I had a 6:15 PM pedicure appointment and rescheduled to 5:15 PM the morning of. I was seated right away but then left unattended with my feet soaking. No one explained if someone else would be taking over or what was going on. At 5:39 PM, the front desk apologized and said it would be another 10 minutes. I wasn't actually attended to until 5:56 PM. The lack of communication was frustrating. The pedicure itself was disappointing. My toenails were not properly cleaned or filed to even them out. I specifically asked that the side walls not be cut, but that shouldn't mean skipping nail prep altogether. I also asked for French tips, and the technician said my nails were too short, even though I've had French tips done at other salons with no problem. The result wasn't neat, so I did ask for her to redo them and just paint them a solid color. I finished around 6:45 PM and paid $60 ($35 classic pedicure plus gel and acrylic on my big toe). Didn't get a full breakdown of the price, which is fine. For the price and experience, I won't be returning. read more

I'm super particular about who does my nails, if I get even a tiny cut, I won't go back (yes, I know, a little dramatic). I've also never had a guy do my nails before, but he was incredible. So gentle and fast. Usually, my nails feel a bit sore afterward, but not this time, no discomfort at all. I'm seriously obsessed with how they turned out. Be ready to spend about ~$120 for gel mani and pedi (deluxe) (no nail art)including tip (for two people working on you at the same time, if you're lucky) I was fortunate that they had a last minute opening. I had a gel mani and pedi and two nail techs worked on me at the same time. I loved that since I was exhausted. They took about an 1 hour. They worked efficiently and quickly. I came here as a walk in to get a dip manicure done. I called ahead of time to ask if it was a good time for me to come in and they said it was possible. I already had a set on that I wanted removed with 2 tips on from broken nails and to have a fresh set. When I arrived to the store, I checked in with the front and told them I had just called and wanted dip. The store is very clean and they have massage chairs for their pedicures. There is also a lot of seating in the salon. I sat down and told the nail tech that I wanted the same style as I had on. I always get almond shaped dip powder with French tips. Because I had an old set on, she told me she was going to remove it and cut my nails. I assumed she was just going to cut the 2 tips that I had on and cut my other nails a bit shorter as they were grown out. The nail tech proceeded to cut off all the tips on all 10 fingers including 8 natural nails that I had. I was confused at first because I have never experienced anyone doing that and just assumed it was a different technique. I however didn't understand why she had to cut off all of my natural nails as only 2 were broken. Then, she proceeded to place a GelX tip over one of my nails and that was when I realized she was trying to do the wrong service. I finally spoke up and told her that I was there to get a dip manicure and she apologized and caught herself and said "oh I thought you wanted gelX". After the miscommunication was settled, she placed tips on all 10 nails and proceeded to do the dip powder manicure. It looked great when it was done, like my usual style. It was also pricey. I got over the fact that she had cut off all my nails, however, when I went to work within the week I had 4 nails on my right hand break. I was upset that my nails were breaking so easily bc I've had techs at other salons place tips on my broken nails and it lasting for 2-4 weeks without breaking. I ended up going to another salon to just get a brand new set the following week as my entire right hand only had one good nail left. I honestly probably would not come back here for a dip manicure after this experience. read more

4.5 stars- Wanted to find a place near my work for a quick gel pedicure and came across this one! Located in a very small lot, shop isn't too big but I came on a Wednesday evening (~6pm) and it wasn't too crowded. Easy to make appointment online with clear outline of services they offered and even option to request tech!! Came in a bit early and got seated a few minutes before my appointment time (really appreciated that because sometimes other places make you wait even if you made an appointment...)! Can't speak for the nail experience but the pedicure was amazing! I got the cheapest option the classic- only $30 for cleaning up the nails, sugar scrub, lotion, and even hot stones/towel!?!??! A great deal. Gel was $15 extra which is typical at most places. I also felt like I was able to soak my feet longer than other places. Random but, the massage chair remote control was also easy to navigate unlike other salons I've been to. They also had free wifi!!!!!!!! Made my experience very relaxing. It also didn't take overly long, a little less than 1 hr. They also take card although they do prefer cash/venmo/zelle so I will keep that in mind for next time. I love the zen vibe at this salon (minus the side talk among co workers) much thanks to the decor, the music and images played on the television screen. And there's an older mother figure who walks around and couldn't be nicer. This place loses stars because l paid over $100 with a reluctant tip for my nails and feet. I wish they had a display of design options and not just polish to choose from. I was shocked when l found out an intricate design costs the same as the simple one l received. And there's obviously little to no thought process happening regarding the customer's needs. What is worse is the simple design l did receive was far from perfect. There was even paint underneath one nail. When some gel got on my finger she started prying it off with scissors with no warning and my jaw dropped. Lastly, l had to search my phone for an image of a specific shape and was told something else would be prettier. Go to this salon if you want your requests ignored. Go to this salon also if you need a pedicure and want the worse massage you ever had in your life on your leg. It will get rubbed in a repetitive vertical motion for three to five minutes. It was so annoying! l am actually shy, but l had to politely ask them to stop, very little pampering will happen to your actual feet. I thought it was one tech who hated their job or was having a bad day but no, l returned and another tech did the same annoying thing. I was surprised. This place is smaller than the other shop with the same name in town and l really liked the vibe. It could be so much better because there are talented artists present and it might be one day. Instead I had the same person who did my pedicure. That was mistake number one. As mentioned I wanted dip powder on my natural nail but she pushed to put an "extension" aka a fake tip. I let it go and let her. The dip was suppose to match my pedicure color. You guessed it... it sure wasn't. On top of all of this the shape of each nail is off, crooked, lumpy and bumpy. This appointment was in preparation of a wedding I'm attending next weekend but all I got was so much disappointment. They always have a good playlist but one thing they do that makes me absolutely insane is that the cashier always announces to the nail tech how much they were tipped by the customer. 3 time being here. Last two times were great. Today pedicure technician was rough and not gentle. She definitely was not patience and rushed through the service. There was no massage or hot stone. Just a simple rub. Last two time was here. Service were more relaxing and both 2 nail techs (young girl and older lady) were patience and friendly. This is my new regular spot. I have seen Holly for a new set of Gel-X and a now a fill :D On the first set she did a super cute neon/uv/glow reverse french(idk if thats the right name), and some holo crystals in fun patterns on a few nails. I notoriously break nails, lift, pick my nails off, or otherwise destroy my nails and usually a full set lasts maybe 2 weeks. After our first appointment I knew I would be coming back to see Holly for a fill, she was meticulous in tidying up the cuticle area and doing my design, usually nail techs see my battered hands and give very little effort. It drives me crazy. IT STAYED IN PLACE FOR 6 WEEKS!! I had planned on coming in sooner, but caught covid and had to put it off. Like 4 days before our appointment one of my nails got slammed and did pop off, but honestly with how rough I am on my nails I am amazed it didn't happen sooner. I got SO many compliments, even in to the 4th (!!!!) week when I started needing a fill. Once my covid test came back negative I scheduled to see Holly again. She gently removed my old colors with her efile and was just as surprised as I was that my gems and charms were still perfectly in place. I have her a few reference photos of what I was looking for and she confirmed which nails I wanted which designs on. She trimmed my nails down short for me, and paid extra attention to my crooked nail beds to help them look more even. Put a new extension on my missing nail, and filled in my new growth. She meticulously reshaped and buffed my nails, and paid more attention to stopping cuticle flooding than anyone else who has ever done my nails. (Flooding is a MASSIVE pet peeve of mine) She confirmed my design placement with me again while starting the art, and let me change a few things that I dreamed up during filing. She was hesitant to do the matte on my black and grey nails since it tends to fade and scratch a bit. But ultimately she did the design I wanted. She hand painted each and every star because my nails were too short for the stickers, and honestly I love it so much. The variation of star sizes feels so whimsical and has the exact vibe I wanted. After she buffed in gold chrome powder and finely topped my gold glitter and my star nails with a shiny top coat. After curing we added the holo crystals, she made little beds for the gem gel so that everything would be super secure. The whole process took a little over an hour (insane with how many little stars she painted) I can not wait to do my next set with her, she is so creative and talented! read more
