We discussed that because my hair is dark and damaged, it wouldn't be ideal to go super blond. Plus that it can't be achieved in one session. I'm glad she warned me of that. The complaints I have are that I asked for partial head which is $85 but I ended up being charged $35 more because she had to tone it. I would've expected this to be included but I just said whatever & went with it.... Also, I paid for a BB deep conditioning treatment. My hair is extremely fried and lifeless. It didn't really make much difference so I wouldn't get it again. She also didn't fully blow dry my hair- it was still a little wet when I left and she just put some product but didn't really style it at all. She said it was best to leave it curly but it just dried into a poofy mess. For what I paid, I would've liked to have it parted, straightened or some kind of cute style!

If you're someone who loves head scratches, this is literally 1.5 hours of you laying in heaven. I am so grateful that Cindy is an esthetician who are knowledgeable about what she do and want the best for her clients. Cindy informed me on everything that was happening and all the products she used smelled amazing and made my scalp feel fresh and new. Let me explain all the beauties of this treatment! You start off by taking your shirt off afterwards and put on a robe before getting on the bed. She then starts off with a forehead, temple, neck, and shoulder massage. After that's finished, she puts on a heated eye mask and then begins all the hair things. My hair was washed with OLAPLEX shampoo about 2x, and throughout it all she is massaging my head nonstop. I love the head massage the most! There is a water ring around your head that waterfalls on vou to rinse vour hair multiple times as well. She also uses a head scratcher which gave me so many tingles! The treatment finishes off by washing your neck and shoulders. She ends it by using a DYSON SUPERSONIC HAIR DRYER to blow drying my hair. My scalp felt sooo clean and my hair was so soft. I LOVED it. Usually my hair gets oily after a day, but after she washed it my hair was silky and shiny for almost 2-3 days!!
