointment. Upon meeting me she advised me to get a lash lift and tint before getting actual extensions, since my lashes are naturally straight and pointing down so they wouldnt hold the extensions up very well. I agreed to get the lift which held up really well, and came back a few days later for extensions. On top of her already reasonable prices, she gave me a discount for getting both services in one week. She was very professional, friendly and easy to talk to during my appointments. Both the lash lift and extensions turned out amazing (see pics) and about a week later the lashes are still holding up really well. Very satisfied with her work and will be a returning customer!

I looked around on Yelp and was thrilled to find Anna. Her prices were fair and all her reviews were positive. I reached out via text to make an appointment and Anna replied immediately. Anna operates out of a nail salon called Top Hair and Nails. Parking is plenty. When you walk in, just say you have an appointment with Anna. It's nice that you could conveniently get a mani/pedi here at the same time. Anna told me she was running a bit behind with the appointment before me, but I didn't mind waiting. When it was my turn, she greeted me so warmly! She asked me what I wanted and walked me through many options since it was my first time. I told her I wanted a more natural look, nothing too thick or long. I listened to Anna's recommendation and trusted her choice, which turned out exactly how I envisioned! You can tell she has years of experience under her belt. She shared that she had been doing eyelashes for decades now in Mountain View, but since the pandemic, she's moved to Sunnyvale and now needs to build her clientele again so please support her! At the start, Anna asks what kind of music you like so she can play it on her phone. We went with spa music and it was very soothing. As she was working, we chit chatted about her travels. I really enjoyed hearing about all the places she's visited! The session took around 1.5 hours. I think she could have finished sooner if it wasn't for one of my eyes tearing up making application difficult. The lashes lasted over a month and even when half of them had fallen off, they still looked nice. I'm a very satisfied customer and thoroughly happy with my first eyelash extension experience.

After getting my lashes done by her, I can understand why all of her customers love her and keep coming back. Booking an appointment with her is super easy. She replies very quickly to your texts and is accommodating of your schedule. She only charges $120 for a natural set of 2D/3D lashes and has the best bedside manner. You can put your own music on while you lay there silently, but she also provides the best conversation if you're in the mood to talk. Anna places the extensions right at the root of your lashes so they're secure and last longer. I was previously a member at Amazing Lash Studio, but the subscription was too costly and they didn't last nearly as long as when Anna does my lashes. One of my favorite things about Anna is that she's honest. She genuinely cares about the health of your lashes. As an Asian, my lashes are extremely sparse, thin, and straight. She made recommendations of what size/length I should be getting for my lashes so they don't fall off due to the weight and also encouraged me to take breaks in between sessions so my lashes can grow. That's how I know she isn't money-driven and truly cares about her customers. Just a heads up - Anna works out of the salon, Top Hair Nails. Parking is super easy and convenient in their lot. When you walk inside, just let them know that you're there to see Anna. You won't regret it!
I love how natural it feels and look! Booking was so easy by texting Anna. As you can see on the pic my eyes were not red or irritated at all. Her hands were light as a feather. My first time feeling so comfortable with someone doing my eyelash will definitely be a regular!

Anna is amazing! I came to her for the first time to do my lashes for my honeymoon trip. She helped me select the natural set and she was super gentle and fast. She was so good that I fell asleep during the procedure. I came back for a touch up less than a week later right before my trip. When I offered to pay, she said no worries and wished me a happy trip. I would recommend her to all my friends and will definitely come back again!

Anna is super easy to contact (text via the phone number provided), easy to schedule with, and provides a wonderful service for an affordable, reasonable price! I've never gotten eyelash extensions before, but Anna helped me figure out what length was best for my eye shape, and I gave her full trust and control. Absolutely beautiful lashes, and I always get compliments. For those who know about extensions, they've told me repeatedly that my lash tech did a really high quality job for an extremely fair price! Anna works in a room within Top Hair Nails. Parking is easy and ample. Service is wonderful. I suggest bringing AirPods/headphones so you can listen to music while she works. I've fallen asleep each appointment (sometimes I'm twitchy in my sleep...), but Anna works through it all the same and is never disgruntled by it haha Thank you Anna! read more
Anna is located in Top Nails salon in Sunnyvale. I think 11 am is her first appt had to wait a bit for her to get in bc of traffic but no problem. She is very nice and sweet which was nice bc i was very cranky from not having a good sleep when i arrived. She asked how long and i thought i got 14 volume and she said it would be too long and she was right. I actually had gotten 13 before. But she tried to accommodate what i said and gave me 14 at the ends. They look good but on the longer side. I think i'll ask for up to 13 next time. Anna is super friendly, gentle, and meticulous! Her room is inside the Top Nail and Hair Salon in suite 205-3. I chose the 0.12c (thinner lashes) in length 10 for a more natural look. The whole appointment took about 50 minutes and I definitely fell asleep in the middle, LOL. Texting her for an appointment is super easy and her price can't be beat ($90). Be careful because you can't let water or steam touch your eyelashes in the first 24 hours, so definitely no eye makeup or hot showers! Also avoid oil-based makeup removers. I use a Q-tip and micellar water to remove eye makeup :) read more

Anna is amazing and I'm so sad I'm not going to be in the area anymore! I travel for work so it's always hard to find good lash extension artists and I'm so happy I found Anna right before my cousins wedding was going to happen. She did exactly what I asked for and totally exceeded my expectations! Her price is right and she does lashes so fast. I had foreign lashes on when I went to her and she worked with what I had left. SO happy that my friend was seeing Anna for her eyelash extensions. I saw how natural and beautiful her lashes looked, so I just HAD to ask who she was getting it done by. She obviously talked Anna up cause of how great her work was, tho simply saying her name would have sufficed cause finding more of Anna's amazing work on Yelp was too easy. My first appointment went perfectly. I went for the natural look and Anna was able to deliver in under an hour! This was astonishing to me, because my first ever eyelash appointment took hours . That's not even the best part though. What I really wanted to see is how well the lashes shed as the days went by. My last lash extensions that were done by another sweet gal were coming off very awkwardly such that by the 3rd week, I only had 2 very noticeable pieces of extensions left . I'm very happy to say that Anna's extensions shed very gracefully . By the 3rd week, my lashes still looked good! OH, and I almost forgot; her service is way more affordable than other places . So...YASSSSS QUEEN , I would definitely recommend trusting Anna to do right by your lashes. read more

Very happy that I was able to get eyelash extension service with Anna. Booking and communication was very simple and easy with her. She answered all my questions before I booked an appointment and vice versa. I told her that I preferred B or J curl for a more natural style since C curls are too extreme and dramatic for my short straight lashes and deep set eyes. She was able to work with that request and her she delivered very quality work. She is also friendly and I found out she has been a lash artist for about 12 years. I have been going to Anna for a few years now, I have only tried maybe two other lash artists in the Bay Area but I know for a fact that Anna is the best by far! I had my lashes done for the first time today. Anna was great- she helped me chose the right lashes and look. She texted me and apologized for running a few minutes behind schedule. She did a great job and I love the new look. One of the best value in mountain view- $90 for a new full set. $45-$55 maintenance. All done in a little over an hour. read more
